We took our baby Charlie, (kitten), everything went well, dropped him at 8 am , picked him up at 2 pm. There were a lot of cats and dogs hopefully all of them had as good experience as we did. We definitely recommend Nononsence neutering. Thank you for doing a great job and being so caring!

I took my older dog for blood work and was greeted by the most unfriendly staff. She was rude and disrespectful and treated me like I was just walking in off the street. I had an appointment and she told me I had a long time to wait. She then demanded the payment in the parking lot. I had never been there before or was instructed of any protocol for this appointment. Luckily I didn't have cash on me and cancelled right away. And then I cancelled all future appointments. If they treat their customers like this, how are they treating our pets behind closed doors? I would give them zero stars and just warning people who appreciate good customer service.

This is horrible got my dog neutered and next day had to rush him to emergency vet customer service sucks they tell u no stress but yet they'll basically drag the dog out on leash while he's barely off anesthesia and can't barely stand.

We took our 5 yr old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Bennie to get neutered here. I have to admit that the drop off procedure was a bit of a $... show. I don't understand why you weren't given a number when verifying the appointment or timing appts. Every 10-15 minutes apart? It was very confusing. Picking up was totally different. They called me and told me when to pick him up and upon arrival someone came out and explained everything to me about his procedure and post op instructions. She then brought him out and off we went. He was very, very groggy and fortunately he's low to the ground because he bumped into the table with his cone around his head and fell over. He doesn't seem to have much pain and after about 24 plus hours he's really doing great. Thank you to the wonderful caring staff for taking such good care of him. I highly recommend NO Nonsense Neutering.

I had 4 cats treated there and each time the staff was great and took the couple extra minutes to make sure that they answered all your questions. Definitely recommend!

Nearly killed my dog when it went in to be neutered. Ended up at the emergency vet with severe infection in the surgery area! AVOID ... INCOMPETENT!

I have called 4x since the beginning of January for a spay. No returns calls at all - BBB shows terrible ratings.

If I could give zero stars I would. After a friend's cat was neutered here, it died. They gave her cat back to her DEAD! When she asked if there was something wrong with her cat they told her it's just sleeping... No it was freaking dead. She took her dead cat home with her. I am traumatized for this family. I understand that some cats die while under but for frick sakes, please make sure the cat is alive before giving it back to their owners.

Rachel Brautigam who practices at this vet gave my cat a rabies shot and neutered him illegally because he was too young. Also was way off the estimated age, over 6 weeks.

They did an excellent job with my female cat. She recovered quickly and without any issues. Their prices were reasonable. I paid a few dollars more for a flea treatment since she would be around feral cats while she waited. They also gave her her vaccines. It was a great experience. I will definitely be taking my future cats to them

Had my 2 male cats done here for $80 each and my female dog spayed here for $175 was extremely nice and they even clipped their nails and cleaned their ears at no extra cost and we had no problems and it was fast and cost efficient!

Two cats were spayed. Very quick and as their title said. No nonsense. I had no issues. There was a line and a wait but that is to be expected. These people here do all they can to help everyone.

I took my boy cat and my girl cat to get fixed there this past Sunday... they didn’t let us know until after they did the surgery that my girl Cat was pregnant and they killed her kittens! One simple phone call to let us know she was would have been HIGHLY appreciated. We would have NEVER let them go through with that. My daughter and family is literally traumatized from this. I wish I would have never brought my babies to this place !

I took two cats there and couldn't be more grateful for the care they received. These are two feral cats and they spayed them, gave them their required shots and flea treated them. Also chipped them. Thanks!!!

This is a professional, efficient and great place to get your pets (or feral cats) fixed. I have had 2 cats and 2 dogs done there, and they are friendly and professional. Cash only. Prices cannot be beat, here is a recent example of a quote by them for a large puppy versus another local establishment. Hundreds less! Kudos for this service in our community, keep up the great work. (PS, it is not a veterinary clinic, and it is no frills!)

Awesome caring, afordable. Spay/meuter, vaccinating, ear cleaning, nail trimming all for a fraction of what you will pay at the vet office for a stray cats, cannot beat the cost. Everybody super nice and helpful.

I thought the Vet was very rude. When I apologized for my fur baby being nervous and shaky she had the nerve to ask me if there was a reason why he was nervous have i done something to him to make him nervous. I said what no. She then says then don’t apologize. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was thrown back that she even had the nerve to ask me something like that or to even make a disturbing assumption. Not very professional if you ask me. And the office smells disgusting. I almost died from smelling the cat urine. I get that the animals make messes but come on. It didn’t seem very sanitary. I was so worried after I left just wondering what the back surgical room looked like. So we shall see. Praying for all the animals who get procedures done there.

They have taken very good care of all the cats and dogs I've taken to them! The TNR program is the best!!!

I had my 5 year old Shih-Tzu spayed on Nov. 13, 2019. She has been doing great since surgery although she's not a fan of the cone of shame. I recommend No Nonsense Neutering.

Got a few rescues done here! Very reasonable pricing and efficient service! The veterinarian wanted to charge me $350 for a kitten vet check/neuter and I was able to save a lot of money here. The kittens received great care and healed quickly.

As the name says, no nonsense. Don't expect complete veterinary services, as their mission is not to replace health care facilities for pets.

Awesome group of people... Took very good care of my furbabies and left me know they were in recovery with no complications from surgery. They do great work for strays too, every animal that goes in is treated with love as if it were their own ????

Cheapest is not always best , taking almost an ENTIRE ear off of animal is WRONG to do They call it "ear tipping" more like chopping off the poor cars whole ear, they have become known for it, be warned!!!!!!! There are other programs available that do NOT cut ears off!!! Look into snap or Animal Rescue of Berks or even (SNAP referrals are available online to various veterinarian low cost places, always ask them what their policy is first! Tell them this is your house cat!!! Or some do cut off ears! It's a horrible and unnecessary practice! They will also not tell you if they abort kittens ( in fine print on form!!!!... They make you sign so they can say you were told!!!) Warn everyone! I know this organization is low cost and provides a service but they need to take a step back and re-evaluate a few things. I work in an organization and with several organizations that are actively rescuing and spay/neuter services are lacking in certain areas so people rush in to whatever they can find. Truly people I beg you , educate yourself first, ask questions before it's too late, then make an informed decision. Please call And ask ("do you practice tipping? Is it mandatory? Do you abort and kill kittens?) what if II want my cat to be a house at and do not want his or her ear cut?! If they say it's mandatory, thank them, then hang up.Call Dr. At any of the SNAP Veterinarian practices (they are listed on the Pennsylvania SNAP website) or call Dr Milot.

I took two 5 month old kittens to be spayed. What a horrible experience for my kittens. They were violently trying to throw themselves in the carriers. Within 24 hours they developed infections in their incisions. One kitten had to be hospitalized for three dayss. I guess no nonsense doesn't budget for sterile surgical practices. I would never recommend them.

Had my healthy 2 year old cat spayed Friday Saturday she got sick took her back Sunday had a high fever bleeding they gave her a few shots sent her home today she's even worse called they acted like they don't care said there was nothing they could do.

I watched them send home a dog with the IV needle STILL IN ITS ARM!!!! The owner had to come back inside and point it out to them for it to be removed! And the staff acted like it was no big deal that they forgot. I wasn’t going to write a bad review...despite the fact my indoor cat got flees from being in their facility. I understand that it was an older dog and this was a life saving operation for it...but I felt that was still completely unexceptable. Never again will I take an animal here!

Sent 5 cats there to be spayed. The were feral farm cats. The sent them home that night still under the effects of anesthesia and shivering uncontrollably. We kept them all crated and warm for the evening. They were in to shape to be released. Within a few days they all began to get sick, severe upper respiratory, we began treating with antibiotics and fluid therapy. But they were so sick and died so quickly. The sickness quickly spread to the other barn cats and about 10 days we had 18 dead cats. Only 3 survived the treatment. None of the cats I had neutered and vaccinated at my regular vet for sick. I will never send another animal to factory like this place again. If I can not afford proper medical care I will have the animal humanely euthanized as opposed to have it suffer and make all the others sick. my cheap spays have cost me a fortune in medical bills and unbelievable heart ache

Love the place. I had to take care of 30 cats (stray barn cats). Staff was very helpful and supportive. It was a HUGE operation but we got it done. Now 3 years later some of them were adopted out, the remaining are well and fat. I saw a negative post about cat getting sick. Yes this clinic handles MANY strays. This is why they are cheap so people like myself that put in a situation when others leave you with/ neglect their animals you can do what is right and not go broke.
