Well let's see, I was running a few minutes late to my grooming appointment and they called and told me I needed to reschedule my appointment even though I was 5 minutes away. Corrine is rude and not customer service oriented. I will never be back to a Pet Smart again. Take your dog elsewhere.

Just got our pup back from his first haircut with Renee--he looks amazing! We are SO PLEASED with the staff, how they listened to our preferences for our his cut, and how kind they were to us and our dog. Very pleased with the results & we will definitely be making another appointment with Renee!

They have an app you play games on to earn coupon codes so I played and played, receiving 3 coupons which couldn't get to work for online purchase. So I went into the store and as soon as I was in line to check out the PetSmart app signed me out, I reset my password and it still wouldn't work. AS SOON AS I LEFT the store and opened the app with my old login information which was automatically done it opened and showed me the coupons. WHAT?????

Lately they seem to be the only pet store that has the food in stock that I buy for my chihuahua every time. Royal Canin Adult Chihuahua 10lb bag dry kibble

Absolutely appalled by the grooming service. Lack of communication, customer service, and really service of any kind seeing that my dog was in there for an hour (what should have been 3 hours) and did not get bathed or groomed. You’re a grooming service, if you’re inadequate to do the job or not thoroughly trained enough to check the breed and type of hair prior to service, DON’T OFFER THE SERVICES. My dog was clearly anxious and not given water during this time that they tried to figure out how to groom a dog. Figure it out and get certified before touching someone’s dog.

I’ve had my dog groomed there many times before and have been very satisfied, but not this time. I took my dog Whiskey there just for his nails to be ground and the $22 fee included ear cleaning and other minor things. When I got him home his nails looked just as long as they did before I took him, plus they made the same noise on my floor. Will probably try and find a different place to do his nails, but before this visit, Petsmart was the place.

Love the curbside delivery! Staff is always kind and courteous, have never had anything but good experiences here. They lose 1 star because they rarely have sizes big enough for my mastiff. (clothes, collars, etc)

Front end staff is helpful, but the true stars are the staff in the grooming department. They are very friendly and are great with my skiddish pupper. Store is clean and well stocked. While weekends can be quite busy, the store is generally not crowded. This is great as there is enough space to navigate away from any dogs that may not be on their best behavior.

Simply nourish is such a great dog food. Our Border Collie has a chicken allergy. Simply nourish does not have eggs or chicken. Our dogs seem to love it.

I had an appointment for today (Tuesday morning 9am with Sydney). I came in and they told me I’m scheduled for Wednesday 9am. This is complete nonsense. Tuesdays are my only days off and I triple checked the day and time when booking the appointment with the girl on the phone. When I came in, the girl at the front desk insincerely apologized and I am 100% sure she’s the one who screwed the booking up on the phone. Ridiculous. If you want to go to a place who can’t even book your appointment properly, this is the place to go. A complete waste of time and I am so disappointed in the customer service.

I love the store and the staff. I brought my Maltese for the first time this past Saturday and the price I paid was top-notch and tipped oh yeah I got a botched job on my dog. Time management and decision making on which co-worker is the best at ✂️ need improvements especially when it comes to grooming.

I went into the Quakertown Petsmart to buy some fish for my new fish tank. When I went up to the register to pay for my fish, I had to wait for a few minutes for a cashier to ring me up. Cassie (who helped me with my fish) was nice enough to start ringing me up. After some time, the actual cashier, Kathy, finally went to her register to finish the transaction. When Kathy was helping me she was very rude and not pleasant at all. She CLEARLY did not want to be working. Very disappointed!
