Better hours than my old vet who I could never get an appt. with them. Just wish they didn't push all kinds of extra services, which apparently most vet offices are doing now. Why do I have to sign a waiver if I don't want bloodwork? Vets friendly and thorough.

Couldn’t ask for a better clinic to trust and feel welcome every time I step through their doors with our cats. Never had a complaint or doubt about their excellent service and standards. Happy to be apart of their thriving family.

My dog was itching for a month, we took him to this vet THREE times. They barely even touched the dog. Put him on meds for the wrong diagnosis and then as the month proceeded he was scratching more and more. Finally we took him to an animal hospital and he was diagnosed with Scabies. This vet didn’t even test for that. He is so uncomfortable and now has a long recovery ahead because these vets decided to not take his condition seriously. This has been awful and emotional for our family and these vets should be ashamed of themselves.

My senior dog Bonzi passed 6 days after a scheduled dental cleaning. He had kidney failure post surgery and it was already too late by the time they caught it. To say that I'm devastated is an understatement. I understand with surgery comes risks but I believe an evaluation is imperative so this won't happen to another pet again. How about we start with making sure we have a thorough history of the pet, correct age and correct DOB- as I found out late that they got my pets age wrong. This facility put my dogs age as 4 years old when in fact he was 15 years of age. As a healthcare professional myself I believe they teach to verify at least 2 patient identifiers prior to any surgery in med school. Maybe my dog was put down too long on anesthesia thinking that he was a young dog? An obvious injury has occurred during the procedure and supportive care wasnt given after the procedure. If you ask them what went wrong They will give you a script- "unfortunately these things happen." Needless to say I wouldnt trust Dr. SCHNEIDER or Dr. ODGERS or anyone in this facility to handle any of my pets again. And I will make sure to let my friends and family know.

Everyone was very helpful and kind, and it's a well organized business with regard to Covid safety practices. The only problem is that they charge so much to clip a pet's nails.

My pet was suffering for one month with their care, and nothing worked. The worst is there was a misdiagnosis. They seemed nice and clean and all, but found out from my neighbor they really aren't the best vets to go to. It seems they might be ok with minor health issues like cold and stuff, but not bigger issues. Try another clinic.

Start to finish this was a top notch vet!! Barb the Vet tech was quick to get us in and put me and my pets at ease. Dr. Christie G. was wonderful and took the time to ask and answer all my questions. Highly recommend

I have to say, Princeton Animal Hospital has taken care of our puppy as if it were their own, our dog has a bad infection and had to be medically boarded (and is still there) and they have answered every phone call we've made (and given us updates every time we've asked) and answered every single question we've asked. They took what was a very stressful and scary situation for us and our puppy and made us feel so much better. From the staff to the doctors there they all truly care, and are very professional. I know our puppy is in good hands and will come back to us healthy again. We're super impressed and super grateful for this animal hospital.

I took my cat there for an emergency unblockage. While the Doctors and Vet Techs are highly capable people and I appreciate the fact that they were able to care for my little baby, the administrator and the outrageous pricing is another story. All in all, my bill is $2000 for the unblocking. There are other vets in the area that will do the same thing, but will be 30-40% below the sticker shock you will experience here at the Animal Hospital.

We took our kitten there October 5th because he wasn’t feeling good all they did was give him sugar and sent him home, he was feeling better during the day and now he’s dead if you love your pets don’t go here, we should’ve went to North Star

Hoping they change their safety procedures when visiting. Other than that I’m happy with the vet clinic for my dog!

The Reason I am MAD is because THEY MADE ME BELIEVE THAT MY PUPPY’s SICKNESS WASN’T CAUSED BY LYME which I believed at the beginning. AFTER 3 months,4dx test done to detect heartworm came back with everything negative but LYME is POSITIVE!!!!!! I only spend $70 this time, half of their price btw. During that periods my dog was protected from tick carefully and never had any symptoms. As you could imagine,She was suffering from Lyme by the time in March!!!! It’s a shame that people won’t admit mistake and wrongful diagnosis. After about 3 days of spending $400 for the initial visit and nothing clear yet. My puppy finally got better from Lyme disease as her immune system start fighting. I was able to speak to Dr. Keith Schneider over the phone and he is someone I would recommend if you do need to come to this place. At least Dr. Keith Schneider would listen to your concern and discuss the situation with you! He was very honest about the whole antibodies detect test and did agree that low level antibodies won’t be showing at some point! This is all based on what I have been pushing to get my dog tested for Lyme!!! Eventually my puppy was getting better and start standing up and walking, i did not opt in for further test because there’s no point for me to spend another fee hundreds without a clue. Dr. Keith Schneider did say they would provide doxycycline if I wanted. But antiboitic could also be harmful if there is no infection. I decided to keep monitoring my puppy rather than giving her some medicine blindly. But this doesn’t mean my puppy was treated in the right way nor professional view during her first visit!

BE AWARE IF YOUR DOG GOT TICK BITE and I HOPE YOUR PET NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS! FYI:Typically $60-75 everywhere else for a 4dx test which has better performance than the ACCUPLEX test they offered here,I had to pay $150 just for that! Please do yourself some research before being sold anything. My puppy got Lyme disease back in March!!! That was 7 weeks after the tick bite. As her owner and mom, I noted everything just in case and guess what? sometimes you gotta trust your gut! This is the whole reason we brought her to the vet. Every single symptom she has were obviously Lyme: loss of appetite, lethargy, joint pain, depressed etc. I wanted to get her checked by Blood chemistry test and if come back positive, she needed doxycycline!!! But the test (called Accuplex 4)they provided was a 4in1 test for antibodies. < $123 test+$22 blood collection+medical waste+$90 visit fee>. WE ALL KNEW THAT Antibodies doesn’t necessary form enough until the immune system start fighting. She was so weak and sick, her immune system hasn’t start nor strong enough to fight back by the time she got tested, it was negative but I was still questioning. In June, she got tested for heartworm just to be safe. But it came back with positive LYME antibodies!!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE! THIS IS SO MISLEADING!!! Just because my dog was only 4 months old,the doctor wouldn’t think it’s Lyme disease. She insisted that by her experience and expertise,it’s something else; either distemper or other kind! I kept asking for Lyme disease test, and my puppy got antibody test. Fine! Recommending all kinds of test and X-rays to be done with all the possibly extra fees added up. I was not convinced……. After all My puppy has no vomit nor diarrhea issue. Her shots were up to date ,only needed last shot to be completed. We never took her to public area neither. If she got distemper and it’s transmissible ,then why the other dog in my house acted perfectly fine and normal? OUTRAGEOUS!

Extremely professional and loving staff! They received Tally with warm arms and attend to her needs each visit. They ensure to inform you right away on steps and procedures they recommend for her and will be taking for her well being! My husband and I are happy with our choice of medical care for Tally! We highly recommend their service's other families!

Awful experience. The staff does not communicate with one another, which almost lead to a misdosage of a sedative. My dog suffers from anxiety and they have recommended that he take trazodone before his appointments. On the day of his visit, they canceled his early morning appointment and it was rescheduled later in the day. I was 15 minutes late to the later appointment (my fault) and they canceled the appointment even though he was already medicated. They recommended that I give him an additional half dose for another follow up appointment the same day (without consulting me on his weight or current condition!!!). Thankfully I have a scientific background and further reduced the recommended dosage as we nearly had to take him to another animal hospital out of fear he was over medicated. Finally when they followed up on the appointment they called my mother (even though they have been told I am the primary contact/pay the vet bills on several occasions) and have yet to reach out to me. They used to be an excellent vet but the quality has declined markedly in recent months.

I was very impressed with folks at Princeton Animal Hospital, they were super professional and demonstrated extra level of care to Paris, my 4yrs old cat. It was extremely easy to set up the appointment, and even with this pandemic, they handled the process very well. Dr. Christa Goeke was very patient and thorough with all my questions, explained everything in details and made sure I understand Paris's condition. I feel very grateful to them for taking care of Paris and for their 5 star service. Huge shoutout to Dr. Goeke, Karen, Haley and Kerri, you guys are awesome, thank you all for going above and beyond!

Friendly staff and have been helpful throughout COVID situation. They pick up our pet from parking and the doctor talks to you over the phone explaining everything in detail and listening to our concerns about our pet. Once done with the check up the pet is brought back to the parking lot with medication and instructions.

We love Princeton Animal Hospital! We feel incredibly luck to have such intelligent, dedicated, and empathic people like Dr. Odgers, Rasha, Kelly, Emily and SO many others caring for Birdie! I know Birdie is in excellent hands with everyone -- from front-desk staff, to veterinary technicians, to veterinarians. They take care of her and love her like she's their own! Thank you all!

I brought my kitten peanut here because I wanted to get another vet to check him. Unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep because there were other issues I did not know about, but I would not have gone anywhere else. I know Peanut was treated well in his last moments and Dr. Foley was very kind and understanding. They have very good customer service here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like their pets matter. Peanut was not rushed to be checked and they listened to everything that we noticed about him. There was no rush to talk about what was going on. Thank you so much for making me and my family feel cared about during this tough time and for the heartwarming card
