I have taken my dog here twice for emergency services, and once for surgery. All three experiences worked out well.

First time there, Dr Anderson's is the best! Everyone so polite and helpful, not terribly expensive either. Dr Andersons.... Thank you for keeping my Luna and Athena pretty ????????❤️

I wish i can give them 0 Star! Let me explain what happend. On january 12 my english bulldogs has her puppies, two days later i call them because one of my puppy has breathing problems. The rude lady at front say that is NOT critical situation. And i have to wait 48 hours. She say i cannot bring my puppy. Few hours later my puppy die. Yesterday i call them because another puppy starting with problems, he dont want eat, not movement at all, weak. Again the lady explain me about critical condition so she say u can bring him but if is NOT critical you have to wait 48 hours! So ok i go with the puppy, and nurse came for pick up him with the cold weather at 12midnight yesterday. Then she go inside and show my sick puppy to the two lady on front just for see him, she almost show him to whole hospital, because he was cute and tiny? Wow! Not proffesional. Later the Vet call me she explain me he has pneumonia and he couldn't make it.???? She offer me some antibiotics for pneumonia but again she say maybe thats not change is situation. Also offer me different milk formula. I say yes and it cost $324 she explain me that they dont have the machine or materials for hospitalized him. Then she leave me waiting on car for mor 40 minutes. I call back and say "Hey, what happen with my puppy? I have other puppies at home to take care and i want take care or him too! The rude front lady say "YOU have to wait because she is with another dog, we have just one doctor and i told you if is NOT critical you have to wait! LIKE WHAT? My puppy almost die and she say is not critical? For Real? So, i Scream to her because i was so sad for my puppy situation and let her know better give my dog or i will call cops. Nurse came after 10 minutes with my puppy in her hands with cold weather just to read me the discharge when I need to sign i reject to antibiotics and formula. Obviously i sign she read that for almost 5 minutes and my puppy in the cold weather! I let her know i will put this review on every single social media. Few hours later at 4am my puppy passaway???? this people dont love animal. They just love the money u can spend????????

I have had a couple of bad experiences at this animal hospital in the past but my latest visit was remarkably good. My beloved 11 year old furbaby had been chronically ill for a while and had taken a sudden turn for the worse. My vet had no openings and advised me to take my cat to an emergency hospital. When we arrived, the staff was very professional and courteous. The doctor (Dr. Kroger or something like that) examined my cat and explained the possible diagnoses as well as the possible treatments. However, she also acknowledged that he had several underlying health issues and that we needed to consider our options within the context of his overall condition and the potential quality of his life. I particularly liked that she laid out all of our options but wasn't pushy about what we should or shouldn't do.

I was never here but after seeing the comments I'm not interested in even trying to stop by with pets. Seems like they want money. Will look elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful. My daughters cat was having heart failure and the doctors were very accommodating and explained everything. Helped us put our beloved baby to rest. The front desk was and nurses were sympathetic. Thank you all.

Each time we've tried to do the right thing for our pet and go here when our vet is closed, it ends up costing thousands. The care credit does not work for folks with low income and lower credit scores. This is a facility for the wealthy. We came home on the holiday and tried to make an emergency appt with our regular vet for a dog who was licking and getting sores. Regular vet had no appts for 3 days(also not acceptable for an established patient) and said to go here if dog got worse). Dog is really uncomfortable but we don't qualify for care credit and cannot afford the 200 fee and all the test fees this place wants. The sores are getting much worse and smell. We have an appointment tomorrow afternoon at our regular vet, but don't want her suffering so much until then. This place would only suggest care credit. Hell, an antibiotic and steroid for now thru tomorrow is NOT going to hurt her and would help her be more comfortable. THIS FACILITY IS NOT INTERESTED IN HER WELLBEING- JUST WANTS THEIR EXORBITANT FEES! Please do not post some stock reply to call you! I tried and tried today to "talk" while my pet is suffering and the desk did NOT care.

From the time I called them for help until the time I left there the next day the staff and doctors were incredibly kind and so caring. My daughters kitten was having seizures and sadly did not make it. This was the first time I've ever had to deal with something like this. I was emotional and scared and the staff was patient, answered a ton of questions I had and allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. My children and I are thankful for all of their hard work and dedication.

Saved my dog Luna.Took her here when she was a puppy. They gave her 2 blood transfusions and the one vet even used her own dog's blood when they ran out. They genuinely have a passion for animals here. Luna recently had another health scare and they were really good with her and I was pleased with their communication before and after each procedure.

Terrible service. However the only think that matters here is the money. I went with my cat as an emergency because he was vomiting. They did some exams (3 x rays, blood tests, iv fluids) and he was diagnostic with gastroenteritis. He came come and he continuing vomiting and not eating so we went back to the ER. They did another X rays and I asked why are you doing more x rays? They said it was necessary to see if he had any obstruction and I said ok but yesterday you did 3 and she told I was not going to pay that. However, I had to pay it just because they wanted more money… My cat come home after 1 day of hospitalization I pai 1500 and that was not enough they found a way to charge me more 60$. In the total I pay 2300$ (First and second time)… and my cat is not even better. They even gave him anti depressives! This is just brutal he has only 6 months. The only think that matters there is the money, they are not really concern with our animals.

We took our baby Kasey here we knew it was her last day. They did an amazing job at midnight, the compassion and honesty they gave us was like none we have ever seen. On such a dark day they were the light we needed. It was one of the worst days of my life but I am so glad they took care of.

Kind and patient staff. Good care for our dog. Surgeon was very informative and spent a half hour answering all my questions. Downside would be $200 deposit just to be seen and general cost of care.

Very professional, receptive, and caring staff. Brought my dog in tonight due to an eye issue and possible allergic reaction, and the staff was very friendly and walked me through everything. I’m a first time dog owner, so there’s a lot I’m still learning. The doctor took the time to explain to me the various conditions, symptoms, and treatments associated with the signs my dog was showing. At no point did the medical staff try to convince me to have my dog undergo any unnecessary producers or testing which I’ve heard happened at other emergency vets. My dog was given the appropriate treatment and I can sleep better tonight knowing my dog was in excellent hands. Thank you so much!

Dr. Hassinger is the only one to go to if your dog needs a ccl/meniscus repair. My rottweiler had his done for the 2nd time (other leg) & I can't say enough good things. I live 1 1/2 hours away

Took our dog in for laceration to the paw that required emergency care. I understand emergency care isn’t your typical vet visit, but a disabled person on a fixed income should not be taken to the bank the way this facility flat out robs people. Walked in with a certain amount of money not knowing a vet cost, after conversation with them and them knowing exactly what Cash on hand I had they pushed for care credit. so no sooner do I get “approved” for care credit due to being disabled, their estimate was immediately made for an amount that was the entire credit line as well what was on hand, RIGHT DOWN TO THE PENNY! they saw and knew was in my hand and what was available on their credit line. It’s NOT coincidence that the entire bill for staples and sutures milked us dry to the point the care credit + the amount known this disabled person had on hand and was told, “oh well” when asked about any type of help, assistance or discount for disabled people. I have a machine bolted to my spine I struggle on a daily basis, let alone be able to pay bills and eat, but to run out of fuel on 81 heading home since these crooks depleted every penny because they knew they could. Again, NO COINCIDENCE their bill was made SECONDS after seeing the credit line as well as knowing what cash I had available. To the PENNY! Bad business 100% - NO COINCIDENCE

Your business should be shut down. Why advertise you are open 24/7 when you would not accept my dog who was actively having seizures with the excuse you are at capacity but there were only 2 cars in lot. How can you people sleep at night??? RIP Rocky no thanks to this place.

This place has done surgery on 2 of my Bulldogs, and have been wonderful. Recently my male was sick and again they were good, but something has definitely changed here. From the care of the first experiences to now is a bit off, or it may be the whole Covid thing and not really being able to speak face to face, Idk. Wait is crazy, but we'll wait for however long we need for our pets, and the taking no more patients thing is strange to me, it's an emergency hospital, and it's 40 minutes from me and the closest, so that's alarming and makes me nervous. But overall, will always take my pets here when needed.
