I just moved to the city and this was our first time at this groomer and I am 10000% impressed! I have a 5-year-old standard poodle and this is the best haircut he's had in a while!

First time boarding here and we, and Lucy, absolutely loved it! Check-in with Madison was easy and picking up with Chloe couldn't have gone any better. The Christmas Report card was an extra sweet and caring add on, thank you! Can't wait to come back. Wishing you all at the Dog Stop a Happy and Healthy New Year.

I use the Dog Stop location in the Strip District. My trainer is Taylor. She is SO good at her job, and so incredibly helpful! She is not only helpful in person during training, but I have emailed her numerous times with questions and she always takes the time to send a thoughtful response. I have already noticed a difference in my dogs behavior after just 1 training session! I highly recommend the Dog Stop, specifically Taylor!

Re: Grooming 8/31/21 I brought my mini labrodoodle for grooming and he was cut in two places. When I picked him up his leg was wrapped groomer never apologized saying he was matted and she cut him.i was told not to take him to the vet which was not her call since I am his owner. He was very uncomfortable and was going to a kennel for a weekend so I wanted a vet to check him out. The vet was going to suture his wound but cleaned it out, gave him an antibiotic shot pills and a cone. Dressing to be changed every two days. Cost $135 I left a copy of bill on Wednesday and requested the manager Chloe to call me which she never did. I called today 2 days later to discuss the incident only for Chloe the manager to say she could not do anything about the incident or bill afterall there is a waiver so they are not responsible. Seriously!! I never was given a waiver to sign nor was it discussed plus Chloe said I was told not to take him to the vet. Again I am the owner !!! The dog stop took absolutely no responsibility for the groomers error nor did they apologize or offer any compensation. I took him to the kennel for the weekend and received a call from the owner saying she was shocked how bad he was cut! She is changing his dressings and says it will take some time to heal. I am very thankful for the kennel owner and their care. I am not at all pleased with my dog being cut at grooming nor the managers responses. Please do not take your dog for grooming at The Dog stop in the strip district ! I plan on contacting the corporate office or owners of the company to discuss this incident!!!

Despite being a large, busy operation, they really take the time for special needs and listening to owners' concerns. I had to board my pup shortly after he injured himself, but the staff here took note of all his medication and the t-shirts I sent for him to wear.

Great place to take your furry best friends. They have daycare and boarding available. They also have various grooming services like nail clipping, bathing, and de-shedding.

Left my dog there for several days and never saw her on the camera. When I picked her up I asked if she was socialized and was told she wasn’t because she was climbing the fence which is a safety hazard. Okay, I understand needing to keep her safe. However, I would like to have been notified of this as I would have had someone pick up my dog as opposed to paying for her to be alone for 5 days. She was also returned to me with bloody stool, which she did not previously have, presumably caused by stress. I was told she was no longer welcomed as they couldn’t keep an eye on her, however I was not going to bring her back there after this stay anyway.

The Dog Stop in the Strip District is the only place a trust with our puppy. I was initially very anxious of the idea of daycare but my pup LOVES it. She gets so excited when we pull up and the staff treats her like their own. I highly recommend this place.

I had to come on here and talk about my experience. I've never boarded my dogs before, and I couldn't find a sitter for my vacation. I really didn't want to board them, and I felt like I was letting them down, but I had no other choice. Their manager there, Chloe, ROCKS. She not only made me less uncomfortable with the boarding, she actually made me kind of excited to socialize my dogs and signed me up for stuff that my dogs have never done before. They have an app where you can watch your dogs playing, too, which was really helpful for me. 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you guys so much! - DB

We (and our dog) love the dog stop in the strip district. They have welcomed Hank warmly from the beginning, and the staff truly cares about every animal's well being. We are so thankful to have a place with dedicated employees and a great environment to send our dog everyday! The hours are great for people who work a lot as well, and the dog stop is very dependable. Beyond worth it!

The daycare of dog stop strip district is awesome! My dog was very shy and he didn’t like staying/playing with other bigger dogs. After a few days in dog stop daycare, he seems more confident staying with other dogs. The dogs in dog stop are gentle and friendly. My dog always happy and tired when he get home. The only thing is my dog used to be smelly when he came home but recently he smell much better. I guess they improved their cleaning for daycare room. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my two dogs here for over a year now, mostly for daycare but also kenneled for a couple of long weekends. The employees are always friendly and let me know how my dogs did that day. Good retail selection of food & treats too. Overall a pleasant customer service experience.

The Dog Stop in the Strip is a great place! Our pup has quite the quirky temperament and personality, and the staff have been very patient and kind with getting to know her. She may not be the most active dog while at daycare, but she is still being socialized and best of all taken care of by the great employees. It is great that you can pop on the app and take a look at what your dog is up to throughout the day. It is also very helpful that we can drop her off for a half or full day without any advanced notice. It makes life a lot easier! We would highly recommend it for someone looking for a safe, clean and welcoming place for their pet.

We have had a great experience with The Dog Stop Strip District! Everyone has been really nice especially Chloe. Our pup Galaxy loves going there. She still has some puppy energy and going there always makes her happy and exhausted from a whole day of playtime. We had a great experience with boarding her last month for 5 days when I went into labor. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some stimuli and fun times for their pup!

Our dog Max has been going there since she was a puppy. She gets so excited to go see her friends. We also do our grooming there and boarding as well! I Love that you can watch your pup in the daycare setting. You can also call and check up any time. Makes you feel so much better.
