This place is top notch, I trust them with my dog(and she is my baby) they are very friendly, my dog loves them she's happy when she is there.

They were wonderful! Sylvester is a big fluffy cat that gets mats and disgusting things stuck in his fur. They cleaned him up, removed the mats and disgusting things for a very reasonable price. Sylvester isn't speaking to me now but you can't have everything!

We brought our dog into Pittsburgh for grooming. Brent the owner was wonderful , extremely attentive to our pup! Lindsay was awesome! Highly recommend!

I took in a community cat about a year ago. He was living outside with a group of others. I learned from a neighbor that the cat was left behind . The old owners got evicted and left him in the streets.I took him in, I noticed he seemed very sick. I made a vet appointment and got him back on track. .One issue that I kept losing the battle with was fleas. Decided to get a grip on it, enough was enough. I wanted to see what really was going on. I called Petsburgh, they couldn't of been nicer. Scheduled me in as a new client about a week later. Not many groomers do cats, and with Covid most aren't taking new clients. Houdini my cat, was scheduled for a flea bath, shave, nails, the works! They told me about 3 hours and they were right on their word! The employees greeted me as soon as I entered.After,speaking to both of them I learned how well behaved he was. I was happy to hear that. I think when you have people caring for your pet that truly love what they do it makes a difference for everyone. Houdini looked magical! Was so clean and soft . They gave me tips on things to do at home and a coupin for a Sorento collar I bought. Thanks Guys! In addition to all the other wonderful things they did,was wash my cats crate .Even the throw blankets inside .So they would be clean and flea free for his return hom. That's going the extra mile. I really can't say enough good things about Petsburgh. You must go there and experience the best groomers in the Burgh!

First experience with getting our pets groomed. They were very kind and responsive to all of our questions. They were very fair with their prices! Definitely will be taking our cats back again!

I have been bringing my dogs to Petsburgh for a few years now. I rescued a Morkie that had major issues with grooming. They were so great with him that it wasn't long before he was excited to always go and see them. I moved from Baldwin Borough to North Versailles and I still drive my dogs to them for grooming. They are worth the drive!

Quick, friendly, and patient staff. We got German Shepards bails trimmed for first time. Was a positive experience

I highly recommend Petsburgh! They are super professional, affordable and really take their time with your fur baby. I have a 110lbs Great Dane/Boxer mix who gets a little crazy especially when he’s getting his nails trimmed, but they handle him so well and do such a great job. I trust them with my boy and know he’s in good hands. 10/10 go see them for all your grooming needs! ???? ???? They’re super responsive and answer text right away.

This was our first time visiting this groomer, and we will be back.They were terrific! Only 45 dollars for a bath, haircut, nail trim AND ear cleaning!! That’s unbelievable! The staff were very kind and patient with my very talkative Mother. Her little Shih Tzu was in dire need of a haircut after a long COVID quarantine, and turned out cute as a button! I recommend, and they groom cats as well. :)

Very good do nice job

We had to find a new groomer for our Newfoundland because of the pandemic and she hadn't been groomed in 6 months...I called many places and petsburgh got me in the quickest. They are only 5 minutes from our home and were recommended from our friend...I am soooo pleased with how it all turned out. The owner is very nice and attentive through everything. Winnie instantly loved the groomer when she came out. I can happily say we are going to switch to petsburgh all of the time now. I'm beyond happy with all of them there! Great place!
