Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Been going there with my pup for 15 years. The doctors and staff are the best!

Very long wait times, phone is usually busy. Every time we have been in they have recommended expensive up-charges because our dog is apparently always dying of something probably. Overpriced and they don't approve prescriptions to external pharmacies that sell the meds cheaper than their in house. Definitely not going back at this point.

This is a great vet. I've had multiple animals over the years, lived in multiple cities and have dealt with serious animal health issues. This group does a nice job with appointments and tend to our animals with compassion and care. They are not an emergency care facility, but for preventative care, nutrition, bumps and bruises and routine procedures, I would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional service --- COVID-safe protocols keep you in your car. Tech comes to you to get your pet. Veterinarian calls you to discuss your pet's needs, and they return your furry friend to your vehicle. Receptionist takes credit info remotely. No matter which of the several terrific veterinarians on staff speak with us, they are thorough and more than willing to answer all of our questions. All things considered -- even with the extra steps now in place, there was truly little waiting involved. Everyone was not only polite and professional but also friendly! Thank you so much!

Terrific team of professionals- they love my dogs as much as I do. Been a loyal client for 21 years with 4 dogs during that time. Highly recommend.

They are handling all appointments with appropriate COVID-19 safety precautions. You arrive for your appointment, text the number listed on the sign, they come out masked to get your pet, the doctor calls you during her exam. The payment is rung up by the receptionist over the phone.

We are leaving this establishment because of communication problems with the office manager. Our 12 year old newly adopted dog suddenly become ill. We just wanted to speak to her Vet, Dr. Himmelhoch who is one of the most competent doctors. We could neither schedule an appointment or speak with our doctor according to the office manager. Perhaps the practice should be concerned about service to the pet owners. Our pets can not tell us what is wrong but they can signal distress. Our dog was distressed and this practice offered little concern. All we wanted was a phone call from Dr. Himmelhoch but the office would not call her and give her our desire for a phone session. Poor office organization. Shame because the medical staff is great.

Such nice people. They are always very thoughtful when an animal has passed or needs to be put down. Great environment.

The care is fine, but do yourself a favor - when the doc says they want to run a test, ask how much it's going to cost. Don't walk out with sticker shock over a "test" that took exactly 15 seconds and cost exactly $35.

They have taken lovely care of our three dogs. Dr Liz in particular is a treasure! While the care can be a bit expensive, that is typical of any veterinary practice and the quality of care is very good.

I've lived in this area my whole life and have had many pets, harts run is the only place that I will use for my pets, unless it's a late night emergency. I have found that they care and treat their patients with respect. They take the time to explain medical conditions and procedures. You couldn't ask for a better place to take your loved pets to. I highly recommend Harts Run Vet Hospital. They truly love animals there.

I am so disappointed in the care I got with my cat Noah. He just turned 10 and I was told he was in renal failure unexpectedly. He had been my happy and healthy son and this happened suddenly. Dr. Hall was an incredibly kind and compassionate vet, but the care I got from another vet there was horrendous! I got a phone call leaving me a voicemail that told me Noah was in renal failure and that I could call them back if I wanted. I spent hundreds of dollars in days trying to save and help my sweet Noah. He declined severely over the weekend after IV fluids and subq fluids and he was struggling to breathe and making horrible sounds. I called this vet on my way to my 8 am appt to tell them I did not want to continue to put Noah through so much and instead wanted to put him to sleep. They understood and said they could do this as soon as we got there, because I told them how much he was struggling to breathe and the horrible sounds he was making. When I got there what happened instead was that a technician looked at Noah for about five seconds and said he does not appear to be struggling anymore than any cat does when they have to come to the vet and they close the door and left me alone with Noah to wait for the vet. Within minutes I had to watch Noah convulse and see him suffer to the point where he had passed away. I was calling on my cell phone to the front desk, because I did not wanna leave him. The technicians immediately came in after I made two phone calls and rushed Noah away. When they had came back they said he had already died, but they gave him just a little bit of medicine to make sure and I was charged as if I had brought him in for a visit to be put to sleep Despite that due to their negligence I literally had to sit in one of their waiting room is and watch my cat suffer and die. I Would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone.
