Tracy is the absolute best. Brought her in a mess of a long haired cat and she turned her into a cute little lion. She’s so sweet with any animal you bring in and always treats them like her own. It’s not a fancy location but it’s worth the drive to let her pamper your pets.

You can really tell they love animals. She was kind and engaging with us and our puppy. Great place for a nail trim.

Our dog Bowie has always been nervous about getting her nails cut, so much so that we had resorted to medicating her and bringing her to our vet for nail trimmings. Picture PURRFECT grooming cut our dogs nails in a stress less environment without sedation. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and local groomer.

I am in town, taking care of my niece and her cat needed some TLC. Dana was so accommodating and got us right in. She was great with the cat and was very kind to me. Thank you Dana!

I couldn't be more grateful for Dana and the service she provides at Picture Purrfect. My fiancee and I treat our dogs like our children, and we were very nervous to bring our puppy Ava to a groomer for the first time. When we heard that Dana did cage free grooming so that your pet is in and out right away, we were sold. Dana has always done such a good job and been so good to our Ava girl. When she moved her business from King of Prussia to Phoenixville, we had no choice but to follow her! My drive used to be 5min and is now 30, but it is well worth it to bring our pup to a place she is comfortable and doesn't have to sit in a crate for hours. As we are looking to adopt a new puppy, we are relieved to know that we have Dana to groom our new pup as well! Thanks for everything you do, Dana!

Take my dog here all the time, very professional and nice

This place is great the lady is so nice she dont run you around. She tells you what shell do and she does it and my dog comes out looking fresh and so soft everytime. Thank you for taking sheba and making her a star everytime she shes you.

Dana was the best groomer for both my dog and cat that I have ever had. She “tamed” my lion cat and very spoiled and whiny golden husky. They came home calm versus stressed as they have in the past with other groomers and enjoyed a warm evening without the discomfort of their heavy winter fur. Worth every $$ over what you would pay at a chain. Dana has a new loyal customer!! She has a gift and truly cares for animals.

Dana is the best dog groomer. She really cares about the animals and she always makes my dog look perfect.

Cut my dog's tail, pretty sure a few moles/other areas. Blamed it on the dog saying he got "tired". Acted like it was no big deal and put "surgical glue" on it, not even sure what it was. Never followed up to see if he was ok, nothing. Will not be going back.

Finally found my groomer for my 2 rescue fur babies, Dana was wonderful with them and made what usually is a stressful time very calm. There are no cages and they were the only dogs there so they got her full attention. When I picked them up tails were wagging and they looked and smelled wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!

I took my senior cat here yesterday for a nail trim for the first time. I've found that it's difficult to find a groomer that does cat nails, and I live too far from my vet to stress my cat out over just a nail trim, as he doesn't do well on car trips anymore. The location of this salon is very convenient and easy to find, easy parking. The owner/groomer was so nice! Can't say enough how nice she was! We were very needy upon arrival and she was super sweet, overly accommodating, and very understanding. Thank you so very much for dealing with us! I would recommend using this groomer if you're looking for a new salon.

I can't believe how beautiful my cat looks.

Whether it is shaving my gigantic cat or trimming the chihuahua nails, Dana always does a wonderful job!

Groomer does a great job and she is really good with both my dogs!
