Everyone on the staff has always been kind and helpful. Ginger is never reluctant to be there.

Drs. Dallago, Nelson and McMahon and their team are hands on, down on the floor with your pets care givers who are compassionate, engaged and informative. The practice always follows up with you even after just a routine visit. The most telling thing about their practice is that my dogs always cannot wait to go into the office, and I have seen so many dogs out on a walk stop and peek through the door looking to go in :-)

Friendly, helpful staff and always pretty easy during appointments. The space is small which made it much more comfortable for my cat. They respond to requests by email or phone quickly and are very understanding.

WOA Rittenhouse takes amazing care of my senior Boston Terrier. We’ve had a rough year health wise and every vet and vet tech we’ve seen has been incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Theo thanks you!

I really liked this place. They didn't try and make me feel like I had to spend a zillion $$ to take care of my cat. They were pretty much on time, friendly, competant.

Amazing staff! Treat my dog like their own (given the number of times I've been there, she could be!). Won't go anywhere else in the city

Doctor Nelson, Erin, and all the staff we have interacted with up to this point have been wonderful. They clearly care about the animals, remember my pet from previous visits, and are able to provide great help to keep my two dogs healthy and happy. Thanks World of Animals!!

I appreciate the cooperation with allowing me to pay my balance later. However, after several attempts to inform them I don’t have the funds to pay for two vaccinations along with meds/check-up, they still administered the vaccines. Now I’m struggling & stressed out until my next pandemic unemployment check.

I am very pleased with our first experience here. The people are super nice and caring. Our puppy got really sore after getting a couple of vaccines. I called to ask for advice and they were very responsive and even called the next day to check in on him. Didn't get to see the inside due to covid-19 protocols so can't comment on it.

They really need to become USDA certified and learn how to deal with taking pets outside the country. Check out Center City Veterinary Hospital for similarly priced service from more experienced vets.

Everyone there is incredibly helpful and professional, both in person and over the phone. Baskota and I always feel comfortable during our time there and everything is thoroughly explained to me while he’s being examined. Needless to say, Baskota actually likes going there and not just for the treats!

I brought my kitten here today for her first vet visit and they treated her so well. To be fair, she’s very outgoing and wears a harness/leash instead of a carrier but they took the time to talk me through how to cut her nails and such and just went above and beyond my expectations. Also they charged me $100 when the VCA had quoted me $250-310 minimum when it’s just some shots for a healthy girl....thank you WoA!

I usually go to the one at mayfair but they were crazy booked so I called this one they were just as booked but found a way to squeeze my boy in. WOA has always gone above and beyond for my furchildrrn and I am just as pleased with this location. Parking sucks but that's all of downtown, def leave extra time to find a spot lol

Amazing experience! Everyone in the practice is so incredibly kind and patient. Dr. D was on the phone with me (COVID times, so I couldn't go in) for almost 20 minutes answering all my questions about the puppy, and pricing was extremely reasonable.

I had a very positive experience at WOA Rittenhouse. Staff were helpful and available over the phone, appointment was easy to schedule, and the office has good availability. The office was running on time on the day of my appointment and the procedure for dropping off my cats, checking in with the vet via telephone, and then checking out was smooth. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

We absolutely loved taking our dog Gordon to World of Animals. Gordon HATES going to the vet and they were so patient and kind with him every step of the way. We recently moved out of state and they have been very responsive to all of our emails. If you're looking for a new vet, I definitely recommend World of Animals!

A great experience so far! I needed a place to take my cat to after she developed an ear infection. In the height of covid-19, I was certainly concerned with finding a vet that had openings and that would take care of her while I couldn't physically be there. This was the perfect place!! The doctors and technicians are so kind and absolutely care about your pet. They all took the time to walk me through everything that was happening with her, what we would have to do at home, and other things to consider without feeling pushed or pressured. I felt they were incredibly reasonable in price, and they took very good precautions to keep everyone safe during covid. I am thrilled that I chose to take her here, and highly recommend if you're looking for a vet in the area.

I have never met any group of people, in any profession, as bad at their jobs as the staff here. Truly incompetent to the highest degree. The admin here have no idea how to keep schedules in line, call people back, give correct information, give correct cost information. No one communicates with each other, so you can expect to receive multiple calls a day asking about the same thing while each different person gives you different info, or no calls at all when they say they’ll call you back. If you do happen to get any info, it will most likely be incorrect, or be given to you hours before you needed to know (such as if your dog needs to be medicated for an appointment). Unreal...how bad the admin is here.

I've been very happy with World of Animal for multiple years despite turnover of a few vets. The most recent vet I saw, Dr. Hal Wrigley, was easily one of the best vets I've seen anywhere. I only have a cat so I cannot comment on their care for other pets, but I strongly recommend WoA to any cat owners.

I've been going to World of Animals for years with Coconut and they treat her like a small human being. She's been to multiple vets and loves all of them. Everyone is thorough, clear and kind.

My kitty has had the same veterinarian since 2008. Since then, changes in the neighborhood and COVID-19 has left this place nearly impossible to receive attentive care and convenient appointments. Most often appointments are weeks out and they refer you to VSEC instead, which is a nightmare. On Thursday I called World of Animals with health concerns, in an attempt to avoid going through emergency vet services. To my delight they had an appointment readily available the next day. My cat and I were in and out in just under a half an hour, treatment was kind, attentive and thorough. The vet even called me this morning with test results and a treatment plan on her day off. Price was fair and the empathetic nature of the staff and swift action is priceless for any animal owner. For the first time in 12-13 years I have a new vet! Considering how old my fur baby is, I’m happy to have a new vet that is caring and detailed for the most important stretch of her life. Highly recommend, I only wish I had found them sooner!

World of Animals at Rittenhouse has been my go to place for veterinary care for over three years. The staff and doctors are compassionate and take the time to get to know each of their furry patients and owners which creates a trusting and warm environment. While I cannot say that my fur baby Mia particularly enjoys going to the vet, she does in fact love seeing Dr. Dallago which always puts me at ease- especially during the past several months with Covid restrictions in place that only allow for the animal to enter the clinic. This location is incredibly busy and accommodates a high volume of pets, however they always do their best to fit you in or answer any questions or concerns that might arise. Much gratitude to the WoA at Rittenhouse team!

The people at World of Animals take the extra few moments when dealing with owners and pets in a way that shows they really care. I couldn't see what happened during my cat's eye surgery, but the fact that the doctor spent 10 minutes petting him before and after the surgery makes me think that he really cares about animals. I trust the doctors and staff.
