I have been going there with all our pets for about 30 years. Hate to say how good he is because he may get to many new patients and I won't be able to get an appointment.

I have the highest respect and regard for Dr. Kimmel. He is a man of the utmost in integrity, charity, kindness, decency, and honor. Dr. Kimmel has been taking care of my beloved pets for more than 15 years, and he has always treated them with deep kindness and care. For my beloved dog, Frankie, Dr. Kimmel performed surgery on her on Christmas Eve into the early morning Christmas hours to save her life. I cannot tell you how indebted I am to Dr. Kimmel for everything he has always done for us and my dear pets. He is committed to healing, and he is motivated to do everything in his power to help you, the owner, deal with very difficult situations in pet care. I trust Dr. Kimmel implicity, and I thank him for his incredible dedication to our pets and ourselves. God Bless you, Dr. Kimmel.

Very professional took great care in my dog also very nice people. Great prices DR is really fair an brakes everything down so that you understand an save money not to many people like this. When I left I forgot my phone his wife came to my house to give it back .. Definitely one of a kind people. Will recommend to anyone.

We asked Dr Kimmel to examine our new kitten since they were going in the box 30 times a day. Dr. Kimmel gave the advice that we should euthanize him without any consultation, physical exam, tests ,etc. Dr. Kimmel has no patience for the animals he cares for. His receptionist is unreliable and downright malicious at best, skipping out on handing off messages for the doctor so she can get home earlier. Whatever you do, do not trust this fly by night establishment with your furry friends.

Dr. Kimmel is outstanding! I will never take a pet to another vet. My dog had recurring ear infections. I took him to at least three different vets and the ear infections persisted. Finally, I took him to Dr. Kimmel who provided the dog with appropriate and effective treatment which resulted in healthy ears (it’s been 3 years). There is now a different health concern with the dog and Dr. Kimmel has been very informative, personable and honest. We appreciate him greatly!

I can't say enough about my experience with a veterinarian who truly cares about both my cat and making sure we understood exactly what to do. We brought my cat I to euthanize him 2 weeks ago based on advice from different vet and today he's alive and doing well.

The Doc was fabulous and very informative!

Doctor doesn't have proper equipment and no tech when we were there, so we had to help. Good for a quick fix, but not really much else ????‍♀️

Went to this vet because I noticed the awesome reviews. I walked in spoke to the vet in the waiting room briefly about my dogs sprained arm. He went back to vaccinate a cat with his assistant & spoke to her horribly. Never in my life I’ve witnessed such disrespect towards staff in a practice. He spoke to her as if she was nothing yelled at her and all. I simply walked out because I will not condone that behavior and pay him anything if that’s how he treats his staff. Hopefully that lady finds elsewhere to work because that’s not what she deserves. Btw he put the cat to sleep 3xs back to back because “she couldn’t get it right”

I honestly don't know where to begin. I called them at 3pm on Christmas eve with a medical emergency for my kitten, not thinking they would ever be in the office at that time. Not only did he answer but he sat on the phone with me while I was frantically trying to explain what could possibly be going on. Even though he was prepping for an emergency surgery he kindly asked me my name and promised he would do everything in his power to help me. I drove there immediately and was greeted at the door by the kindest man/owner. He was extremely thorough, talked me through every stage of the process and reassured me that my kitten would fully recover. We were sent home with medication and precise easy to follow instructions. There truly aren't many in this business like him anymore. The prices were extremely fair and reasonable and I never once felt uncomfortable. After a few hours spent in the office caring and tending to my baby we are home and doing well. Thank you Terry animal hospital for saving Christmas for our family. My experience with Terry Animal Hospital was bc my regular vet was closed on a Monday and my cat was not feeling well. I called and got an appointment, same day, no problem even though I was not a regular customer. Dr Kinmel was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, caring.and attentive. He did not rush us through nor did he push for any expensive labs or treatments. He shared his knowledge & medical expertise with me and his genuine compassion for animals was obvious. Dr Kimmel is a good doctor to his patients, but he also knows how to show compassion and kindness to humans especially during a difficult time. I greatly appreciate how kind Dr Kimmel was to me. All about business they don’t like animals so be careful when you bring you animals here they really don’t care about it , I did bring the bird I find in the park and they don’t wanna touch it because there not allow by law WHAT LAW CANT STOP HELPING YOU TO THAT ANIMAL IF YOU REALLY LOVE TO SAVING THE LIFE YIU WILL HELP , THE BIRD MAY DIE CUZ YOU DINT WANNA BREAK THE LAW FOR SAVING HIM , make your money FAKE-VET!!! You might not allowed to touch it as a vet but you can able to touch it as a human being ....

Dr Kimmel is her very caring Dr. He really cares about his patients. He is the best in my book.
