I always love going here with my dog. They still have covid protocols in place. The assistants are very good handling the dogs. I have never had a problem here, my dog also loves it there, he loves walking around grounds smelling all the new smells. ????❤

I cannot recommend this place enough! I adopted my beautiful saluki mix from NGAP and the process was incredible. You can tell that Bobbi truly cares about the dogs under their care, and they thoroughly check to make sure their dogs will be going to a great home. We have five cats and this would be our first dog, so having them do cat testing was very important to us, and our dog is INCREDIBLE with the kitties!!! I cannot stress enough that if you are looking to adopt a pet, please check out NGAP!

Take our dogs here annually for wellness and dental. It is a long drive from NJ but worth it.

We got our dog here and we couldn't be happier. They were thorough in the adoption process without being overbearing. We could tell our pup was well taken care of before he joined us. 6 months later and we're still thrilled.

This place is a top quality dog shelter for abandoned greyhounds. The staff is very friendly and dedicated to their work. My dog passed away recently and I used their crematory services. Very reasonable price and very understanding staff. FIVE STARS!!!

This is a nice place to take your pet either they watch your pet or take very good care of your cat or dog Because when my CAT passed I asked them could they cremated him and I must say that they did a very good job of taking care of my Cat. So my Cat which his name was called PEPPER and he's now with me in his little box and I had PEPPER whom I called him my son R.I.P. PEPPER .. So I will give National. Greyhound Adoption a 5 star rating.. I love u "PEPPER'"AND I MISS YOU DEARLY MY SON..

Non profit who saved my cats life, gave us 6 extra months with our dog. Had surgeries there, I had 2 prices, 5000 and 7000, Dutton did it for 700! And my cats been perfect. They've been our vet for years. All top doctors and you don't wait long at all. I recommend to everyone. They care about saving animals and not the money!

Im under the impression its not a walk in welcome type of place. **We are still currently going through the adoption process this is just my initial impression***. I drove an hour and walked in. I was not greeted at all. No one was around to help or acknowledge me. I went into a door that said greyhound adoption and it was empty. I thought I walked into a room i wasn't supposed to. I went to the vet down the hall to ask where to go and someone directed me to the room I just walked out of. So I stood outside till I got the attention of one of the kennel workers who didn't even know what I was supposed to do. (She was new, so understandable) The girl told me I could check out the dogs while they look for someone who could help me. A hlf hour passes and the girls say shes probably at lunch ... ok fine I'll wait ... 2 hours go by and I was repeatedly told that she had to be here but they dont know where she is. Eventually after waiting 3 hrs and having an hr drive home I gave up and left. That being said my boyfriend and I filled out the application and sent in our application fee anyway, Our references were called quickly, and were now on the waiting list. **Update: loved bobby (the lady they were looking for) went back to try again and now we have the most perfect girl in our lives. She does this process to attract only serious adopters**

This is a great organization. You have to make it past their unstable adoption coordinator Bobbie, but once you deal with this control freak, you are good to go! Many dogs to choose from. Go there several times and walk dogs. Get the dog you bond with. Dont let her tell you what dog you'll love. If she does this, go to another kennel. She cant help herself. You cant hold an instability against someone. There are many other kennels with great dogs!

If you love your dog as much as we love our dog do not take your dog here they will give medication rather than exrays and find the problem if you dont agree with there ways they will tell you that your not welcome back never in my life have i experienced anything like this in my life .
