Wonderful , was in a panic about my cat , everyone was so helpful !!. Had one vet tell me we are not taking new patients . One tell me to come back only to call me and cancelle.Cottman was wonderful !!!!.Thank You all .

Dr.Lee and staff have been nothing but kind. They explain everything in a clear and concise manner and are happy to answer any questions I've had.

Great care and follow up. My vet of 40 years past away. Dr Lee is now my new forever vet. Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

This is only my 2nd time since Dr. Lee has been at Cottman Animal Hospital. I took my Orange Tabby at 1st his name is Prince. Then I just took his Sister Bootsy on Thursday because she wasn't eating, but I realized that she was constipated. And I worked with her once I realized that. And she ended up making a BM. Before we went that morning to see Dr. Lee. So far, so good. She seems to be a good veterinarian. I have no complaints. I have 2 other kitties Chubsy - (Mommy) to Ivan - (Son) Sincerely, Miss T. Stanford

Dr.Lee, Kim and the entire staff at Cottman Animal Hospital are wonderful. Dr.Lee takes the time to explain your pets health and amazingly remembers your pets name. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Kim is a great asset to the hospital and will also take the time to explain things to you regarding your pets care. I am very happy with Dr. Lee and her staff !

We have been going to this veterinarian for many years. Since covid it has been a little disappointing because services are limited. But we were able to get our new puppy seen relatively quickly. The vet is very nice and good with animals. Average prices.

Their service fees seems fair. Most importantly they STILL treat you like a human being despite this cov-19 nonsense.

The ppl that work there were very friendly to me n my mother. Our dog Precious was diagnosed n giving meds, they explained everything to us we were in and out in no time will be going back.

I have nothing bad to say about this place they aren't perfect but who is they worked with me on my 1st dogs cherry eye most places gave me insane prices but this place gave me an affordable price my dog will be turning 9yrs old this month and he's a happy healthy dog thanks to cottman animal hospital

didn't know what was going on with my dog, most staff members felt skittish around him. Still waiting on a call about my dogs test results 2 weeks later. Won't be returning here.

I love the staff and Dr. Lee. They are so good with my big girl. They are knowledgeable and go beyond the call of duty to make my dog feel better. Been going here for years. Thank you Dr Lee and staff for everything.

This hospital is only for cardholders, they do not accept cash ??…..last week I called to make an appointment for the first time and the receptionist told me that it was not possible to give me the appointment because I had to pay with credit card????. I told her, I can go to the hospital and pay in cash right now, but she did not accept. Instead of that she gave another phone number in Levittown to take my pet….that’s not fair at all. It’s a shame….

My first experience with Cottman Animal Hospital was wonderful. Dr. Lee and all the staff were warm, professional and attentive. Dr Lee was knowledgeable and I left relieved, with some solid answers to my many questions. I LOVED that I was permitted in the room with my cat (with a mask, of course). And the cost of today's appointment was the most reasonably priced vet appointment that I've had in years.

A great place to take your pet for any of there needs. My new baby went through his first surgery. He came through with flying colors. They really care about you cat or dog well being.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! It has taken me several years to write this, because our hearts were broken after our experience here, but we just adopted a new rescue and this memory came flooding back and I want to warn anyone considering this vet. This place was recommended to us by a neighbor because they were reasonably priced. At first they were fine for routine visits, but as our dog was aging and having breathing issues, over the course of 2 months of numerous calls and visits they completely missed a common disorder for our dog's breed, and just kept selling us anti biotics. On our last visit there, after they tortured the dog for what seemed like hours with blood drawings, Xrays and other things, it became clear their diagnosis had been wrong. They tried to shove us out the door saying we needed to go to an emergency vet. Our sweet dog died in my arms in the waiting room on our way out. They knew he was about to pass and tried to get us out of there as fast as they could! While my husband and I were both sobbing for our loss, they requested a large payment for their services. I still feel guilty for trusting these people and not getting a second opinion. If you love your pet, take it elsewhere, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!

When I needed an emergency visit for my cat with a urinary blockage your so called hospital would not see him. Last time I will count on your hospital when my pet needs help!!!

Update. My loveable puppy is dead 3 days later. I don't know if it was the vaccine or treatment or something he caught at the vet's but he got sick the day after and then did not wake up. When I called 2 days later, they said a bloated stomach was a normal symptom. And I should bring him for an X-Ray if he stops eating. They did offer to refund my vet fees and do an autopsy. Will update when I know more. Amazing experience. The Dr. Was quick, friendly, and efficient. The staff was super friendly and lovable.

First time here for our 3 month old chihuahua/Shih Tzu mix booster shots & the staff was amazing. They were all very friendly. The person that gave our pup her shots was so sweet, she consoled our pup right after the shot to help her cope. The vet was quick and thorough. Overall you can tell they love what they do here.
