After we adopted our kitten, we took him for a wellness visit and check up with Dr. Aller and his team at Art City Vets. Dr. Aller took such great care of our kitten, who was admittedly a little skitish for his first visit to the vet. Moreover, Dr. Aller took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. Looking forward to our next visit!

The team here is so wonderful with my dogs. My tiny chihuahua Poppy is often scared at the vet, but they were so wonderful with her during her visit. I couldn’t be happier with our visit at Art City Vets and Poppy was happy with the snuggles and treats she received.

Took my pup in to get a a growing cyst checked out along with some odd behavior. Staff was great. Receptionists were friendly and the doctor was receptive and caring. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They for sure eased the mind of a worried dog owner. Would highly recommend.

Art city vets was a LIFE SAVIOR for my gf and I. When our Yorkie needed her teeth removed we were reluctant to take her to any of the vets in New York where we live. Everyone had quoted us out of our budget, but art city offered us reasonable prices and took GREAT care of our baby. We appreciate all of whom looked after our girl. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for all medical needs!

It can be difficult to find a veterinarian's office you can completely trust- but we've found that here. You can tell everyone in the office genuinely cares for animals and their people. Thank you, Art City!

I love the staff at Art City Vets. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and were very courteous to all of my needs. My cat weighs 30lb and they even helped me out to my Uber after my visit. It’s also great that if I had an emergency, they would would be available . I have heard bad things about the other ERs around and so I am thankful that I can go to Art City They get an A+ from me!

Art City Vets cares for my pets as if they were their own. My cats have seen all of the vets at Art City Vets, and they are all extremely qualified and caring. I once brought my cat in with what I thought was gastrointestinal distress, but the vets at Art City swiftly diagnosed him with a rare condition and treated him that day. Without the treatment and surgery, my cat may not have made it. Art City Vets’ prices are also great - very affordable. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

I had such a great experience at this vet! My dog has been to a few others and this one was by far the best! Dr. Glantz was super gentle with my very anxious dog who hates the vet. My dog had his tail wagging the entire time :) Dr. Glantz was thorough and very educated. I’ve finally found a vet that I trust & I am super happy!

We love Art City Vets! Our dog is leash reactive towards other dogs, and everyone at Art City is so kind and thoughtful whenever we bring her in. They also do a great job making her feel comfortable and their care is top-notch! We recommend them to all pet owners we know in the city.

We adopted our kitten during the pandemic and after receiving unsatisfactory care elsewhere, we started bringing him to Art City Vets. Dr. Aller and his staff were really exceptional - this was the first time our cat didn't show significant fear going to the vet. They handled him with care and made our visit an amazing one. We've been bringing him back ever since and couldn't be happier!

Exceptional customer service at the reception area, staff were able to accommodate my cat’s emergency and sent me home with medicine at an affordable rate within a few hours despite being busy. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to make a stressful situation less stressful

Another great experience with Art City Vets! My kitty Gus had an ear infection and they were able to give me appointment the next day after calling. My experience was very pleasant from checking in at the front desk of the wellness center, speaking with the technician, and then going over diagnostics and a treatment plan with the doctor. I love this place! They are the epitome of what a vet practice should be. They are always so friendly, the facilities are beautiful and clean, and they spend as much time with you and your pet as you need! 100 stars!

I found a kitten and I took her to the vet the next day. They gave everything what the kitten needed up to date and at the end of the day I had to put down the kitten. She had a disease that was going to end up the cat not living within a year and it could pass on to other cats. So I decided to put her down for other cats safety and my kittens that I have at home safety too. I was charge about $500 for a kitten I tried to help off the streets. I didn’t take nothing home. They don’t care about animals. They are just hungry for money. I will never go here again.

Dr. Aller & the entire team at Art City Vets & Urgent Care have been my go-to resource for pet care since they opened a few years ago. The facility is TOP NOTCH and all through COVID-19 their protocols made me feel safe and service was quick and affordable. I travel 30 minutes each way from New Jersey because their care is the best around! If you are looking for a new vet that cares for your pet as much as you do then definitely choose Art City!

I had to bring our cat here last Saturday for an urgent care visit. While I DID have to wait a while (not their fault, it was crowded!) the staff was so helpful and even offered everyone waiting snacks for both humans and pets! There’s a bathroom and water cooler and chill jazz music in this clean and modern waiting room. The doctor was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining everything and answering my questions. Plus I thought the walk in urgent care rate was quite reasonable. Bringing him back today for a follow up appointment was just as good an experience. The staff is helpful, friendly and warm! And again found the rates quite fair. Strongly recommend Art City Vets for urgent care and normal vet appts!

Every interaction I have had at Art City Vets and with their team has been nothing short of kind, respectful, and efficient. I have brought my cat here for urgent care visits, and ultimately, (unfortunately) when he passed away, he was there as well. The vets, technicians, and staff are incredibly compassionate and supportive. I am so thankful for the time that I had with my cat, Toby, and I am beyond thankful to the team at Art City for helping my baby boy have a pain-free and happy life.

Dr Aller and his team have been taking care of our 17 year old Bichon since the practice opened. Dr Aller has been a fantastic and thorough in caring for Teddy while we navigate these older years and the challenges that they bring. We have actually moved an hour away from the practice, and we choose to continue to travel back to the city for our little guy's care. Dr Aller and his team are the best!

The best facility in Philadelphia. So kind and caring. Highly recommend all of the doctors here. The vet techs are equally as great as well! I will be coming here with all future pets I own!

The team at Art City vets is fantastic! Everyone in both locations (conveniently across the street from eachother)is all so kind and you can tell they are passionate about animals. Special shout-out to Irum, Ariyan, Winnie, Dr. Chi and Dr. Howell for always taking SUCH good care of my rescue old lady cat, Cleo.

If you ever have any questions about pricing, good luck! They're completely non-transparent and unhelpful with a deep unwillingness to be helpful in this context. Originally they were really great and provided good treatment. I'd only recommend them if you just don't care at all about pricing being consistent and fair.

Easily one of the best vets out there! We kept coming here regardless of where we lived in Philly. They did a fantastic job helping us prepare our dog for export when we moved to Australia (notoriously strict). Thanks Dr Aller and the rest of the team!

I had to bring my beabull here for a walk-in visit due to a bad cough that she developed over the weekend. Each employee that we encountered from the front desk staff to the vet technicians as well as the doctor that we spoke to were extremely professional, thoughtful and helpful. They were able to diagnose her issue and provide medical care promptly. Best vet I have been to in the Philadelphia area by far.

I called ahead to verify that I could come in as a walk in to get my pup a heartworm test. When I arrived I was turned away because I wasn't an established patient. I'm confused why you present yourself as an urgent care facility and when someone is seeking care they are turned away. It is a simple test and an important one. Maybe its because my dog wasn't golden enough for this yuppie clinic.

Had my dog checked in for urgent care at 5:15pm when walk in ends at 6pm. After I had finished checking in they came out and told me they would no longer be seeing me and to come back tomorrow. When I asked if I could come at opening and be seen first they said no and that I would have to wait in line all over again. Absolutely awful. The front desk staff also tried to say my dog's eye injury was not an emergency and my dog is now admitted at another vet hospital. I would never recommend this vet.

I had the most amazing experience with art city vets and with Dr. Aller. My dog, Pebbles, had a very inflamed and irritated area on her ear that she scratched and it developed what looked like a very serious infection that was causing her pain and a lot of itching all night. I was so worried and hadn’t found a vet in the city yet. This vet office was recommended by a friend and I took my dog in as a walk in the next morning. Dr. Aller saw my dog immediately despite my dog being a new patient to their office. Dr. Aller was very thorough with his assessment of Pebbles and was very professional and caring and explained everything so well. I also love that they offer such flexible walk in hours every day in case of future emergencies! I highly recommend this vet office and am definitely making them pebbles’ new permanent vet!

I switched from companion to here after going to them for years with my one senior pugs ear infections. Was referred to Dr. Aller by a fellow person with a senior pug . He had a game plan to attack the ears and so far it has been working well. They even flushed out his ears something they never did at companion which I am sure helped the medication get in there better. Since then we have had out other middle aged pug have a dental with Dr. Aller, something I always was nervous about bc of the squishy faces and anesthesia but it went extremely well. They also follow up when they say they will which is something that started to bother me about their former vet.
