Absolutely the best animal hospital in the area. The doctors care as do the techs. We ve read some of the reviews and yes the prices are a little higher but for us, four dogs one of which is a service dog and a cat, you get what you pay for. Some more local vets with lower prices have missed a ton causing us to almost loss animals and they also don’t take the time. Pen ridge is the opposite.

I have only received the best, top of the line care from the staff at PRAH. They are hardworking, compassionate individuals that do everything within their power to advocate for your pet. I would only trust PRAH to provide care to my dog.

I love this clinic. They aren't pushy and their pricing is fair. The staff have all been great too.

Absolutely the best. My dog needed to see a specialist and they were able to help me get the appointment. They all go above and beyond to make sure you are at ease and that your pet is as comfortable as they can be during their visits.

We moved to the area 3 years ago and we were so grateful to find Pennridge Animal Hospital for our pets! Finding the right words for a review is impossible. They helped our aging Jack Russell live the last best years she could - treating her as an individual and not just her age. They lovingly and tenderly helped us say goodbye to her after 17 years, we never could have done that without them. Our dogs and cats all receive patient and thorough care from everyone in the building! I am always so impressed with everyone!!!! Just this week our new puppy had a life threatening event and Dr Heller and her team saved our puppy, all while keeping calm and so empathetic to our emotions and keeping us updated. I am so grateful to them. I also appreciate the front desk staff who always treat me so well over the phone and who even during this scary event checked in on us while we were waiting to hear an update on our pup. They are a rare group and I am so grateful to them all. They are so humble, and they will never know what they mean to us. I trust everything they do and recommend everyone to them!

First time with my first pet, and they made everything so comfortable and easy. Curb-side pick-up of my dog and brought him back (after shots) happy, with neat nails, a lot of helpful information and great communication!

Pennridge Animal Hospital what a great place. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. We have a scared aggressive bully breed dog and have had a difficult time finding a veterinarian office that will see him. Pennridge Animal Hospital accommodated our needs and our dog's needs 150%. I would recommend this office to anyone who has a bully breed, they are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We are so happy and grateful that we found this veterinarian office. I have been taking my fur-baby to Pennridge Animal Hospital since 2016. After relocating to Lehigh Valley, I still continue to travel 50 minutes if not longer to take my dog there because of the quality of care he used to receive. My last visit with them was very disappointing, and I will never return to them again as much as I love the staff members there. My dog was experiencing paralysis in his hind legs, in addition, he had trouble urinating on his own. The vet informed me it could be dangerous if he does not urinate, she indicated that he might have lost the ability to do so on his own, and what I needed to do was to manually express his bladder to help release. It was heartbreaking to know that he may never be able to do what he used to do anymore, and our life may change forever. I was crying hysterically while on the phone with her in the parking lot listening to the diagnosis. Despite the crisis my dog and I were experiencing, I was not getting much support from the vet who my dog has been seeing for the past 6 years. I told her I was unsure about how to express his bladder, especially I did not want to cause him more pain than he was already been dealing with. Instead of coming out of the office to show me, she instructed me to look it up on YouTube, and still charged me the consultation fee. Not only did I feel dismissed and overcharged, I also questioned the accuracy of her assessment considering no additional tests were taken. Therefore I had to take my dog to another vet to get a second opinion and, hopefully, and find better support for my dog and I. If you live in the area, I highly recommend Rockhill Veterinary Associates. They were able to squeezed me in that day although they were fully booked. The vet was very helpful and empathetic, she even offered to call to the emergency line on my behalf. More importantly, she demonstrated how to care for my dog along with her staff to make sure I am confident to do the tasks on my own. While Pennridge provides adequate basic care, if your pet is in crisis and needs a higher level of care, go to Rockhill!

Words cannot describe how happy I am that I switched to this vet! Prices are reasonable, staff is super friendly, and the vets are angels! They are so knowledgeable and you can tell that they actually care about the well being of your dog/cat! They make you feel like family. They are so compassionate and seeing them during all the chaos with the COVID-19 situation, they still have their hospital running like a well oiled machine even with all the adjustments in their routine that they had to make to ensure everyone's safety. They check in with you ALL THE TIME to ensure your pet is healing well. I am just amazed at how on top of everything this place is! You feel like your pets are the only patients they have! I will never go anywhere else again!

The Pennrige staff has been great with our puppy. They made the frequent vaccination visits easy and with little fuss. Because of the pandemic we cannot go inside with her but we know we made a good choice because she's always happy to run through their door, tail wagging. Whenever we call they're always friendly and have even called us to follow up on a few things. They really seem to care about their patients. Highly recommend.
