Very caring staff and professional. I've only gone there to take my mother's dog but for my experience with them I would be more than happy and confident taking pets there. They also do an excellent job with all of the covid issues.

We took our older dog there when Dr. Neubauer owned it. He's no longer there, but we called after we got a new puppy that was having digestive issues. They fit us in and took great care of Kodi. Quality and caring is still there! Very pleased!

Amazing people who truly love animals!

The veterinary hospital did things efficiently. They interviewed me first as to what they problem my little dog was having. They then did a basic analysis and came back with a choice of procedures, being mindful of budget and explaining the advantages of each option. After making my choice, they did the work and brought my little dog back. The dog was quite content and that is a good sign. Patient and owner happy.

Sycamore Veterinaty Hospital is the real deal!!! I brought my Fur-Baby/ Persian Cat in to see Dr. Jessica Applebaum she was so kind and went above the call of duty, Very professional!!! She took the time to listen to me ramble and answered my questions with knowledge and patience Then there is Kathy!!! Who is the Vet Assistant. She is the bomb!! Aka: The Cat Whisperer; my cat adored her!!! Seriously I thought he was going to kick me to the curb and go home with her!!! I will only bring him to them moving forward. Honestly from the front desk to all of the staff. They were all wonderful.

During the pandemic, we needed to get bring our dogs to a new vet’s office for vaccines since we moved a few months before. Our rescue dog shows aggression with strangers when she is scared, but had absolutely no problems going in without us and they said she was a good girl. I’m very lucky I found a place that could be patient and kind with her.

I have been a client with Sycamore Vet Hospital for years and they have lovingly, patiently and most importantly, maintained my cats health without fail. Being owned by Rottweilers is not always the easiest of times. Breed discrimination exists and it's unfair, unhealthy and unnecessary. My pup might be big and appear ominous but she's a big ball of love. I was looking high and low for a veterinary practice that would take excellent care of my girl, Liesl. She was unjustly labeled as "not nice" because of being afraid during these crazy covid19 times. After several horrendous visits to the vet near us this pup mom needed a better solution for veterinary care. I searched for a fear free veterinary service. It's not easy to find as this certification is fairly new in the world of veterinary medicine. The office was understanding of my needs. From the very beginning the entire staff was more than welcoming to us. They listened to what I was saying. No one knows my pup better than I do. What another veterinary practice saw as aggression was simply fear. Dr. Weiss was thrilled to meet my beautiful pup. Liesl was shown kindness, warmth, compassion and understanding. In just 3 visits Liesl was able to have labs drawn outside in the warm autumn sunshine. No need for anesthesia either. Patience, love of all dogs, empathy and a true desire to treat the whole animal is what you can find here. Liesl and I will continue to drive 45 minutes each way to see Dr. Weiss and staff just to check in, say hi, snag a treat and enjoy excellence in veterinary medicine. Welcome to one of the best veterinary practices I've come across in the last twenty-two years.

The vets are knowledgeable and kind and so is all the staff. It is easy to tell that they love the animals and what they do. They are prompt at replying to any problem, are great with explanations, and understand why I love my dog.
