From the time you pull into the parking lot until you leave, this place provides warmth and professionalism and truly cares about their clients and their animals.

Had my boy who I considered my son, put to sleep here because he was in pain from cancer. It took 27 days to have him cremated and returned to me. Despite me calling 5 times and getting the run around each time. He deserved to be treated better. Do not have your Dog euthanized here.

VCA and their staff do an amazing job caring for your animals. The doctors are knowledgeable, courteous, and have a great overall demeanor. The assistants vets are all very kind and take note of all of your concerns. The front desk staff is helpful and takes time with each patient to explain whatever they need to. The facility is always clean and neat as well. We love VCA!

I can only speak to the grooming, really. I see Karen when I go for baths and trims and nails. She is an absolute treasure. My Shiloh Shepherd is one heck of an undertaking and she always comes back happy and beautiful (even though she's a giant wuss that's scared of everything *especially* when I'm not there). I cannot recommend her enough. I'm generally terrified to leave my dogs in anyone else's care outside family, but I never think twice about leaving her. I've only used the vet once for a vaccination and the daycare once in an emergency, but those single instances were good.

Just had to say goodbye to our sweet friend of 15 years. Absolutely everyone at Wellington, Newtown Sq., was so real and supportive. I’m 74 years old and on the cynical side, having said that let me tell you, at the hospital today I felt I was surrounded by friends and family. What more could you ask for.

A really Nice and Dependable Veterinary Animal Hospital that when you need to see a Doctor in a Hurry they have never let me down . I am so Happy & Grateful for all they do here and everyone is so Friendly. From the guys out front at the appointment station and all the Staff here and Professional Doctors who examine my Dog , I am very Thankful for all they do. My Dog Buddy who is my Best Friend Thanks them too !

Rosie, Bella and General Blue my 3 pitbull mixes have been going here since Bella got her neck injured, they all 3 got their shots including Rabies shot and their certificate

Dr K is a godsend, VCA is an excellent vet with great staff and even offer a 24 hour emergency vet which we have used and again, amazing people all around. Life long costumers for sure

Very expensive. My dog suffers from chronic ear infections and I just paid close to $300 for her to be.seen and get ear wash, drops and allergy medicine. I was somewhat shamed by the vet over the phone.... "her ears are really, REALLY bad" but at close to $300 its hard to afford vet care here. I don't think Wellington realizes that some of us have lost income due to the pandemic and some of us are just doing the best that we can. I am looking for a new vet that is more affordable.

We took our dog for a bath and nail trim. He sometimes nips at me when I try to clip his nails and hates getting bathed at home. The girls said that he didn’t nip at all and didn’t mind his bath. I couldn’t be happier! He also looked very handsome and smelled wonderful when we picked him up.

I take great care of my dog that no one else is willing to take

The Docs have been stable for awhile now. Staff is always super nice and is thorough without adding unnecessary tests on.

Everyone here is friendly and loves my Bella girl. They take good care of her.

They treat you like you and your pets are the only species alive any time you go here. We board our bulldog here and would not consider taking our pets anywhere else. From the vet techs to the vets to the hotel staff and Janice in grooming we recommend VCA hands down.
