Everyone was so friendly and helpful I had to bring my baby in with me and the vet tech came out and helped me with getting my puppy. Very professional and kind !!! Overall great experience!!!

Long-time customers. Disappointed that before the holiday, i submitted a request from AAH via chewy.com to fill my cat's insulin prescription, which they denied. After speaking with AAH to clarify, they revised and claimed they would send the Rx to our pharmacy. Days passed and my pharmacy confirmed they never received an Rx,, "was likely sent to the wrong pharmacy." My cat is now several days without insulin due to the holiday (despite the fact that we first requested a refill early last week). I find an issue with the fact that they charge $140+ for my cat's insulin pen despite us being able to find the pen for half the cost elsewhere. Since several vets (including our primary) left, we are facing issues with AAH and I am saddened that our family feels forced to find another provider. Dr. Turner was the best and there are some administrative staff members who are very helpful and sweet (Christina) and others who do not seem to care about their patients at all. Disappointing.

My Atta and I had a most positive experience with the new vet, Dr. Sara Vanderbogart! She was absolutely wonderful; patient, pleasant, and supportive of the situation! Thank you, Dr. V!!!

This was a a Great EXPERIENCE for my FUR BABY Kobe who had a fever, diarrhea and vomiting. Due to a trac infection he was put on 2 antibiotics and a ibuprofen for doggies . He’s back to HIS NORMAL SELF and doing fine????. Ty Dr Van…????

Dr Vanderbogart was wonderful with my dog. She was very thorough and explained everything. The entire staff was wonderful and pleasant too.

Hands down the best vet in the area! From the front desk to the vet techs, everyone in the office is so friendly and caring. My dog saw Dr. Sarah today and he was very nervous. She immediately sat on the floor to make him more comfortable and within minutes, he loved her! She was also very knowledgeable and professional. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Parker and all the staff are always so wonderful. Thanks for being open even during the pandemic! I truly a appreciate everything you do to take care of my dogs! You’re all wonderful. Keep up the good work!! ????❤️

Great group of doctors and staff! They don't rush you through an appointment. They listen and make good recommendations. The doctors and staff are friendly and professional, and the facility has always been so clean.

We were looking for a new vet for our bunny and we are very happy that we gave Andover Animal Hospital a try. They were professional, answered all of our questions and scheduled us quickly.

Dr. Hummel is very calm and good with my cat. Their examination rooms are always clean and I feel confident my cat is getting good care.

Not happy with Juliana the technician’s attitude. She couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding my dog’s diagnosis and when I asked to have the doctor call me nothing happened. It’s been over a week. This is shameful.

The Vet and staff are professional and friendly

Andover Animal Hospital has cared for our menagerie (dog and many cats) for over twenty years. They are always extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and compassionate, and we wholeheartedly recommend them!

Very sweet people, very very good with animals of types, patient, caring and loving.

Wonderful veterinarians and caring staff. One of our dogs ingested a few hundred raisins and we took them on an emergency basis. They saved his life and kept him there for 2 days. They did blood work and had him with an IV and they kept us in the loop of progress. We are so grateful to them and would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Parker and Dr. Turner are among the best we've ever worked with. Our pets are family members not patient numbers on a chart. They have gone the extra mile for us on numerous occasions and we could not be happier.

My pet and I always leave AAH feeling perfectly and well cared for. I highly recommend using AAH for your pet care needs.

My first review ever. The organization is so poor that I ended up screaming. I want to warn the pet owners that a regular physical/introduction appointment will occur on a paring lot, and you'll spend approximately 2.5 hrs for an annual physical check-up on a healthy dog. You'll be receiving calls while on a parking from different employees that apparently are not well connected. You'll be put in various vicious circles explaining things multiple times. Bonus: a major attention to details issue; when you submit an online form to register your pet, you'll be surprised to find out that employees are not aware of such forms that they require on their website. Once they find that form and pull it to create a profile, they'll still make a mistake by misspelling the email address. The staff is nice, but the disorganization, ridiculous covid restrictions, wait time for a regular checkup, and mistakes make this vet the worst experience I have ever had. I do hope it was just my experience with them, but unfortunately, I can't come back to introduce my 14 year old dog due to some valid concerns. I could not see the doctor, but she called while examining my Japanese Akita Inu while I was on the parking lot and focused on his breed rather health. My dog is not a chow, but a long-coated Akita Inu (doctor to google "long coated Akita Inu" then see the images - all look like my Mishka).

They take such good care of our cats. Unlike some of the larger practices we have gone to, Dr. Parker really takes the time to examine our cats and talk to us about their behaviors. The staff is always very friendly and helpful!

I really appreciate this animal hospital, they have such a sweet staff. They've helped my cat Max when we felt so stuck on what was going on with him. Dr Homel was very knowledgeable and helped him out right away and got better in no time. After him we've been seen by a couple of other doctors for rechecks and when we've taken our dog got a sick visit. I'm highly considering making the trip to stay a customer here once we move closer to the city. Even if we don't we feel so lucky to have found this hospital at all. Thank you ????

I am so happy to have found Andover Animal Hospital for my furry family members. Every veterinarian here has been amazing for my cats. You can really tell that they love animals, they are always very honest with me about my pets’ state of health, and have reasonable prices. Over the 35 years that I have been a pet owner, I have never been able to find all three in the same place before. I will always bring my pets here.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Turner was so compassionate as was the tech, so sorry I forgot her name, when we had to put our cat to sleep. Even though we moved and switched vets we are definitely switching back and never leaving again.
