Had some miscommunication issues my first time here, but Shay the owner was a great help. I brought my dog in who was matted and the groomer gave a great cut with the situation she had. Some miscommunication on the type of cut but she did what was best for my dog. My pup ended up breaking out from the sanitary cut and became inflamed and swollen in his private area due just because it happens sometimes. Shay reached out quickly and gave me a refund and even gave me some options to help his itching and swelling. Great customer service and just some messed up communication from both sides, but everything is good in the end!

My favorite place to take my dog i love and they love us although my dog is always so scared lol i wonder why prices are fair can be alittle much if you start dying the dogs hair but i love em

I've been taking my mother's dog here for quite some time now. They do an excellent job each time.

My cat was very matted. I took her in to be shaved and wasn’t expecting her to look good. I was very surprised and happy. The groomer did a great job. I pre booked her next appointment. I highly recommend flawless Paws.

My dog and I have been going to Shay since she was grooming from out of her house. She is amazing, super responsive. I live in Warwick and I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go to Flawless Paws. I will never go anywhere else, and I seriously mean that lol I am super judgmental when it comes to my little boys haircut. He always looks so handsome.

My puppy Noche seem comfortable going in and coming out of her bath. Her fur was really soft afterwards.

I can't express how much we adore Flawless Paws and the entire staff! We struggled to find a groomer in the area that would work with our sweet boy.....over 100 lbs Chocolate Lab/Chesapeake mix. They are nothing short of wonderful. Caring, professional and friendly! Our family will continue to visit the incredible staff so thank you!!

We have been taking my dog here for the last 6 years! They have always done an amazing job. And today was no different. Nicole was all alone due to COVID but made sure she took good care of our senior dog and even gave her an extra bath when she had an accident at the end. Always will recommend!

I took my dog to Flawless Paws today for the first time. I was impressed with all the options they offer, and with the cleanliness and lovely decor. The staff was professional and very nice to work with, and best of all, my formerly stinky dog is now soft, fluffy and smells like lavender. Highly recommended.

Flawless Paws always does an amazing job with my dog, Hazel! She’s not the biggest fan of the groomer and tends to be scared upon drop off and they always take great care of her making her feel as calm and comfortable as possible, especially Shae he is wonderful! She always comes back very happy and clean, from ears to paws! They also always get me an appointment quick and have even squeezed me in the same day. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so amazing ! They always go above and beyond for our dog Luna! I started off at Pet smart and let’s just say they left us in a terrible position on short notice so I called flawless paws and Shay squeezed us in and got the job done and we’ve been going to her since then . They always work with us and our busy schedule, I Definitely recommend them to anyone!

We absolutely love Flawless Paws. Shay and the team of excellent groomers have taken care of our 11 year old Yorkie Poo for 8+ years. And we've never been disappointed. Extremely accommodating, pays attention to detail and always sends him back home looking like a "Poochie Star" ????
