After being away from this practice for over 10yrs coming back with a new puppy felt like I never left. Although we used to see Dr. Heidecker, yesterday we met and saw Dr. Kaylor for our 13wk old yorkie. He made me feel like our girl was in the right hands. Everyone in the office that we saw were polite, attentive & friendly both to my pet and myself. Covid caused them to reduce new patients in 2020/21 so I was so grateful to get a new patient appointment for Olive & add our other Yorkie to the list of patients. Would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Good Hope Staff!

I have been taking my pets to GHAH for a few years now. Every veterinarian and staff member I’ve interacted with truly cares about their patients and is passionate about what they do.

very disappointed that they couldn't help me to put my cat's pain to rest because I wasn't a client.

We were there on last Friday for a emergency check up and after the exam and bloodwork we left with high hopes expecting no additional problems. The next morning we woke up to our dog passed away in his sleep. Not at any point of our visit Friday did we get the idea that the diagnosis that we were provided could cause him to pass away within hours of our visit. We took the additional step to get the blood work done and spend the extra money to find out the answers on Friday while we were there and I feel like we were robbed of the best care for our family member. We trusted you and not only did we lose our dog we spend over $300 and this was the outcome. This was not the first pet that we lost by a misdiagnosis from your establishment. We feel that you failed us as a customer.

The entire staff at GHAH deserve the highest ratings. My second dog with them and they are always the best... professional...and very good at communicating with their clients. I will never take my pets anywhere else for their care. Even during covid season with remote service I've never been let down by them and they were all especially caring and supportive during EOL with both of my dogs. Don't go anywhere else...there are none better in this area.

I've had my guinea pigs, rabbit and puppy here. Two of my babies had to be put down but they were very kind. I got paw prints and a card. My puppy's visits are good. I would definitely recommend this vet office to other people.

Good Hope Animal Hospital has been the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of taking my pet. My cat has had quite a few complicated issues in the past two years and the first vet I went to we spent months doing tests, multiple appointments weekly, assuming it could be cancer. I wanted a second opinion before spending loads of money. The doctors here were able to sort out her problem in one visit and my cat has been fantastic since. I'm really sad to be moving away from this vet and hoping to find one of the same quality and care in the new place I move.

Dr. Heidecker and the technician, Tony, we had for our guinea pig were both true to my expectations. I recently adopted a shelter piggie who appears to have a skin condition, along with being afraid of everything. I had questions and wanted the best help for her. They both handled her with care and compassion yet were very thorough with her exam. The medicine dispensed was explained as well as her condition and the expected full recovery. This was my first time here and now my other piggies will be treated here as well. Highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

Good Hope Animal hospital has cared for my animals since 2014. All of the doctors are wonderful- I do not have a single complaint. The techs are all amazing and very friendly. They have also handled the pandemic safely and with ease. I would never take my pets anywhere else! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to all of the animals that you care for! Great vet. We LOVE Dr Michler! Very kind and loving. Does an excellent job explaining your pet's condition. She has taken care of all 3 of our dogs, two during end of life situations. Very compassionate and understanding. We've had good experience with other vets at the practice also. Front desk staff have always been very helpful and efficient.

Every staff member is quite helpful; but, not being able (even one adult) to go in with your pet makes us a little uncomfortable because we're not able to face-to-face talk with the vet. Phones just are a voice on the other end...

They take good care of my anxious kitty cat. Things are easily communicated. Have never had a bad experience here.

Good Hope Animal Hospital was recommended to me when we got our new Akita puppy almost two years ago. They have been great! Everyone there from the vet to the ladies at the desk have been wonderful. Very responsive and answer any questions I might have. They are friendly and are very good with the animals.

I think it's wild that a business could openly use racial terms, and it should never be tolerated in the workplace, especially after all our country has strived for in trying to change the narrow-mindedness of individuals. Acts such as that should not be justified by 5 star ratings coming from a majority of Caucasian individuals, I would think a million times over before considering to bring my animal here, I'd be afraid he'd get discriminated against aswell for his fur color.

Doctor London is the most caring, informative, and compassionate Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!

The staff are wonderful and the facility is clean

I was slightly nervous with the curbside drop off due to COVID. My pup is very high strung and is skittish under normal conditions ! So, you can imagine my relief when I called and the tech came right out (armed with treats!) and Sawyer went happily in! Minutes later Dr. Heidecker called and said he was finished, I handled payment over the phone and my boy came out happy as can be! Thank you for such a smoothly run visit!

I'm very grateful to Dr. Michler and all the great people at Good Hope Animal Hospital! I most recently took my 10 year old rabbit, George, in for a visit on 1/12/2021. He had not been doing well the weekend before his visit and I was very scared for him. In these covid times it's hard to let your sick pet out of your sight but when Dr. Michler called me during her examination she put me at ease. She explained in depth his illness, our options and his treatment. The vet techs took great care of him getting him cleaned up and comfortable. We went home with almost all the necessary medications and clear instructions on a care plan for the next few days. All 5 of my pets have been seen at Good Hope Animal Hospital over the last 6.5 years. I trust them!
