I needed a vet to neuter my little poodle and pull some baby teeth, this was my first time there they got me settled in and scheduled for a surgery for the next morning because Dinos teeth were causing him alot of pain. I sincerely have never written a review and i felt as this one was a must great care and great service. And to end it Dr.Hyduke is the most generous and caring vet you can find he made sure all my questions were asked and took care of Dino,, Dino and I thank Malvern Veterinary Hospital and Dr.Hyduke

I know 5-star reviews don’t get read as often, but if you’re looking for a new veterinarian and want some honest, unbiased feedback, please take the time to read this review. We have a female golden retriever and female yellow lab. We used a different local vet clinic for a long time before finding Malvern Veterinary Hospital last year. It felt like our previous vet valued money over the well-being of our dogs, and we wanted to switch to a different vet with emergency capability before our older yellow lab developed any serious health issues. Our previous vet was very brief with us on the phone - they never answered any questions and always insisted on an exam to diagnose small issues, dismissed our concerns or downplayed them, and during exams, seemed to insist on unnecessary tests and push products without explaining why they were necessary. They never recommended anything that actually helped our dogs, unless it was prescribing antibiotics. Plus, they were really expensive. We did a lot of research and decided to switch to Malvern Veterinary Hospital in September 2020, and it’s one of the best things we have ever done for us and our dogs. I don’t think we understood how valuable, reassuring, and just plain great it is to have a veterinarian you truly trust until we found them. Doctor Hyduke and Doctor Rockwood are both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and forthcoming with their advice and opinions. We’ve worked with both of them for a year now with zero complaints. When we encounter a small problem with our dogs and don’t know what to do (so far this year it’s been a bee sting, reverse sneezing from seasonal allergies, and a sudden fear of thunderstorms) I can call their receptionist, and I’m put on the phone with the vet on duty as soon as possible. They ALWAYS recommend a solution or prescribe the necessary medicine over the phone when they can (which saves us from coming in and paying an exam fee) and their advice has always easily solved the problem at hand. They have not yet “profited” from helping us in these situations, yet they are still so willing to help. It is so reassuring to know that your vet has your back, and prioritizes your pet’s well being over their profit margins. Plus, they trust us to know what’s going on with our dogs, which makes us feel really good! They recommended Dasuqin and Adequan for our yellow lab’s joints, and after following their recommended regimen, she is moving the best she has in years. When she suddenly wasn’t acting like herself this past summer, I took her in for an exam, and they diagnosed her with diabetes and put her on a treatment plan within 36 hours. They have been so supportive and helpful throughout the entire diabetes treatment process, and her insulin levels were easily regulated under their guidance. We have been so, so pleased with our experience with them. Weekends, after hours, early in the morning - it doesn’t matter. They have always been there for us. We know when the time comes for our girls to cross the rainbow bridge, they will be in the best possible hands here. If you’re looking for a new vet, don’t look any further. If there’s a wait list to become a client, get your pets on it. They are worth the wait, and you will be in good hands.

BEST VETERINARY PRACTICE EVER!!!! I have been a longstanding, grateful client of the Malvern Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years. My dogs, puppies and seniors, large and small, have been treated quickly and diagnosed accurately by Drs. Hyduke and Rockwood. They are very knowledgeable, gentle, patient, and most importantly - they will always recommend what's in the best interest of the pet. Over the years, they have had to deliver difficult messages concerning my dogs. They always did so with grace supportively allowing me to make all decisions after providing all possible options. They are always able to provide the appropriate level of care for each dog's condition, from routine maintenance to severe conditions. My fur babies have never suffered or remained in pain under their care. I am so grateful to have this practice for my dogs. Each individual at that hospital is an angel - the Doctors, the Technicians, the Front Desk Staff, each and every one of them cares about the animals! The Hospital also has an Emergency On-Call for clients which has been a life saver for my dogs. There were times when I relocated to other areas and still returned to Malvern Veterinary Hospital to have my dogs treated. This hospital is dedicated to ensuring the best welfare of ALL of our fur babies. If I were a furry one, I would only want to be treated at this hospital. This is a hospital that I continue to trust with the LIFE of my fur babies and my best friends!

Very professional and great doctors

The whole staff is friendly and doctor Hyduke is worth the trip for us. He is hands down amazing. He goes above and beyond for our fur baby and our dog takes to him so nicely. After going to a few different vets we found our home here in Malvern ! We don’t know what we’d do with out doc H expertises !

I’ve only been visiting for a little while with my pit bull, but they’re really so great with her. Usually she’s overly excited about things and can be a bit much, but when we enter the office area, she’s at ease. That speaks volumes for me since she seems so comfortable there. The staff is very friendly and genuinely seem like they enjoy what they do. It’s a very positive environment and I doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else.

The Dr. answered all of my questions. The Dr. and the staff are very nice! They took their time with my dog ,looked her over and gave her a clean bill of health!

Everyone here is great and friendly as can be. Dr's and assistants very knowledgeable and happy to answer your questions. They do not price gouge like other animal hospitals I've been to with my fur baby.

Dr. Hyduke is my beloved pets’ Doctor and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Been a client of this Veterinary Hospital for 20 years. Feel like family and the staff is professional and caring. Well worth the over 20 mile drive for me for my pets to receive care at this Hospital. They also provide their own emergency services for clients, which is very important to me.

Joe is the best that you're going to find in the area. He is the most experienced and the most well versed vet that I've ever met. Personable doesn't even begin to describe this place. They are so much more than that. They are like family. I have been with this vet for 45 years.

As a potential client, I spoke to the receptionist on the phone and asked about how much they charge for a dog's nail trim. She refused to answer the question. She stated the Vet would have to see my dogs and then give me an estimate for the nail trim. She stated it was procedure. So I would have to pay for a checkup in order to find out the price of a nail trim. Outrageous!
