Took our 2 yr old rescue lab in for a nail trim today. No idea if/when he’s ever had nail trim. He did a crazy amount of flipping, squirming, and shedding. HANNAH our nail tech was great! Super patient with him, lots of good ideas to help for next time. Recommend her!!!

Deep Inventory. Started buying frozen Instinct Raw Longevity puppy food. Only to find out they are having trouble getting it. Found it at PetSmart. Manager very friendly and cooperative.

This pet store has everything. Beats all the big chain store in prices definitely. Always great customer services and sale deals

Pet food is well stocked. It's a small store so depending on what you're looking for it's hit or miss. But sometimes they have more than other stores. I would absolutely love this store if the back didn't smell.

They have a large selection pf anything and everything. There not the cheapest but they have a great selection with very good quality

I witnessed an employee step on a fish that jumped out of the tank. Instead of picking it back up and putting it back in the tank, they stepped on it. Even though it was a feeder fish, a fish is still an animal. Incorrect housing of animal and does not clean the cages. Would not recommend going and supporting it.

This store is clean. Employees are friendly and if you sign up for email they often send discount codes. Good on selection.

I bought this bag of bunny treat food from the towers of pet food saying buy bulk & save. Bad idea. Bugs in the pet food. Beware. First time going here and last for sure. Will stick to Pets Plus

I love that they have 2 bathing stations. No sense getting my tub dirty. My dog loves to get washed in these. She also loves to pick out a toy after her bath (she is not spoiled), but I felt the toys were not of a good quality. Shes a very strong chewer so she settled for a treat. They have a large variety of those. We got her a toy at Home Goods, better quality, better price. Again, not spoiled.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our kids' first pet hamster today. Kacie was incredibly kind and helpful; generous with her time and knowledge. And excellent call with double boxing the critter! "Zita" had already chewed through the first box before we got to the car, and we JUST made it home before she completely escaped. Looking forward to more adventures, and nice to know we have access to care and expertise at the pet store down the road.
