Unfortunately on January 8th my Doggie crossed the rainbow bridge and the vet was extremely extremely kind caring airing and sensitive to my feelings yellings they didn't rush me they took their time and I really appreciate it they have consistently consistently been great in the last 4 years I was taking my baby there

The animal's hospital was a good visit with my cat Lucky the Doctors and the staff are doing a great job with all of the animals and there owners thank you again Joanne Murt

charging insane amount of money for unneeded meds without a notice phone call then got the charge taken off. Then lied and said they called when no one revived a call. got the charge removed and they tried to charge higher. horrible costumer service

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for years and the staff is always so kind. The vets take their time to explain and educate and techs are also very helpful. Deb, at the front desk, is always so friendly . Even though they’re busy, they still know us and greet us by name. I get my pets’ meds filled online and they respond to refill requests in a timely manner. My Harrison looks forward to his appointments because he knows when he gets there, he’ll get so much attention!

My dog was never really comfortable here. She would just shake & I had to drag her to a room. She wasn't that way before we moved at her other vets. Then when I couldn't go in with her, I understood, but I didn't like it. So, bottom line, I found a new vet. She's still nervous, but they take a little more time with her so I'm certain she'll start to feel more comfortable. I don't have to drag her to an exam room anymore. Sadly, my daughter had to put her dog down. She'd been back & forth to this vet, trying different meds. So the day came & they wouldn't let her go in with her right away. When they finally did let her go in the vet suggested more meds. That made her question probably the hardest decision she"d made, which, I thought was highly insensitive. So that was it for this office as far as I was concerned. Will never use them again

Been taking my dogs here for a few years and i usually always recommend them, in July i brought my American bully in for her appointment, instead of having a nice doctor look at my dog i had one her belittled me for my decision to have her cropped (different vet did crop) and then she tried to push spaying her as soon as possible). You would think with all the new research out there she would know that spaying a large breed dog before two can be detrimental to how the dog will grow, making them more Susceptible to injuries and such, i unfortunately will not be back here with my pets due to this experience. I don’t know what happened to the good vets who used to work here but i wish they were still there. This woman was old and miserable. Told me my pup had a grade one heart murmur i took her to another vet not even a day later and guess what no heart murmur.. very disappointed.

They are not accepting new patients at this time, completely unprofessional and poor customer service. Left other review against them that they had the audacity to respond to telling me to contact a Liz person with their generic front desk number. Both times I’ve called she’s been “unavailable “ complete joke of an establishment. Considering this company has oddly the same exact number of reviews as another local vet leads me to believe any positive reviews are fraudulent.

Very rude. One of the vets said that my info wasn't I'm there system I told them three times but wasn't in there. And I asked the tech is there other places. She says she wasnt sure. The vet was not a nice person.

All you could want for your furbabys care.

Unfortunately we had to put our Harley Girl down this week. The compassionate professionals were amazing. Very kind on a sad day

Dr. Patel is the best vet I've ever dealt with. I am pretty sure my rat terrier would have been dead yesterday, if not for him. He is very smart and efficient. I will continue to bring all my dogs to his facility. Best of luck with the new place Dr.

The Dr and staff failed to inform me that my dogs blood work was abnormal and i.found out from another vet hospital my dog had cancer at this point it was to late for treatment. The staff lied and said they left a voice mail to inform me my dog had cancer. My dog passed away 2 days ago. Thanks for nothing you lousy POS people

Today is the day I have dreaded. We had to put our little pug daisy down after 14 wonderful years. Thanks to the doctors and staff you all are the best!! You are so compassionate.

Great vet for my puppers they are awsome n do great work a little expensive tho.

We had to make the difficult decision to put our baby pug down. The staff is so consoling. They explained everything and gave us all the time we needed.

The best vets in Pa. & New Jersey. Bring all five of my cats old and new of them to the Doctors over there for the past 10 years.

They talk about being your local clinic and helping you take care of your pets but refuse new clients. Disappointing.
