This pets plus is amazing!! Very friendly workers and asked if we needed help a couple of times. We spent 2 hours in this store and can't wait to come back. Wanted to mention workers CJ and a young girl pretty sure her name started with an M and she had glasses. I feel bad I can't remember her name:( They were so sweet, super friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a great visit!!!

You knew her as Stormie....we call her Angel. That's what she is an angel ????!

Let’s see: Dogs had no water in their bowls A cat was literally mounting/malling another one in their tiny shared cage A guinea pig had OBVIOUS ring worm on its face and was sharing a cage with other NEWBORN guinea pigs which is contagious and easily transferable Guineas also had no hay to speak of when that’s their most essential food item they need an abundance of in their cages A kid was holding a turtle totally unsupervised, no adult or employee monitoring how they handled it Website says there are things in stock when they weren’t when we got there It was an overall sad experience. Would not recommend

They have too many cats and Dogs. The amount of animals they have in one room and cage is borderline abuse. They had about 30 kittens and full grown cats in one little play pen. The dogs aren’t any better. So sad. Only not giving 1 star cause the staff was super sweet. They can’t control it they’re just doing the best at what they have at their job. Hope it gets better.

Not greeted smell was so bad my kids didn't want to stay. Conditions in cages was so bad. Disappointing since the one in Quakertown by me was 100% different.

I go here regularly for crickets, and have ONE leopard gecko. It eats maybe 6 crickets at a time. I ask for 12, the lowest quantity offered. I'm charged for 12, and I'm given on average 30. I know most people don't complain about free stuff, but they run out of crickets so often that I can only assume is a result of this logistic/inventory error. (I get it, 3 or 4 extra to be safe when counting a moving thing makes sense. 250% extra? Absurd.) The remaining 24 crickets will just stay in my fully-stuffed lizard's cage, annoyingly chirping for a week or two before they die and I have to clean out the carcasses. Counting to 12 is a bare-minimum request.

This place sold me a sick cat! Don’t waste your money coming here the cat only lasted 2 weeks the service here was so bad I was standing and asking for help for 30 whole mins and there was only 1 person helping everybody at once what a place!

Clean new store. No tropical fish section at all. Wasted my time checking for fish. Dog and cat store.

I've had some issues with them in the past, but I don't mind spending my money here. They have a wide variety of pet supplies. I wouldn't adopt a cat or dog here though.

I love our local pet shop. Me and the kids go all the time to get supplies and play with the animals. Staff is super nice

The most rude staff you can imagine. I had a return of an unopened bag of food I purchased the day before. They had me wait for 30 minutes because they didn't like that I was returning it. Both the manager and the cashier were extremely confrontational and at the end dismissive. I still cannot wrap my head around just how unacceptable their behavior was. I never left a bad review for any place but I would be fired if I ever even thought of treating someone like I was treated there. All over a $30 bag of food.

Disappointing selection of hills science diet canned foods for months now.

Went here twice, after second time I will never do business with them again. It is clear the staff know little about taking care of animals. Saw a girl carrying two dogs into a van by dangingling each of them off her sides only held by front legs. They have way too many cats in the public cages(most of which have no tags so you have no idea which cat is which) and they keep sick cats in there as well. One cat clearly had severe conjunctivitis in both eyes. Another had moderate fur loss on legs which could be caused by a fungal infection or parasites. The final straw was when two people came in to apparently give shots of some sort and their methodology was not only cruel but extremely dangerous. Barely holding onto a cat in your arms while giving them a shot is not the way to do it. Proper technique is taught first year in any veterinary training school. By not properly restraining the cat and grabbing the scruff of their neck not only are you causing the cat significantly more pain but you're also at risk of actually hurting them if the cat suddenly moves. Which is exactly what that cat did causing the needled to thrust sideways possibly nkt injecting enough of the medicine. Thankfully it appeared the cat wasn't injured but with cats it's hard to tell. Will be doing zero business with these untrained, unprofessional and inhumane people and will be reporting them to the proper regulatory agencies.

Update! It used to be a nice pet shop until they moved to the corner and hired New people who don't really acknowledge you! The manager has an attitude as well as the new employees! It smells horrible and the pet's are overpriced! All they do is hanging in the front of the store like little karen's acting up. I rather go somewhere else were there's help and courtesy!

The only place I bring my dog to be groomed - they do a great job!

Called to see if they had loose small crickets and they told me they had them and sold them by the dozen. So I drive over there just to be told that they don't have any and that I wasted a trip, unless I wanted to buy a 1000ct box for $35 that came in 10 days ago (most would be dead in that time). I'm good. One thing I can't stand is my time and gas being wasted because of lack of intelligence.

My boyfriend and I are so glad we found this place. He called looking for kittens and they had just gotten in about 8 of them, we went over to check out the options and they were so helpful! We ended up adopting two of them and couldn’t be happier, they are already bonded and love to snuggle. One of my kitties had a little upper respiratory cold and cough and they gave us meds to treat him. The staff is so knowledgeable and very personable, I would highly recommend them. Plus they get in many new doggies and kittens each week!

Dog is great but the lack of Customer Services leaves a lot to be desired. We have nothing but problems since we came home. They offered Met Life Insurance. Now the insurance company is telling us that the doctor's need to be more explicit in what they write down in claims. Now Met Life is no longer handling pet insurance. Thankfully, we didn't sign up and only used the 30 days free. They need to get their acts together at this Pets Plus.

had my puppy groomed and it was the worst. Will never ever! Had to take my puppy back in to get more trim since it looked horrible. Still looks horrible. Maybe I expected too much? They charged close to $80. I think I could've done better than them. I should’ve just stuck with dog kingdom.
