Neffsville veterinary clinic took great care of my cat, Charlie. They were friendly with my cat and me and answered all my questions completely. All the staff that I interacted with were exceptional. Great job as always.

I have a dog that is terrified of the vet. It's always been a nightmare to bring her to any vet. Dr. Moog and the staff there are AMAZING!! they took the time to listen to our concerns and worked with us in the room to help make our dog's visit the least stressful that it could be. Dr. Moog was extremely compassionate with us. I would recommend 100% to anyone. Great staff, friendly and COMPASSIONATE. THe facility is clean and bright, very welcoming.

We love Neffsville! Dr. Riehl is great with our pup and takes the time to talk to us and answer all our questions.

Neffsville was recommended to me by a friend living in the Lancaster area. However, the drive was going to be two hours one way for a CCL surgery that my pup needed. I went for the consult anyhow because I needed someone to operate on my girlie asap. I received an initial consult date almost two months out. However, once Lillie spoke with Dr. Sloyer about my pup that was in pain, they moved her appointment forward 3 weeks ! My golden is now almost 2 months postop and I can say without a doubt that I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Dr. sloyer and his staff were nothing but genuine and loving to both my pup and myself. They kept her overnight after the surgery and I received an email that evening “from addie” along with a picture of her smiling… stating that everything was okay and she would see me in the morning. It was just what I needed to calm my nerves. I never doubted that she would get the best care judging by how attentive they were with her during the first two visits there. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes before any appointment, the follow up appointments were free, and the clinic was so clean and organized ! All communication back-and-forth between the staff and I to try and get her surgery covered by my insurance was so prompt. They did anything they could to help us out. I am always hesitant when visiting new vets because one just never knows how much you may geet scammed. But this clinic was hands-down the most impressive that i’ve ever taken Addie to !

Dr. Riehl is the best! I take 2 dogs and 1 cat to see her, and she has a way of putting them all at ease. This is especially helpful for my one dog who has a lot of anxiety problems around other people. Aside from her animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. Perhaps most impressively, she seems to remember very specific and personal facts about all my animals, even if she hasn't seen them for a year. I don't know if that comes down to great charting, or a great memory, but regardless, it makes me feel welcomed and valued here. I also want to give props to the front-desk and techs here. Everyone at Neffsville contributes to the positive experience I have every time I come in.

The doctors make you feel bad if you don't get all the expensive tests done for your pet. They make you feel like you aren't doing all you can. The prices for things there is ridiculously high.

Neffsville is a top notch operation in every way and we don't hesitate taking our pets there for any reason!

Had a dental done on my cat, and their prices were far below my old vet. And they are so nice there. Entire staff are great to deal with. The doctors actually take the time to talk with you instead of just sending a tech in to see you.

I don’t believe it could be any better. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and all my questions and concerns were addressed.

When we had 1dog,3 cats of our animals get severely sick n old they really helped us say our final goodbye s in a private place w calming music to help you get through your ???? sadness, they even stayed w me n talked me through everything and they made the cutest paw print of our animals as a reminder of how much they meant to us, this was several years ago because we were moving away but we r definitely going to come back, also wonder Dr vets,n employees

Very caring staff and vets. They got my dog in fast (same day) for her issue, she was treated properly and most importantly with care. I got a follow up call a few days later to make sure she was doing OK with her course of treatment. Awesome place, would highly recommend!

Brought our 7 year old Doberman out to the clinic to have her left rear leg evaluated. Joint appears to be in good shape. Staff was cordial, rate was reasonable, & service was prompt.

I was just there to get my cat's nails trimmed, but I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes.

They take great care of my fur brothers Snowball and Shadow.

First visit was an emergency on a Sunday when my vet was not open, Neffsville came to the rescue! The doctor and staff were great. I will be switching vets going forward. Hours are very accommodating.

Great place to bring your pet

I cannot give enough praise to Dr Hockenberry and the staff at neffsville. Misty has been amazing in all communication through the pregnancy and delivery of my French bulldog puppies. Even though delivery happened outside of their hours they were there when needed for all puppy vaccinations and well visits. We'll be switching my entire furry crew to this facility even though they are an hour away They are well worth the drive. Thank you for being an amazing group

I had an emergency and no one within 20 miles with the exotic animal experience or who wasn’t on vacation could see me except here at Neffsville Veterinary. I was frantic and Dr. Riehl agreed to see me and my albino Hymilayan guinea pig Ruby who had a fall a short distance while my child was away at camp. Dr Lexi Riehl was very knowledgeable loving beautiful concerned and a kind woman in a white lab coat educated and reassured me my exotic animal was going to be fine and me too. I had been procrastinating a long time to find a vet and it was a miracle how this all happened and I’m very fortunate and lucky to have been taken cared by Neffsville Veterinary and Dr Riehl. Even though they were at a luncheon and short staffed the staff took my message and felt as though it was important enough to address and they did and I’m grateful. This is truly what a vet should be. And it was next to little cost too and saw my guinea pig emergency. They gave me wonderful advice and calm me down because I was so nervous my Ruby was hurt. They made her feel better and went out of their way to be kind. I cried. I have never seen veterinary do this for anyone. This is my new vet and it should be your pets too. I recently decided I was going to move into snakes as pets and had trouble with my first and the lack of knowledge didn't help. Out of about 20 vets I called half of which saw snakes no one was more helpful then Dr. Riehl. she called me back after I left a message to talk with me about the problem over the phone even before I brought in noodle my snake to get checked out. She provided me with a lot of great ideas/help. I did end up bringing her in today to have her checked out and again Dr. Riehl was just incredibly helpful fully explained everything for me and made the whole experience super easy. She's a wonderful DR if you have exotic pets and just a great person in general would definitely recommend coming here for your exotic pets!
