Excellent visit with Healing Paws. We came for additional insight in to a chronic issue one of my cats has been dealing with. They were thorough in taking her history and reviewing previous vet notes, and spent time explaining things very clearly to us. I appreciate their care and attention, and feel hopeful that she may be able to help out our cat with this ongoing problem. I also appreciate their responsiveness to questions through the app!

Healing Paws has a really nice atmosphere and the staff is absolutely incredible! They really care for your pets as much as you do which is important to us, we love it and don’t ever plan on leaving!! Also they are accepting new clients so don’t miss out!!

We just moved into the area and took our 14 yo JRT Tink. She's very anxious and I was nervous about taking her to a new vet. Dr. Carrie and her techs were very patient with us on her 1st visit and subsequent visits concerning her breathing issues. They discussed all my concerns and questions and explained the findings of the xrays thoroughly. I left the office feeling confident in the treatment plan. They were sure to follow up with me once home to go over additional test results and ask if I had any other questions. Such a gentle and caring veterinarians office.

I switched vets due to my previous vet not doing all I thought they could do, I love Dr Carrie and her staff.

I'm sure the vet herself is great. I just don't think their policy of having people put in a deposit of a nonrefundable $62 is fair. I made an appointment for an examination on a stray cat I brought in. I wanted to have him examined asap to make sure he was okay to be around my other cats. So I made an appointment here because it was the soonest one I could find. I mistakenly brought him in around 8:00 instead of 1:30 when the appointment actually was (I either misheard over the phone or recorded the incorrect time in my phone's calendar, which I admit was 100% my fault) and I was told they couldn't board him until the time of his appointment after I offered to pay for boarding. I live somewhat far away from this vet and I couldn't take him home because I was working that day. I also didn't want to leave him in my car for 5 hours as it was cold that day. The person in the office told me I could use the fee when I rescheduled. Well, I didn't want to let more time go by with him not being checked so I took him to another vet that miraculously had a cancelation that day. I called to ask if I could use the fee to go toward having him neutered with them but they told me since I canceled the day of the appointment that it wouldn't be refundable. They also said they'd have to do a lot of the things the other vet had already recently done before they neutered him so I didn't see a point in going back to them. I know the mistake was my fault but I also know of vets that 1. Will board pets in a quarantined area for a few hours, 2. Refund you when they say they will, 3. Don't feel the need to redo things that other vets literally JUST did in order to have a cat neutered, and 4. Don't charge deposits or at least allow you to use deposits toward another service if you make another appointment shortly after. I know bringing in strays can be a hassle when you have other cats to worry about but I just feel like it didn't need to be this stressful.

Dr Carrie and her team are perhaps the best veterinary office I have ever taken my pets to, and I do not have the easiest pets to deal with either! I wholeheartedly trust Dr Carrie and her staff with my pets, and foster dog. They are thorough, conscientious, and courteous when answering my questions and working with my pets. I honestly could not ask for a better veterinary practice! Laffie definitely approves!

I never even leave reviews but I felt this experience warranted a review. After taking my cat there a few times and feeling as if I wasn't getting anywhere with the treatment after spending hundreds of dollars...... I called for consulting as to whether or not to put my cat down and getting more medication being that he was out. I expressed my concerns and what was going on with my cat and was told I would get called back I waited approximately a week before I called again because I never got a call back. I scheduled an appointment to come in and see the doctor which unfortunately I had to reschedule at which time I prepaid for a new appointment (totally understandable) the time for that appointment was mischmunicated. I had it in for 430 apparently you guys had it in for 4. I paid the appointment no problem. when the doctor finally called me back my phone had died in the middle of a conversation and being that I am incredibly busy I hadn't had a chance to call back, and no received no further attempts from you guys, however I received a termination letter in the mail for MY "misconduct" Your staff seemed very uncaring And poor in communicating my needs the first time I called.... I feel like the termination letter was completely unnecessary. My cat is literally dying and you felt the need to take time out of your day to send me a "termination" letter. I wish someone could have taken the time out of their day to communicate with me properly in the beginning. Seems to me that would have been better spent energy. Such a shame, I had hoped I had found a really good vet.

Just moved to Lancaster County and I'm so happy to have found Dr.Carrie She is warm, personable and gentle with our pups. Her staff is just as kind. Clinic is very clean and accommodating to the anxious pet and pet parent. Our waiting room was spacious with relaxing music in the background. I look forward to working with her to keep my dogs in great health.

Healing Paws is a very comfortable place. The waiting room is not intimidating to pets and the exam rooms are very nice. They do everything they can to make sure your pet is calm. I also love that you leave out a side door. I highly recommend them.

Our dog was in kidney failure. Dr. Carrie and her staff got to work right away to treat, and determine the cause. With proper treatment and diagnosis our dog pulled through and is doing great. Thank you to Dr Carrie and her staff from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr.Carrie was the best at working with us and our dog's fear and apprehension! I would recommend to anyone especially those that don't like the vet's office.

I had an appt At 5:10, cancelled it in the morning within a half hours time, but still they took an appt. 'holding' fee of $62 out of my acct. I should of known better then to give my acct # to them.

I am so glad I switched vets and gave Healing Paws a try. They were highly recommended by a friend, and now I'm recommending them to my friends. The best care I've ever had for my fur babies!

I would like to tell everyone what a great place this is. I took my dog in due to her being old and having an ear infection. After having an honest discussion about her health we decided to put her down would be the best option. They were great about it, super professional and compassionate. And being such a hard thing to do they made it very comfortable. I also received a handwritten card from Dr. Carrie that meant the world to me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an honest and caring Veterinarian. Thank you !!

Heard good things from my neighbor, sent my boys there and they were so happy, I made the change. Staff is friendly and helpful. Listen to your questions and made sure I understood the plan. Just felt so relieved that I made the change and welcomed into the friendly, caring office. Everyone seems to know their stuff

The staff could not have been nicer nor could Dr. Jordan have been more patient. Every member of staff I've spoken to has been so very kind yet professional, and Dr. Jordan made me feel as though my precious boy was her only patient. She seemed very much interested in hearing every last detail of what was going on and I didn't feel rushed or like anything wasn't also important to her. I felt like she really cared about my Maximus and was personally invested in his wellness. The fact that everyone who interacted with my boy just had a fit over what a sweet, good boy he is only served to make me feel much more comfortable and less anxious. I am truly grateful to have found such an amazing Veterinarian here and my mind is made much more at ease because of it.

I was in a unique situation, they took the time to fit me in care for my pets, educate me on what was needed, give me estimates so I can plan for things that were needed. The entire staff was so great, I wanted to hug each and every one of them. They were kind, extremely compassionate and willing to work with you! You don't find many places like this anymore. The facility was spotless and so welcoming! We will be going nowhere else But Healing Paws for all of our pets needs!

I have had dogs all of my life and this was one of the best experiences ever. The vet took so much time with my pet and me to educate me on puppies and help me get him off to a good start. She was so very caring about my dog and did everything possible to make sure he was comfortable and felt safe. I am so happy that I’ve found Healing Paws.

I’m so fortunate that Healing Paws is close to me. Their office is calming and extremely clean. Their staff is gentle and caring. They never mind when you have tons of questions or even if you chose a different route than what’s recommended. I highly suggest checking out this office!
