Playtime Pet Resort is THE BEST dog daycare and boarding option. The owners and the incredible community they’ve built take such wonderful care of all the animals. They always go the extra mile, and our dog literally cries with excitement when we pull into the parking lot. When our chocolate lab comes home from daycare he is literally the happiest, tired, worn out bubs on the planet. Thank you playtime for loving our dog as much as we do!

Started taking my pup to Playtime Pet Resort when she was five months old. Wanted her to spend time playing with other dogs since she no longer had her littermates to play with. In addition to daycare, she has boarded there for a long weekend. Boarding is great because she still gets the daycare routine that she’s used to and just needs to settle herself at night to sleep. She loves to go and gets very excited when we pull into parking lot. I even drive almost 25 miles one way to bring her (turnpike) but I wouldn’t want her to go anywhere else. She loves having both inside and outside playtime. They have the nicest facility I’ve seen around and everyone there is great. Highly recommend.

Very accommodating and able to careful a lot of dogs that have a fun and safe time. Our pup, Nash, really enjoys it.

We have a new puppy. 12 week old Golden Retriever. He spent Christmas Eve at daycare for the first time. We were very nervous leaving him for the first time. The staff was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Made us and him feel so at ease. We called to check on him during the day. They gave us full updates. They were just wonderful. The resort is awesome. Very clean and impressive. I highly recommend Paytime Pet resort for your fur babies!!

Playtime Pet Resort worked with my dog through his anxiety due to being a “COVID “ dog. They acclimated him to other dogs without stressing him out. They worked with me through a very difficult time to ensure he was taken care of. The facility itself is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have 2 Bernese Mountain dogs that go to playtime pet resort for daycare, boarding, and also grooming. They love it! So excited when they go. I get updates when they are boarded. They even called my vet when my dog was having issues while there. The groomers are fantastic! My dogs come back clean and trimmed exactly how I requested. Can’t say enough about the caring professional staff ! A+

Great dog day care. My dog loves coming here and always comes home happy and tired. Ability to book daycare and boarding reservations online is very convenient. I wish they offered pics of and updates on your dog as part of the standard instead of as an upcharge but I get that this is time consuming. Overall, an excellent place for my best bud.

I love this place. My dogs were really tired afterwards and I can tell they care about animals and their confort because the place is impecable and their staff are very attentive.

Bear had a great time on his first day and evaluation. We will definitely be back for routine daycare. This a top notch facility. I was also able to meet the founder who was very accommodating.

My pup can’t get out of the car fast enough when we pull into the parking lot. He is well taken care of like one of owners’ own pets. The facility is clean and well maintained. Couldn’t recommend a better place.

My dog always loves to go here! I like that she has lots of dogs to play with and that there are different groupings of dogs. They also allow you to bring a lunch for your dog. They document everything very well. 90% of the staff are well trained and friendly that you interact with at the front. Things that can be improved upon: About 50% of the time my dog comes home smelling pretty bad. She goes straight to the bath to wash her legs. Allow a few summary reports a year for free. Allow tours of the facility.

Great location, staff are accommodating and nice, Huge space. Took my pup here for the first time this week and he was wiped when we got home! (Yay!) Only thing is it smelled a bit when walking in, therefore my pup smelled upon taking him home. Not that big of deal- but would like to smell it a bit cleaner. We will definitely be back though.

We brought our dog for an evaluation. We loved getting pictures of his day and a description of how he did interacting with other dogs in a new environment.

Looks like a hotel when you walk in and is very unique I love it, everyone was so kind, professional and patient over the phone and in person. ???? UPDATE: Just picked my Zoey up from an eight day stay and WOW she was well taken care of came home clean and extremely happy. This is Zoey’s new home away from home. The whole staff including the owners are the BEST ever!!! Many many thanks guys ????????????

Wow! What a great experience! I could tell my dog Penny had a blast…I haven’t seen her that happy with a play group probably ever. And the report card they sent me was great. Professional staff and clean location/building. Can’t wait to bring Penny back!

Cannot recommend more highly, not only does my dog have a great time and loves to be dropped off for daycare, I inquired specifically about emergency procedures so I am aware while we are out of the country, the owner got back to me by end of day, we had a conversation in depth about their protocols that left me 100% at ease leaving him. There is no better feeling.

First time there was this weekend for our dogs evaluation. This is important to see if there are any issues they might have with other dogs. The staff took the time to answer any of out questions and you can tell that they care about the dogs. Our two dogs had a blast. They came home and were tired from playtime all day. Great exercise for them. We have used others in the area and this was the best so far. Pricing was great as well. I have signed then up for another play day. John B

My dog Bella stayed with you from 9/16 - 9/18. I’m very upset with the entire visit for multiple reasons. I received no updates the entire time she was there like I was told I would when I booked the stay. That was one of the main reasons I picked your facility. Then when I picked her up they couldn’t find her collar. Her medication was also not given correctly I had it all counted out for the days she was there and there was a pill still left in the bag when I got home. Nothing was together when I picked her up her medications weren’t in her bag I had to ask for them. I had to drive 30-40 mins back yesterday to pick up her collar once it was found. Only to find they had it attached to a cone. I’m extremely upset I was not notified that it was put on her to begin with. I paid you 150$ to care for my dog and trusted she would be taken care off and I’m extremely unhappy with the entire experience and will not be using your services again.

We are relatively new to this spot. We have 3mo puppy. Very friendly upon arrival. Never had a problem reserving time. I just wish we got daily report like other places. That’s why 4 stars. I do recommend Playtime Pet Resort

I left my goldendoodle, Stanley for the first time ever today with someone else (Playtime Pet Resort) other than family. After leaving his first visit (tempermanent test) for his first “daycare” day visit there, I am very impressed. The enrollment process was super easy. Upon visiting the facility, it was clean and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made me/Stanley feel very comfortable (and yes I am crazy dog mom ????). We can’t wait to visit again. Would highly recommend!

My dogs really enjoy daycare here, and I expect to board the dogs at some point too. I have also used the grooming services here. I’m very happy with everyone who works here. My dogs are both nondescript rescue mutts, and I appreciate that the staff seem to show them the same care as the fancier purebred dogs. I also appreciate the wide range of hours at the location. It’s just a great all around business.

Love Playtime Pet Resort! When we got our puppy we researched lots of daycare facilities in the area and are really happy with this one. Loki gets so excited everytime we pull up in the parking lot and cannot wait to go in. The staff all know him by name and treat him like their own dog. The grooming services they provide during the day are really convenient and their groomer does a great job. They gave him special care and consideration after he got neutered at no additional cost. Early drop off times at 6:30 AM are perfect for me since I work in Healthcare. Best doggy daycare facility on the mainline!!

This will be my new daycare spot for my puppy. I used to go to another one bc it was cheaper, then they raise their costs and I didn’t like much how they handle kennel cough, so went to playtime as my friend suggested me and I am very satisfied with their service. They send you photos of your dog during the day. They also offer you a tour around the place so you know what type of place you are leaving your dog at. That makes me feel comfortable and that is a place that has nothing to hide, they are transparent. I like that the staff look professional and always very kind to my puppy and to me. I needed boarding reservation with just couple of days of notice and they went above and beyond to give me a spot for my pup. I don’t know what I’d would have done if it was it for their flexibility and kindness. Plus it is great to be able to buy packages and get a better deal. I like how they treat us at this place and how clean, professional and nice they keep it.

Play time pet resort has always treated our three dogs like they are their own. Each time we visit our dogs cannot wait to get out of the car and run in and play. The staff has always been responsive with any questions we have while our dogs are there. The boarding facilities are beautiful as well as the plate areas!

I send my 1 year old Jack Russell Terr once a week to daycare to give her a chance to play with other dogs. And a break away from the house It’s been a couple months now. She seems to enjoy it , she doesn’t give me a hard time when dropping her off and she’s super tired the rest of the evening once I pick her up. I wish they had online webcams so that you can sneak a peak on your pup during their stay , I loved this feature at a doggie daycare I used in Maryland. Otherwise you have to pay for a report card during their stay. It would be nice to see what your pup is doing, maybe online daily/monthly group photos for the dog parents would be nice. Overall I am liking Playtime Pet Resort and My Pup is too.
