The associate was so helpful, I was able to be in and out within 3 minutes

A little over priced compared to a lot of the smaller stores I go to, but for the purpose of convenience this is a great place. Typically has exactly what I need and they're always getting new tiny herds of adorable guinea pigs to entertain that variety fix.???????????? Clean, easy to shop, friendly staff. I'm a frequent shopper.

There's usually a line when I'm in here but it moves fast. Shelves stocked well usually have what I need.

Worst experience ever. Came in to purchase a leopard gecko and a terrarium, stayed in the store for half an hour and staff did not acknowledge that we were in the store. Not sure if it was me being a black woman or my biracial daughters. It was very upsetting to my daughter because this was a Christmas gift she wanted to pick out for herself.

This store is a little bit smaller than a couple of the other stores I have visited. However, this store is always fully stocked, clean and organized. The staff are always friendly and eager to help.

I found what I needed immediately. I like that the store is separated between dog and cat. It makes shopping very easy!

The staff there are very nice. My first time at this location. I was looking for a specific winter coat for my dog. A sales girl named Savani went over and beyond to help me. She went to the back storage area and needed to dig deep into yet unopened boxes to see if the coat I wanted was available. Talk about Customer Service!!!! Savani is awesome!

Worst service I have ever seen at the grooming area. They check on people every 10 or 15 minutes it seems, although the line suggests it may be longer. If leave but they have my dog already. Avoid this place if you are looking for grooming. Or dedicate the entire morning. Try the collegeville PetSmart, where I have had better service.

PetSmart is a well-stocked store where you can not only buy food, toys, and calming things for your pets, but you can also pick up things from (I think) a pharmacy and get your pet groomed in a salon. You can also buy pets there, though the furry kind (displayed in cooperation with shelters) are on hiatus because of COVID. Finally, people take their pets in, which makes it an even nicer place for people who love them.

Nothing beats being able to shop in a real pet store.

Both associates i encountered were very friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The dog groomers there are excellent. I have a shi tzu who does not like to be touched and the groomer there knows exactly how to handle her to get her fur completely cut.

It's a PetSmart, so I'd hope this review is never really needed. The stock was good, prices were normal, building was... structurally sound(?) The lights were on, so I could see. There is a lot of parking, though you have to walk around the corner to get from your car. If you need pet supplies...this is the place(!)
