Took my puppy in for her second visit. The first visit was fantastic I asked for a puppy cut and when I picked her up she looked beautiful. Took her in for her second grooming, again I asked for a puppy cut, just a little bit off and when I picked her up I was totally shocked I wanted to cry they shaved her. Definitely do not listen to your directions, I feel they shaved her for the groomers convenience and not the clients instructions.I will not bring my puppy back to her again. And I will not recommend them to anyone.

I have been taking my Cody there for years. He has high anxiety but is very comfortable with the owner Kathy. She is very caring and does a remarkable job on my boy.

The girls here are very patient with the animals that are a little nervous. They are great groomers.

Always get my dog in fast. They always do an amazing job cutting her nails and bathing here. I libe to visit their cats while we are they. Very friendly staff.
