PetSmart Ithaca, Pennsylvania

They did a fantastic job grooming my dog! Most groomers weren’t taking new clients in the area but they did and made my dog look great. She left far more comfortable. The teeth cleaning they do is really worth it if you have a dog with bad breath or tooth decay

Staff wasn't overly friendly. They were knowledgeable. Pricey but thats what you expect.

Very smart and knowledgeable as well prompt service and have someone there instantly.

so basically i called about my psycho hamster and they had told me there is nothing they can help with. and my hamster came with missing hair. don’t recommend this place.

My dog used to look like pic2, now she is pic1 after her BATH appointment at PetSmart. Even the groomer asked me to be prepared before I saw her. IT WAS SO TRAUMATIZING.

I have been a loyal costumer of pet smart grooming even booking with their stores while traveling with my papillon, but this morning was heartbreaking at their Ithaca NY location. I regularly go to the ithaca store with my papillon and thought this morning I’d book with a new groomer STAR at that location. Well that was a mistake something about Star gave my dog a panic attack and Star refused to groom her saying I needed to take her to a vet. My papillon is fine and calmed in the car. When I requested that someone else groom her Star said “no not today I’m not comfortable with her breathing” while I appreciate her concern it’s her that caused the panic attack, again my dog is a regular there never having a problem before today. So now we have an event tomorrow that my dog works with helping people overcome anxiety and she will not look groomed. She works as a service dog and doesn’t like you , what does that say about the groomer?

PetsMart in Ithaca NY did a great job grooming (washing, bathing , deshedding my GSD. They were professional, yet able to get him to cooperate.

They have excellent groomers and we are able to book our favorite one online. Our Newfoundland, Abigale, really looks forward to her "spa" days!

Two large dogs. One of them is a King Shepherd with long fur. The fur on the tail and back part is up to 6 inches. So glad to pack them up and bring them to PetSmart for a Spa day. I get to to enjoy some Ben and Jerry's without tail hair.

Kid need stuff for her aquarium ...and I got a kitty kat tag

I love going their to get stuff their for my fish .

Petsmart had what I needed but the line was super long and only one register was open. This is often the case at Petsmart.

Good place to get the pet supplies that you and your pets need....a bit pricey but a good selection. Also' various small pets for purcase/adoption.

They had everything I needed for flea infestation control! They sell medicated flea shampoo and flea foggers and flea carpet spray! The medicated flea shampoo worked great!!!

Understaffed but the staff that is there are great, even when under pressure.

Large selection of anything you may need for your pets. Prices are kinda high and it seems like there are always lines at the registers

I dont know what I paid $30 for. My dog went and came out looking exactly the same. They were very friendly though.

Disappointed, no puppies or kittens. Everything else was very good.
