Our family recently had to make a tough decision for what was best for our dog Jack, full bread Collie at 14 years old and having extreme problems with body and mental health, We could no longer allow him to suffer even though at moments he would be himself and want to play, I reached out to Dr Heba last Sunday morning and the doctor came to our house that afternoon, Dr Heba was so warming towards our family and Jack, Completly explained the entire procedure to allow Jack to rest in peace, Our family, ,My wife ,Son and I were able to hold Jack for his final journey to a peaceful transition, Breaks our heart but loved how Dr Heba made us feel we were doing the right thing, Its tough no matter how familes look at departing with our loved animals but we made the right choice with Love and Dignity, Thank you Dr Heba for your kindness and support through this tough time within our family

Dr. Heba is a real life angel. When we had to put our beloved dog Moose down, she was the most kind, compassionate, understanding, and professional doctor we could have ever asked for. A month after we put him down she even followed up with …

My dog Harley was very I’ll. I was referred to Dr Heba by our vet. I can’t express how compassionate and caring Dr Heba was that day. She made that day easier. And I am forever grateful to her.

It is so difficult to try to "rate" something like this, however I felt it was so important to help others in such a difficult time. When making the most selfless and painful decision, I cannot tell you how relieved I am that I called Dr Heba. She was completely empathetic and makes this horrible time a very peaceful experience. There are no words for how much I appreciate Dr Heba and her kindness. I strongly recommend her.

They were so sympathetic about all the pain and sorrow we felt from loosing our family dog pnut. Under the circumstances I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to come to put her to rest. If you're going through the same thing we went through I highly recommend this company. The woman who came to our house was very respectful and let us take our time to say our last goodbyes. She was a very sweet woman who felt like family. I highly recommend this company!

This was one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever had to make. Dr. Heba was so kind, compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. We are still incredibly heartbroken but happy that our little cat was able to cross the rainbow bridge in the comfort of her home. I would recommend her and her business to anyone in need of this service.

We felt so fortunate to have found Dr. Heba She is a kind, gentle, professional - who helped us through the difficult experience of euthanizing our beloved MaMa cat. Dr. Heba is a very special human being and the service she provides is extraordinary.

My 12year old German Shepherd, Rommel, was in failing health and unable to stand without assistance. I called Love and Dignity and spoke with Dr.Heba who was like a friend giving needed advice. She came to my house to assist with my decision to euthanize my boy. Dr.Heba was so gentle with everything from sedation to placing a pillow under his head once he was gone to carry him out to her vehicle. The next day she checked in with me to see how I was doing. I also received a sympathy card with a hand written message specifically for me. These are the acts of a compassionate professional. With a work ethic like hers, she hardly needs any help from me. Thank you Dr.Heba, you are an angel!! Jerry McAnena

Called Love and Dignity when it was time for our sweet Casey to go over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Heba was able to come out next day. Having her come to our home so Casey was at ease and surrounded by family was the best experience we could ask for. Dr. Heba is kind, compassionate and understands what a difficult decision this is. She gives you the time you need to say goodbye. Her technique is gentle and compassionate, Casey was never nervous or upset just went very peacefully. I would highly recommend Dr. Heba she is outstanding!

We didn't have time to read reviews on in home services before needing them. I came here to leave my thoughts, and the ratings are no surprise. Dr. Heba was very gentle and took very good care of my boy. I wouldn't think twice about recommending her or using her again if needed. Thank you Dr. Heba for your care and kindness.

Because we did not want to cause our cat Sydney (suffering from end-stage kidney disease) any stress by taking her to the vet, we chose in-home euthanasia unaffiliated with our vet. Dr. Heba was a calm, respectful, caring, and sympathetic doctor who brought grace and compassion to a difficult moment. There is nothing I would have changed. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She treated Sydney like the family member she will forever be. ❤

We had a amazing experience with Dr. Heba. Our little dog, Angel had to be put down and Dr. Heba explained to us the process and took her time with Angel and only proceeded when we were all ready. I feel this relaxed situation made us all at ease and Angel got her wings in a very peaceful situation. I strongly recommend Dr. Heba's services.

Losing a pet is one of the worst things someone can go through, but I can't say enough about how wonderful Love & Dignity was when we had to say goodbye to our dog. Professional, kind, compassionate, and experienced. I would recommend Love & Dignity to all my friends and family. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I could not express enough gratitude for this business and Dr. Heba. She helped us through one of the most difficult experiences of any pet owner. Her gentle spirit eased us as we said goodbye to our sweet Sophia girl. Thank you for all that you do, Dr. Heba. ❤️ I highly recommend.

Dr Heba is incredibly compassionate. She was able to come out within 24 hours of calling. Gidget's passing was a little sudden and Dr Heba gently guided the whole process, letting us know what was happening and when. She was a comfort during an exceedingly difficult time. The lock of hair and paw print are lovely keepsakes that I cherish. While she is deeply missed, I'm certain Gidget's passing was peaceful thanks to Dr Heba.

The pain was gut wrenching, yet the moment of letting Harley go was so beautiful! We were heartbroken and reached out for help! Dr. Heba showed up the next day with an understanding, compassionate heart and a calming presence…that helped Harley transition in the most peaceful state- one of which I have not seen in awhile! The next day, she reached out to check on us, which was so kind and very much appreciated!

We called love and dignity on a Friday unsure of our decision to help our cat wasabi get his wings. Dr Heba was there the next morning eased with treats for all Of our animals. She came I’m sat on the floor with us, let us talk and eased our minds that this was the right decision to make. She talked us through the entire process each step of way giving love to our wasabi and our dog and us as if these were her animals. She gave us private time and just had a peaceful Presence about her. The decision to euthanize is not an easy one and once made the process of losing a family Member is not an easy one but Dr. Hega made it as peaceful and calm as possible. She also carried out baby out in a basket and promised to take care of him Till it was time to Bring him back home. I will Forever be grateful for her during this time.

Dr. Heba was so kind and compassionate in helping my 14 year old lab mix pass. It was on a holiday when it became clear that it was time for our sweet girl to leave us. I contacted Love and Dignity and knew right away that I had called the right place. Dr. Heba came to our house just a few hours later. She was wonderful! Warm, caring, and very knowledgeable. We are grateful that our girl could be at home in the end.

I can only reiterate the words written by everyone else here, Dr Heba is kind, caring, gentle, thoughtful and incredibly compassionate, everything you need when you are dealing with the most difficult decision for your cherished pet. I had accidently sent an email to a very popular company that offers similar services. I requested an email back ( specifically asked that they not call) and I almost immediately got a call, from someone in another state, with what felt like a hard sell to sign my dog up for his last day....I have no doubt the vets who provide the services for them are wonderful, but the interaction was HORRIBLE and felt so impersonal. Dr Heba on the other hand, responded promptly, with such kindness. She invited me to call and ask any questions, but was also readily available by text or email. I really appreciated being able to the doctor that was going to be taking care of my pet as opposed to "one of our doctors will get back to you". Like many people, I struggled with knowing when it was time help my dog "over the rainbow" and she took the time to answer all my questions and share others experiences, as well as give some practical advice, all of which helped me make the right choice at the right time for my Sam. On the day she came, she treated him( and me) with such patience and kindness, she handled him with such care, and never said a word when I thoughtlessly neglected to offer her a chair and she had to kneel on my deck to administer the medications! She helped me with what to expect from my other dog and followed up to make sure I didn't have any needs or just needed support. It would not be possible for someone to make a heart breaking situation any easier. I am so thankful to have found her.

Dr. Heba came to our house on the holiday weekend. She was so very kind and gentle with our Tru (and with us). Saying goodbye to our beloved pets is never easy but Dr. Heba made it peaceful. Her compassion is genuine and heartfelt. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Dr. Heba.

Dr. Heba helped our beloved Alfie pass in the most peaceful way we have ever witnessed or imagined. She quickly returned our call and came out within hours. She assessed Alfie's condition and assured us it was time to set him free before the cancer would make it an emergency and a possible rough transition. She kindly and compassionately explained what would happen and helped us accept it. We are forever grateful. Thank you Dr. Heba, from the bottom of our broken hearts. Beth and Bill

My cat Wolfie recently passed over the Rainbow Bridge and we were so thankful that Dr. Heba was there in our home to provide that extra support. She was so kind and compassionate and she even sent us a heartfelt note that truly touched us. Thank you for helping us to have a more peaceful goodbye. Definitely recommend her services.

I can't begin to express how amazing Dr. Heba and Adam are. Over the summer, my bouvier passed away, which was my first experience with Dr. Heba and Adam. A few weeks later, I had to rush my labradoodle to the ER where I was told he was internally bleeding because of an abdominal sarcoma. Because of the bleeding, the ER told me my only real option was to have my buddy put to sleep because he wouldn't make it to see the following day. I was so thankful and grateful for their help with Ollie, my bouvier, that I called Love and Dignity and explained to Dr. Heba and Adam what happened with Kodi, my doodle. They both were able to meet me at my house to help with my fur baby's final moments. Dr. Heba and Adam responded so quickly and were able to help promptly. I'm so grateful to have met them in my time and my boys' time of need; they are both such amazing and caring people. Our world needs more people like the two of them. Love and Dignity made this heartbreaking experience as smooth as it could have been, and I really can't thank Dr. Heba and Adam enough for their respect, kindness, caring, patience, and love for animals, especially their compassion for my boys, Kodi and Ollie.

Dr. Heba certainly provides love and dignity with her services. Lyra, my 130-pound, 13-year old German Shepherd, came to her time from a wonderfully full life. The service we received was not simply heartfelt and professional. Dr. Heba provided an inspirational experience to set Lyra out on her next adventure after 8 years as my Goddess-Girrul companion. She facilitated the blessings of memories to include Lyra’s last with me directly as an ultimate honor of a life-connection with Lyra. I cherish Dr. Heba’s service. It stands as an indelible, poetic moment for me in Lyra’s life. Heartfelt thanks, Dr. Heba.

Dr Heba came to the house the morning after I called her. She got down on the floor, made friends with our sweet boy, then went behind him. We stroked his head, scratched his ears and fed him his favorite treats as he went to sleep. What a wonderful service Dr. Heba provides. . I highly recommend her and thank her for her compassionate care at our time of need toni and janice

The service that Dr Heba provides is wonderful! The name of her business "Love and Dignity" couldn't be more fitting. Allowing our Jethro a bull mastiff of 12 years to pass on peacefully in his own bed at home was a great comfort to our family. She was both professional in her role and also very compassionate.
