You guys are awesome! I love the friendly customer service when you first come In, then greeted by a vet tech and then the doctor. I love Glenolden Animal Hospital. You all have provided great service for all of my animals. When my Great Dane Polo got hit by a car, I brought him in and within 2 mins he was taken and evaluated. I was a mess and you made sure you handled everything and communicated everything to me. Again, thank you!

The staff is friendly. The veterinarians are courteous and thorough. The wait time is minimal. They actually call you to confirm your appointment. When my cat was ready to be euthanized they were able to see me quickly in my time of need. I've never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend Glenolden Animal Hospital. It's where I'll be taking my cats from now on.

From 10/2021: Our Oliver had to get his teeth looked at. The price for the visit was fair, blood work a bit expensive, and the estimate for the cost of dental work need was outrageous. While I like this Clinic, I will say that the estimated cost for dental work was over the top! Even with x-rays and having the teeth extracted it should not be costing more than it would be for me as a person without insurance. That's just not right. I can't afford $2500. (Yes, two thousand, five hundred dollars). It's just too much. From 2019: Extremely nice people who went out of their way to assist us with our kitty, Oliver. He had a problem with bladder stones forming. They helped us avoid surgery by giving him meds and a special diet food to allow him to urinate on his own. Very competent care.

Just an amazing place to bring your animals.

Dr. Sprowls is the absolute best. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She was there for me and my two senior cats every step of the way. I knew I could call and ask for guidance at anytime.

Very caring.... Stay pleasant as was Dr on call. My baby???? was sick with a traitors and eye infection. Was given options/quotes to be conservative it all out. All and all was a good visit and baby is doing much better.

Overpriced by 2 times what was expected for an annual checkup $300 was charged just to tell us the 8 pound cat was healthy. They heavily pushed overpriced items like unnecessary shots and cat food from their shelves next to the office.

My aunt's dog tore his ear badly and even after my aunt had been going to this vet loyally for years refused emergency services to help her dog when my brother brought him in. I would certainly not recommend this place or bring any of my pets here. My brother who had an appointment with you for his cats is switching vets as I write this.

The staff and Dr's at Glenolden Animal Hospital are the best!

I love our vets and all the staff at Glenolden. They are my personal vets for our 4 cats, plus our rescue vets of many years for Animal Friends of Lansdowne. We would not be able to do what we do without them and are grateful to them every day. Can not recommend them highly enough.

I went there yesterday for the first time. Wow. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Vet tech was great and the Dr was great. They took good care of my little guy. Glad I was referred to them. Prices are average for vet services.

Walking into the place was an instant turnoff, missing paint at the check-in desk gave the impression of being dirty while the exam room were like prison cells. This would be my first visit And my last. I only wanted something for my dog's allergy's they wanted 690.00.for test*s and everything else they could think of. My dog is 14years old, i like for to be comfortable in her senior's years but at what cost? After a quick revue I got the bill down to 123.00 shots updated exam and something for her allergy's. CT .

The staff at Glenolden Animal Hospital are true, caring professionals. My 14-year-old dog was declining, and they saw him on short notice. The news wasn't good, however, and we had to say goodbye. They took such good care of him -- and of us! I would definitely recommend their services.

Taking my dog to the vet is anxiety producing for both him and myself. My dog has fear aggression and is not friendly towards others. With that you can imagine how a vet visit would be! The staff was very professional and had a great process in place for the pandemic guidelines to keep everyone safe. The staff allowed my dog to be who he is while understanding his needs. I am so thankful for their care and compassion!

All the doctors and most techs are fantastic and take great care of my animals. However the people who work the front desk and answer the phone are rude and unprofessional. It makes me dread going there.

Go elsewhere if you care about your pet -- and your wallet. Overpriced, poor diagnostic skills and pushier than a used car salesman. STAY AWAY!!

I brought my cat Draven to Glenolden Animal Hospital. He had an abscess. They took very good care of him. He is feeling better and acting like the crazy cat he is. Very nice and they answer any questions you have. Thank you!

The Vet Tech that answers the phone is very rude

I cannot say enough about glenolden animal hospital. This was the veterinarian that we took our guinea pig to. Now this particular that does not always have an exotic doctor and that actually caused us to go to another animal hospital in an emergency. However when we knew that we needed to put down our guinea pig we went back to glenolden animal hospital and I cannot say enough about how we were treated in those final days

Great animal hospital! The staff is excellent!! They take care of my puppy just as if he were their own. I don't have to look no further for a Vet for my puppy.
