Had an absolutely fantastic experience! Dr. Artuso and Sami did a great job with my cat Merlin! Everyone was very friendly and polite, very sweet with the animals, and professional when it came to talking about procedures and prices. I will definitely be going here for the rest of my visits!

We love this place! Everyone there is very kind, communicative, thorough, and most of all, caring. You really can tell that everyone there truly cares about your pets. We've taken our dogs and cat here for about a year now and we've been really happy with our experience.

We love our vet! Taking all COVID precautions and they make sure our dogs feel safe and welcome.

I brought my cat here for her first check up in a new town, and later for an emergency visit for a torn cornea. The administrative staff provided excellent customer service over the phone for both appointments. My cat is tiny, and shy, and with new covid restrictions in place, I wasn't sure how she'd handle going to the doctor all by herself. Not only was she as calm as could be when she got back to the car, but the doctor took so much time to explain things to me on the phone, and was patient with my questions both times I took my cat there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this office.

I have been coming here for 18yrs w my peke/pug mix. Unfortunately my son&I had to have Sushi put down on wed may 27th. The entire staff was extremely caring,patient,and compassionate during this painful process. Nicole explained the entire procedure while we held Sushi,she gave us all the time we needed,then Dr Artuso came in and was so compassionate&caring as she spoke w us& Sushi,she allowed us to hold her&be w her to the bitter end. This meant the world to me,as we couldn't bear the thought of her passing alone. I will be forever grateful to all of them!

I went here for the first time with my kitten and it was a great experience, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The vet and staff was very good with my kitten, I felt like he was in good hands, I will definitely be coming back here.

Such kind and caring staff. Really took the time to examine my cat and found a root cause to a chronic problem not found by other vets. Because of their thoroughness we have a plan to move forward with making my pet feel better.

I've had pets all my live and have dealt with umpteen vets. Some were good, some were great but none compared to these doctors and staff. They are not the cheapest vets around but they provide Class A service, knowledge and caring. I recently had an end of life visit with my beloved cat and they couldn't have made the experience any less stressful. No rushing, compassionate care (it was almost like a therapy session for me!), and my baby went to the otherworld in the gentlest way possible. Love these people, both vets and the entire staff.

Always outstanding and compassionate care. All of the doctors and staff go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel welcome and comfortable. When my Lab needed ACL surgery a specialist came right to the clinic to consult and do the surgery. Dr. Ascher also immediately consulted with an oncologist when that was necessary for my other dog. She made it as easy as possible for me to have options for the care of my beloved pet. And when the time came to say goodbye she took care of ALL of us with so much kindness.

Dr. Ascher and Dr. Artuso have been caring for my family's cats with lots of love and compassion for almost 18 years. They are very thorough and always explain things clearly, offering choices when treatment is needed. One of my cats has cancer and they have helped us access care for him and make decisions we are comfortable with. He has lived 5 years longer than expected:)

Two thumbs and four paws up! Dr Artuso and the entire staff are very caring & concerned about our pup's well being. Our last appointment for an annual physical was extremely thorough. They make our dog as comfortable as possible and are very patient with our questions and concerns.

Nice clean and relaxed atmosphere

I have been a client of CHAH since moving to the area 17 years ago. Our cats are our children and we take their health care very seriously. We have been through everything from asthma to cancer and kidney disease with Doctors Asher and Artuso and they have provided the best care possible delivered professionally and compassionately. The staff is always upbeat and cheerful and provides for an extremely welcoming atmosphere.

My family has been going to Clover Hill for about 20 years. So when I recently rescued a dog, Cody, I knew that's where I wanted him to go. When it was time for our first visit I really wanted it to be a good experience for him. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by the friendly staff. He seemed to be so calm and happy to be there. Dr. Artuso was extremely helpful and super nice going over everything with me and answering all of my questions. Our vet tech Courtney was amazing with Cody. He was never scared or nervous. His tail was wagging the whole time even through shots, nail clipping, and the examination. I know that Dr. Artuso and Courtney's caring nature really made Cody feel safe and at home. The next day I also received a follow up call from Dr. Ascher. She wanted to go over the results of a test he had. This really made me confident that Clover Hill was the right choice for my best bud. I feel that this is best place to bring your love ones for the atmosphere and the care they will receive. I now know why my family has gone here for so long. Having personally experienced the care that is received by your pet. My experience has far exceeded my expectations and Cody is always excited to go to Clover Hill!

Clover Hill is a very caring organization. My dogs have been treated promptly when necessary and with love and respect. My dogs are welcomed there. A few times when my Yorkie was sick, she stayed with them during the day so she could be observed and made comfortable. Thank you!
