I tried Michelle's vacation care services over Christmas for the first time. I was very pleased and plan to utilize her services in the future. I found Michelle to be very knowledgeable about pet health and behavior. This combined with her attention to important details and her many years of experience made me comfortable leaving my cat in her care. Michelle was absolutely amazing in every way!!! We are so glad we found her and wholeheartedly recommend her. Our rescued puppy, Lightening, was very fearful and timid when we first got her, it took many months to get her comfortable with us and the world around her. We were very hesitant and anxious to go away. I was in particularly concerned for her and that all the progress we had made making her feel loved and comfortable would be at risk. Michelle took the extra time before our trip to spend time get to know us and Lightning. Her training, background and love for pets was clear, she asked great questions and was very professional. She suggested additional pre trip visits which really helped Lightning (and us) feel comfortable. She was patient, loving and took great care. While we were away she exceeded our expectations, and she and Lightning became great pals. She sent us amazing updates and pictures each day and it made all the difference, we had a great trip and knew that Lightning was well cared for and happy. I’m so happy we found Michelle – and we can’t wait to use her again, she is hands-down amazing!

Michelle truly is the perfect pet nanny. She treats my pets as if they were her own. Sometimes I don't "need" her to visit my cats when I'm away for a short time but I "WANT" her to visit my them because I know they get lots of attention from her and I am comforted by that. She goes above and beyond in many ways, wanting to know things like your pets favorite toy or things that scare them. She is trustworthy, professional and so caring. I'm so lucky to have found her and highly recommend her.

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle the Purrfect Pet Nanny. We are so lucky to have found her and I can’t begin to tell you the comfort and reassurance she provides us while watching Luna with photo updates and extra-long walks. A little about our dog Luna… she is a Catahoula (similar to a Blue Heeler), has one blue eye, and one brown. She loves people, other dogs, and of course, the couch. What I love about the the Purrfect Pet Nanny is that she comes to your home to care for your pet. I have found that if we send Luna to a kennel when we go away on vacation, there is always this readjust period that occurs after. Luna would always seem a little depressed and withdrawn. This is not to say anything bad about kennels (these can be a great option for some pups), but I’ve found that Luna does best when she gets to stay home in the environment where she feels most safe. As soon as Luna recognizes it’s Michelle at the door, she jumps off the couch and rushes to bring her one of her favorite toys. It is all tail wags when Michelle comes to visit! To me this says it all. We have worked with the Michelle for over a year and my dog absolutely loves her. Michelle has the experience and reliability to provide excellent care for your furry loved one. She really takes the time to get to know your pup and all their needs. We can’t recommend her enough!

Michelle took great care of our 2 cats while we were away on vacation for a week. Our cats are generally pretty shy and skeptical of new people but they felt very comfortable around her from the get-go! She is highly experienced and was very knowledgeable regarding their needs and thoroughly covered every bit of information during our first visit. We received email updates with pictures of our girls after every visit and knew we didn't have to worry about our girls at all while we were away. We will definitely be welcoming her back when we go away again and couldn't recommend her enough!

Michelle is wonderful!! She has looked after our cat for 2 years when we have been out of town. Our cat is very shy but he easily warmed up to her and loved her visits. We always felt peace of mind leaving our cat in her care, and she is always very prompt in responses and scheduling. Sadly we moved out of the area, otherwise we would have been calling Purrfect Pet Nanny for many years to come!

NO THANKS. Pompous. Gave me a 3-page form and preceded to tell me that our appointment can not happen without it's completion. Apparently not 1, 2, but 3 emergency contacts were needed. And I needed to write each pets fears/phobias.... There is even a section for plants???? When is pet sitting not about pet sitting?

The Purrfect Pet Nanny really is the best; she's been walking my dog three times a week for two years now and I would be lost without her. When I have to be away for long hours, I don't worry anymore because I know Michelle is there: I know my dog is safe and happy. Michelle takes her for long walks and spends quality time with her: rain or shine! What I also really like is that she really spends time cuddling with my dog and fussing over her; she even does the same for our newest addition--a senior dog that only walks occasionally. Michelle always makes it a point to spend quality time with the dogs beyond just the walks: she protects them and cares for them when I can't be there and that is so valuable to our family.

Been using Purrfect Pet Nanny for 15 years for our 2 cats, and they are always reliable and responsible! Before you leave, she gathers all pertinent information about your travel plans so that she is prepared for any emergency that may come up (including your vet's info, pet medical info, an emergency contact, flight numbers and times, etc.). She always goes above and beyond: offers to bring in mail, water plants, take the garbage out, etc., to keep things running and help your home appear occupied while you're gone. Last year, our heater broke while we were in Europe, and our heating company could not come for a week (which would leave our cats in danger as it was December) - she called her heating guy for us (as we couldn't from a remote country with little cell access/different time zone) and then she went back to our house outside of her regular visits to let them in to fix the heat so the cats would be warm and safe. And this is just one example! You NEVER have to worry when you leave your pets with her! Michelle has walked my two dogs....a Great Dane and a Beagle....for the past nine months that I have lived in Mont Clare....she is awesome! Not only does she take exquisite care of my dogs and gives them long walks and tons of attention, she is very professional in her billing and scheduling procedures.
