I love the staff here all are friendly I took my miniature poodle here for 16 yrs until she passed.Everytime I would take her here for a check up they always treated my girl like she was there own. There prices are high but I would recommend them????

I love my vet! It's wonderful to know that there are dedicated, skilled, caring people to take care of my pets when they're sick or just going for check ups.

After examining my very sick dog, the decision was made that she needed an emergency exploratory surgery. Thank God for the incredibly talented Drs. and Techs in this facility. They saved the life of my little Sadie.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience there. They seem to be so concerned about COVID and took my dog out of the exam room to examine him, give vacs and draw blood for a HW test, which took all of 4 minutes! It was his first visit there too....yet neither the tech or vet had masks on. I did have my vaccine card but that didn't seem to make a difference. I also am an ecperienced dog owner and ex vet tech and know a first visit, annual exam takes more than 4 minutes...there were other things as well but no need to keep ranting. Looking for another vet who actually cares.

Been taking all of my animals there for years 20 years, most of my animals have always been healthy and don't need to see a vet very often. Just a few weeks ago my newest rescue was admitted to the animal emergency hospital, the Dr told us we would need to get a shot in one month. So we called and they would not schedule us because apparently we aren't considered reliable customers aka I guess we don't spend enough money there. So I just called asking for my animals records to transfer to another vet, and I've never experienced an unprofessional person in my life. Amy should be taking out the trash not answering the phone.

Great service at fair prices

The receptionist was very nice.

Very nice place up until my wife had a scare with our dog. Our dog got something lodged in his mouth and was bleeding. When she called, Amy had answered and continously told her to calm down. Which was fine, but offered no type of advice as to what to do. Then hung up on my wife, telling her just to bring him in when she can. My wife decided to call back and ask her politely why she hung up. Then she decided to hang up again. After calling the manager, he said that it didnt sound like her and he wasnt going to do anything. Needless to say we will be taking out business elsewhere. Our dogs medical records are already transferred.

I have been taking my dogs there for years. I always had good things to say. One of my dogs needed to be seen by the vet because of a cough. Amy proceeded to tell me in a smug tone that they were already tripled booked and they would charge me an extra $100 to just bring him in. I was very disappointed in this. I have gladly cancelled appointments in the past because they needed to get another dog in for an emergency because I understand things happen. I always paid my bills in full at each and every visit even without seeing what the charges were. I see that it has just become all about making a quick dollar and not the animals. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the sake of my pets.

I had an emergency with my cat that needed to be seen right away. They said they couldn't fit her in and couldn't be seen for WEEKS. I would not recommend. They couldn't even make time for an animal in need.

Absolute horrendous customer service. Whoever the female was that answered the phone has a PhD in sarcasm, will be taking business elsewhere. She did offer to give me Governor Wolf's number lol. Also if you want people to call your number posted on entrance maybe ask individuals sitting right at the door with a diesel engine running to find a parking space like everyone else so you can actually carry on a phone conversation.

Traveling from Canada to Florida when one if our cats became ill. Called and saw a Vet in 2 hours. Seemed like the cat hurt his leg ( 12 years old ) but nothing life threatening. Creatures Great & Small were kind and honest. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful staff. Caring vet. Recommend for large breeds

They have a quick appt scheduling and their staff are all kind and great! It's easy to get your pet in and out. Only criticism I have is they don't tell you what you bill is before they charge your card. It would be nice to know the amount ahead of time. Or at least have an option of things before they are charged. Other than that, I highly recommend.

my dog has severe anxiety and has to be muzzled he didn't even snap at them they are wonderful

Their staff is the greatest! It is obvious that they care for our dogs and cat very much. Always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Sometimes they are very busy, but worth the wait.

A wonderful caring staff! Clean facility and my “Bellah” is definitely returning to see her doctor.

Dr. Meyer is so caring and loving to our two cats and our dog. She is very thorough with their checkups and discusses any issues with you. She is excellent. I love Amy to answer the phone. She is always so upbeat and happy. She takes detailed notes to give to Dr. Meyer so she decide what is the best option we should do.

Dr. Meyer is the best vet I've found. She's truly a dog whisperer. The prices here are fair, the customer service has always been fantastic and all of my pets love the staff. To put things into perspective, I moved from Franklin County to the other side of Harrisburg and I still drive my pets here (it's over an hour drive) because I respect and appreciate their exceptional service that much.
