Lisa is great with animals. She cut Snickers nails with no fuss at all! I will continue to use Lisa instead of the Veterinarian.

She knows dogs and handles our 4 so well. Isn't afraid to manage nervous dogs or bad behaviors and always does a nice job. Two of ours have been asked to not come back other places, and they only get their nails clipped! Lisa does them quickly and all my guys seem to be reassured by her. Prices are good too.. I'll never take them anywhere else.

Took my cat for a nail trim, they took such great care of her she wasn't scared or traumatized! Great prices. Highly recommend ????

Took my Yorkie for a trim, they shaved her. When I went to pick her up the owner was on her phone playing video game, while her interns or employees did the grooming. Never again, I will not return there! Before and after, Terrible. Now I have to let her fur grow out to give her a yorkie style So, convenience for her, she took my yorkie picture the one I took before taking it to her and posted the style by her. And took off the one she shaved all her fur off. Terrible place to take your fur babies! Please don’t take your fur baby to this place. I'm so glad now I have an moblie pet spa come to my house and styles her. They gave her a beautiful Yorkie style.

Lisa is an accomplished groomer, and an animal lover. She also has a great staff working there. I won't go anywhere else

Please please dont take your fur babies here! I stopped here to make an appointment for grooming first thing the front lady is rude. The girl in the back was performing a grroming to a white little puppy and yelled at the dog “STOP” and pull the dog little leg. This was a big no for me i saw it with my eyes so Dont take your babies here

I have a husky who hates being brushed. I brought her to Lisa’s Grooming a week ago for a bath and brush. Prices are very good lower than PetSmart, PetCo, mobile grooming places I’ve been to in the past. I went to brush my husky today and I am happy to say Lisa and her team did such a great job bathing and brushing my dog, I barely pulled anymore hair out of her. That’s after 1 week. That never happens, Huskies shed everywhere all the time. I’ve taken my husky to many groomers and that has never happened. Very happy! Take your snow dogs here!

Owner had a very cocky and unfriendly attitude at inquiry phone call could only imagine how she is in person. She bragged she's been in business for 20 years but sounded like she hates her job. I decided to take my business else where. I would prefer to give my business to someone more customer friendly and don't act like they are the only groomer in the lehigh valley.

It's obviously just a job to her employees and care nothing that dogs are actual living things. I was horrified to get my dog back from being groomed recently and his eye was blood shot and bulging out from the amount of pain and stress he was in. My dog has an autoimmune disease that attacks at nails. In past ive told them yet they cut the inner part of nail when he didn't even have nails, who does that?! This last time I said not to even touch or cut hair on his back foot that was in pain from a nail and be careful with rest not to cut if didn't need to. They didn't listen again, all his nails were split, could barely walk on them and was shaking for days. I had to take him to vet, witness him in the most pain he's ever been in, trimming back the split pieces. My dos eye was blood shot bulging out, didn't they notice me was in pain?! Even telling them this stuff dropping them off I could literally see in the employees eyes she could care less. Again, dogs are living things with feelings and experience pain as well. I'm not a crazy dog lady for coming in explaining that and why you should left certain areas alone. Im seeiously disgusted by this and can obviously never take my dog to a groomer again or trust one

Charges way to much 110.00 for a cat is unbelievable dogs only cost 45.00 never going back and never telling anyone else to go it's outrageous

Lisa does a great job

She does a good job with my pets.. the only reason i gave her 3 stars is bc rough with them. I understand animals sometimes doesn't like getting groomed but at least try to be more careful
