What a good experience. Our dog has an ear infection. They came outside and explained everything in detail after his examination. They really care about animals. The fee's seem reasonable as well.

So great with all 5 of my dogs! Even the difficult one! Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They even take care of ME when I’m being overly emotional about my doggos Love love love them, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been taking our rescued senior Am. Staff/Am. Bulldog mix Mama to Dr. Cawley at Christmas City Vet since we adopted her in February 2014. We've always been able to get an appointment quickly and have been treated with warmth and respect by all of the staff. Mama is afraid of going to the vet and can be difficult but the staff are patient and understanding and willing to accommodate her special needs. They go the extra mile. One of the vet techs, Lisa, even bought our dog a birthday present. We appreciate having a quality vet so close to home. It gives us peace of mind, which is priceless, especially when you have a senior rescue with some health needs and a difficult past.

Absolutely terrible. My aunt took her cat here. She gad a growth on her foot that kept getting bigger they told her it was fine. We went to elsewhere they removed it because of Cancer and it was infected. They wouldnt cut her nails..said they were fine. I deal with several rescues I know its better to have them trimmed so no it wasnt fine. Seems like they cant be bothered to do anything so everything is just FINE! We have switched vets completely and wont be going back.

Dr. Cawley is hands down one of the most compassionate and patient people I've ever met. She treats her clients as if they are the center of her world during the time she is talking and listening to them. AND, she surrounds herself with kind and skillful nurses and technicians. I've been very impressed with the care they provide my rottie.

Love Dr. Cawley and her staff. Very kind and caring. A few years ago I had 3 dogs and 2 of them had to be put down within 3 weeks. She was just as devistated as I was. 1st one due to very old age, the 2nd due to very agressive lung cancer that was not there a month before.

Was on time for our appointment! Spent a lot of time explaining every option available for me to help my dog. I was very impressed with Dr. Palmeiro. I HIGHLY recommend this veterinarian for your pet. The only problem is it takes a long time to get an appointment with him. That is the only downside to this office but well worth the wait.

This vet is absolutely amazing, I took my little girl there pretty much the whole time I had her and they were even there through the hard time of her crossing the rainbow bridge. The whole staff is fantastic and I wouldn't ever want to take my pups anywhere else.

We have been taking our two cats here for over a year now, and couldn't be happier. From.the courteous and friendly receptionist, the assistants, to the vets themselves, everyone is so friendly, professional and informative in dealing with my wife and I. And above all, extremely, friendly, and caring and compassionate to our two cats. You can quickly see how passionate they are in their care and well being of all the pets who are brought to Christmas City Veterinary, and we have nothing but positive experiences with them. Highly recommend this place for loving, caring and excellent care of your pets.

All the staff at Christmas City take care of our pets as their own and I know they’re in the best hands possible. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Veterinary Hospital!!!! When the only negative reviews are about not getting availability, or the cost, you know it's a great place. What matters is the safety of your child/best friend/pet. I've been taking my dog, Bubby, here for the past two years. Everyone has been extremely caring towards him. Thank you, Dr. Cawley & staff!!!

Changing from a multi-vet practice to Christmas City was the best thing I have done for myself and for my dog and cat. Dr. Cawley is smart, compassionate, reasonable and I get to see her every time I visit! All the staff members are kind and friendly. We have had some major issues where I went to specialty vets while still under Dr. Cawley's care and she has interacted with those vets and helped me make informed, well thought out decisions. I recommend Christmas City vet 200%.
