Amazing Place!! They are very friendly and amazing with pets.

These people literally go to the end of the earth and back for the animals. My pets are family to me and they truly take the time to do all they can do for the ANIMALS. It may not be at the exact time people may want or done a certain way for an owner, but at the end of the day, they take very good care of my furry family, I would rather wait on hold for hours if it means my fur baby will be ok.

Exceptional service by both staff and doctor. They’re professional, caring, extremely knowledgeable. They treat both the dog owners and pet with so much care and attention. Thank you guys for everything. You are amazing!

Very disappointed in the care my parents sweet dog received this week. Went for a nail trim and and never came home. We will never know what happened but the response of the team at the Bensalem location truly added salt to the wound! This staff is the reason I and my sons took our dogs elsewhere. I still cannot believe our sweet penny is gone and there is no explanation. My mother called the next day to talk to the vet involved and was greeted by a girl on the phone that treated her so matter of fact. Especially knowing who was calling..really! My mother even stated she was looking for closure. No one from Bensalem has yet to reach out to my mother. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Dr Leeb was the only good thing at WOA Bensalem.

I recently took my dog Penny there to have her nails trimmed. They had to muzzle her because she was hard to deal with. They held her down and 2 girls pulled tight on the straps and the doctor held her two front paws. In front of my eyes I saw my Penny die. All of sudden my Penny's body went limp and she was dead. This was the most horrible day in my life. I did not get any comforting attention. The girls who work there have attitude even when you call the office. I walk in with a happy dog and come home without her. I talked to the World of Animals hospital in Hunting Valley, they were so comforting and offered me some grief help and understood how horrible this was for me. I did not get this from Bensalem World of Animals!!!! My heart is broken

Recently our beloved family member was diagnosed with cancer by our vet office who then told us to “call around” to get an appointment to accommodate Lucy’s potential options. I have spent hours calling different places to make an appointment or atleast be able to obtain some type of info to help guide us, to no avail. I was never once even offered help or given info, until I called here. I need to thank the young woman Gabrielle that I spoke with. Not only am I so pleasantly surprised at how sweet and caring she is, but just when I was ready to break from being shut down and told by almost everywhere else “I’m sorry we can’t help” she went above and beyond to help provide a stranger with the info and resources my family and I need. She helped navigate us in a direction to finally get an appointment so we may finally get the special testing and treatment options our sweet Lucy girl needs. Although we weren’t able to make a appointment here, It is my hope that I will one day soon be able to bring our pets here. I thank you so much for caring Gabrielle, you really make a difference!

I haven't even visited this specific office yet. But I am a patient well my baby is of Dr. Goode in Mayfair. Anyway, I called bc my cat couldn't get in on time with her doctor for what I think is worms my baby is suffering with so I was told to call there. Cathy answered and I gotta say she was amazing I think it was Cathy ugh I hope so if not Effy lol but anyway she helped me beyond what she was to do. She was so caring and thoughtful and even helped me to not worry so much bc I was a good mom. My baby suffers with autoimmune issues so when she has a problem I can't let my baby suffer anymore than she already does daily bc I'm a chronically ill person myself and I can speak she can't. But I just had to tell u guys about this amazing service. And I truly hope I get to meet them in person one day. God bless and ty again

Need flea/tick last minute and they came through!!

Unbelievable the decline since Dr. Lee has retired. The new vet, Dr. John, wanted to perform a wellness visit without even consenting with me first. Said my dog needed shots, a rectal exam, amongst others. We were there for a sick visit due to inflammation in his groin area. He is up to date on his shots, but wanted to give him shots I've never been asked to give. She also asked if my dog was a biter considering he is a Pitfall! NEVER BEEN ASKED THIS IN THE 2 YEARS OF GOING HERE! Also asked about scars on his face!! HE IS A RESCUE! BUT YOU WOULDNT KNOW BECAUSE YOU DIDNT LOOK AT HIS CHART!!! My sick visit turned into a visit that would have costed $350 had I not declined a few things. Dr. Lee is really missed and I will be going elsewhere!!

WOA is responsive and always helpful- I call whenever I need advice on a change my dog is having, and they walk me through when I should be concerned and warning signs to look out for. Gabrielle is knowledgeable and takes all concerns seriously which is greatly appreciated as a dog mom! Thanks for your help, Gabrielle!

Hello my uncle and aunt asked me to post on their behalf regarding their dog Roman that goes here. We are so impressed and happy with the services received from Gabriella. He was having an issue with medications for his dog that she helped to fix it and we just want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. She explains everything in such great detail and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is a true example of someone who loves their job and puts the patients first. Thank you again Gabriella for all of your help and for caring. You have made a great impact on my family and we look forward to continuing to come there.

I called here after reading the reviews and I felt the urge to write one myself. Today, I spoke to a woman name gabby. She was so helpful, attentive, caring, informative and she listened to me vent about my 14 year old kitty nearing the end. It was a hard decision to even call and obtain information, but after speaking to gabby I felt at ease and informed. It makes it much easier when that day comes to know that your pet is deeply cared for. I felt like an individual, not just someone who will be spending money. I look forward to bringing in my other pets, and I thank you so much world of animals for the compassion and care that you give. I know when her day comes she is going to be in the best hands possible.

I have been coming to world of animals for almost 2 years now! Absolutely love dr.Leeb he's the best, and not only is the doctor great but the staff is fabulous particularly Gabrielle, she really really cares about our four legged children and the owners. She took care of my 2 year old maggie girl (pit mix) for hours yesterday while she underwent some testing. She was so nice and loved my little girl! I can’t wait to take my girl back to the vet to see her new best friend! Gabrielle if you ever see this you are phenomenal!

After a terrible experience with our old vet, we found World of animals. The people in World of Animals, from the doctors to the staff, are always great. They are understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. The doctor is always very helpful in explaining everything thoroughly.

Gabriel at world of animals is SO amazing!! The whole staff is great!! But Gabrielle has helped me navigate figo insurance several times!! She is SO sweet and professional!! I could not say enough on how sweet and helpful she has been!! It also makes you feel good about sending your pup in alone!! Ty Gabrielle!! Great place!!

Doctor and the staff They were very nice and polite. They kept me updated and everyone was very helpful and friendly. My puppy Wilson came out in a good mood. I am glad I chose them to help me and I recommend other to go and have a good experience like me.

This was my first time here and was very impressed with the quality of care provided. Effie and Carissa both were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything provided us with a lot of great information. I had a lot of questions and they answered each one without rushing through anything. Adonis and I will be back!

My dog was having an issue today and I went to our regular Vet who I have used for over 20 years and waited outside until they opened. I was told that because I didn't have an appointment they couldn't help me because they were short staffed. While I was waiting I saw a few techs come in and there was only 1 other car in the parking lot. I called World of Animals and Britt was very helpful and got us right in. I don't know the techs name that took care of our dog but she was very helpful also. This is going to be our new Vet!

I am new to World of Animals in Bensalem.. but I needed a good vet for my dog Snowball... When I called I spoke to Gabrielle who gave me all the information I needed to know that I was at the right place! Loved Dr Leeb and I'm just thrilled that my baby has a new vet! Thanks World of Animals@Bensalem staff especially Gabrielle for the warm welcome from the beginning!

Dr Jay Leeb has been my veterinarian for over 40 years. He started out with my first pet when I was a young child. He has taken care of my animals from the moment we adopt our pets to their final stages of life. He has a wonderful bedside manner and has great compassion toward my animals. He always makes time for emergencies that may arise. My older beagle Azalea is 14 years old and he has helped her tremendously with her congestive heart failure and knew exactly what to do to cure her accidents. He always follows up to make sure she is okay. Dr leeb could not do everything without the help of his assistannts. Carissa, Rachel, Gabrielle, Crystal, and Effie greet me, help the vet, and answer the telephones. They are very caring, friendly, and professional.
