My girl went from 6 pounds to 60 pound at community. They care about her and have always been great, caring, and not over priced!!

Do not take your animals here. There is no compassion what so ever. They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner and Dr. Bud is very cranky and seems like he could care less about your animal . The staff and doctors do not take the time to explain things to you. And when you ask questions they seem to get annoyed. Please take your animals elsewhere!!

Need to learn how to schedule appointments. Every time we come we are on time or early constantly sit in the parking lot 30 to 45 minutes. We used to use Mt. Bethel this is shorter drive but sitting around cancels that out. Maybe should not schedule an appointment every 10 minutes.

Dr. Bud and Dr. Kelly always take good care of my babies. Their office is very clean and there is plenty of parking. Janelle at the front desk is always friendly as well as the other techs.

Dr Bud and staff have been taking care of my puppies Maggie and Max for approx 12 years. Always professional and compassionate care from doctor and staff. Unfortunately, Maggie passed away June 2019. Max became ill 3 wks ago and even though heroic measures were made, we had to put him to sleep this past week Dr. .Bud allowed us to spend time and say goodbye to Max. We will always be grateful for his kindness. Special thanks to Jane and Janelle.

I brought my dog here because he was having difficulty urinating. At first I was pleased with this vet although he was a little condescending. After 2 hours and a few tests they called for payment. I paid and once my payment was confirmed, they said they would bring my dog back out. When my baby came back out he seems scared and upset. I chalked it up to him not feeling well. After the results of the tests came back this doctor said it was a UTI and gave him antibiotic. He called 2 days later and wanted me to get an ultrasound done and referred me to Valley hospital as they did not have the capability to do the ultrasound at his practice. I called Valley and they wanted an astronomical price and to hold my dog for days until they could get to him. I called around and came across William Penn Vet Hospital. They said they would do the ultrasound and I scheduled the appointment. They asked for his records so they would know what to look for with the ultrasound. I called Community back and the doctor answered the phone. He was so rude and disrespectful because I did not take my dog where he wanted to. I explained that they couldn't get to him for a few days and the price was extremely high (over $1000). He called me a liar and refused to send my dog's records to William Penn. After William Penn called him themselves, they send partial records. When I took my dog to William Penn, they had a muzzle and I asked why. Community labeled my dog as EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE. My dog doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. Needless to say, they did not muzzle my dog and William Penn said that he was the sweetest dog they ever had. Throughout all the tests he endured, he never became aggressive or growled. I will NEVER take another pet to Community and do not want anyone else to go through what my dog went through. He ended up having bladder cancer and we had to put him to sleep. He went through unnecessary pain due to this vet's actions. His office has not called one time to follow up. Please do not take your babies here.

Drs. And staff members very professional and accommodating. I searched all over PA and NJ FOR GOOD VETS and found this office wonderful folks and care about my pug Boomer.

I've only been here 3 times very nice people and doctor! Thanks dr.kelli carpenter for your help with rocky! But unfortunately the place I was referred to wouldn't let me give them money down and a few payments to try and save my dog son rocky! So I had to put him down..and I'm heartbroken ???? these hospitals need to treat animal's life like humans and give them the care ! Thanks for being kind to me and my dog!

Our experience at Community Veterinary Practice has always been wonderful. From the regular check up times for our dogs to having to make the most difficult decision for one of our elderly cats, we are always met with the greatest care, compassion, and a sense of family. We cannot say enough good things about Community Vet--we have been going there for many years now and can not imagine ever going anywhere else because everyone there is simply the best! Give them a try, you'll be happy you did!

5 Hearts ♥♥♥♥♥ I've been coming to CVP since they opened. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. The hospital is clean, the waiting area and exam rooms are spacious, and pricing is reasonable. Most importantly, my dogs love coming here.

I wouldn't trust my cat with anyone else. Dr Bud and the staff at Community Veterinary Practice are the best ever. Everyone is so kind and caring. Dr Bud has a special gift that puts me and my cat at ease. He has a heart of gold. And he has a wonderful personality, he makes me laugh. They have hidden fees. Throughout the visit I was quoted with prices. When checking out they added a 25$ fee for a bandage which consisted of a gauze pad and tape. This was not quoted throughout the visit and did not tell me about when …

Wanted to have my dog get an unnecessary ultrasound without fully discussing my dog's condition. Then suggested euthanasia when we asked about prices. Seems money hungry, check other Vets before going here. ( was unable to post without giving at least one star, but I wouldn't give them any)
