Always trying to sell me something. Expensive. Disorganized. (Sent me a reminder for my dog’s appt one week AFTER her appointment took place.)

I took my puppy here last week for his second round of vaccinations after his first from the breeder. I was immediately taken aback when Dr. Sheehy said she going to give him another round just one week after him getting his first because she didn’t trust the breeder. We had everything perfectly documented regarding the vaccines he recorded from the breeder. I truly didn’t like this but fast forward two weeks later I’m gathering documents to set up an appointment with another vet and I realize I have no documentation of this second round. I call the office and no one has any record of my puppy getting any shots. They read the medical note and nothing. At this point I’m clearly upset because Dr. Sheehy told me she gave him the shots, his right arm will be sore, that he will be sleepy. I call the office back asking what is the update on getting record of the vaccine and they tell me they aren’t sure, and that Dr. Sheehy no longer works with them. They have reached out to her and are awaiting a response. How do you not have any documentation? This place is clearly disorganized and not only did my puppy get “vaccinated” a week apart, but now he has no medical record if it. Would not recommend.

Hand out meds. Wouldn’t send a soul here. They should be ashamed of themselves. It was too late for my dog. Do yourself a favor and find a real vet who cares

Sadly, after 15 years, I felt I had no choice but to switch practices. Crazy to wait a month for an appointment and honestly, not a fan of the vet not calling him or herself during or after the exam in Covid times when you cannot go in etc. Also, the practice I switched to , does allow one person in, which greatly helps my elderly dog. quality decrease. sad.

Never again! I've been using this vet practice for 30+ years for our dogs. Today when I called about a serious medical problem with one of my dogs I was told 1) no appointments available for 2 months 2) they no longer have a surgeon on staff so they couldn't help me anyway. They wouldn't recommend anyone else to help me and I was advised "to call around" to other vets. I knew their quality of services had declined since Dr. Piccone retired but this was a new low for them. Friends/family recommended Haddon Vet in Haddon Heights and thankfully they gave me an appointment for this afternoon. Needless to say, I won't be taking any of my dogs back to Audubon Vet in the future. Very disappointing.

Very sad. I have used this vet for 4 years and loved them. Now that they are owned by vca I wouldn’t bring any animal there. They went from being a vet who loves animals to being a company out for only money. I have switched vets and would not recommend vca to anyone.

I called today about my dog and they fit me in. Dr Roth saw my dog I really appreciated it. He always make it a point to explain everything. And doesn't rush me off the phone. They are the best. Thank you so much????

VCA takes great care of my cat and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find quality vet care for their special pet.

We have used this vet office for 34 years for all of our dogs and they have been great from puppy to senior with all of them.

My first visit with my cat was great, they cleaned up a cut he got and closed it up. It was a bit pricey ($116) but it was worth it because I only heard good things about them from my partner. The doctor and staff were very nice but then....my cat suddenly passed away a few months later and I decided to take him there because I had a good experience. We made decisions; cremation and his paw print....A few days past and I get a letter from them and it's a copy paste note saying they were sorry and a printed poem. No compassion, it did not seem very sincere at all. I threw it out. Granted these days people are scared of catching the virus and are being cautious, I completely understand. So the day comes to pick him up (his ashes)....to just put my very loved cat on the steps outside for me to pick up was a low blow. Simply handing me him and then washing/sanitizing/whatever to their hands would have been fine...but no. They left him on the stairs for me. AND...ON TOP OF THAT...lost his paw print mold...that I can never have or see or feel, completely gone. But then thinking a $50 refund for the lost paw print would make this better. I trusted them to take care of him and they messed up. Goodluck.

I went to Audubon Vet for many years for my dog, London. She was about 8 weeks old when we first took her. Now, she is 13 and is showing signs of older dog issues. I called to make an appointment because I notice a lump on her side. I could not get an appointment for her until the end of the following month. I was told the medical director resigned with not much notice. I couldn't wait almost 6 weeks for her to be seen. This wasn't the first time this happened. When Dr. Piccone retired the whole office just went down hill. I switched vets and I am glad I did because her bloodwork came back really bad for her liver function and now she is on medication twice a day for that. The lump turned out to be another lipoma. It is sad at her age she has to go somewhere new that she isnt used to.

Everyone was so nice and very friendly. Going to the vet during the pandemic was so easy. Little pricey but so worth it! Our little kitten is feeling much better already!

I love taking my cats here, you can tell the entire staff are true animal lovers. They take excellent care of their furry (and not so furry) patients.

This place used to be so good but several doctors nd staff left nd I had too many problems here to list. They were ineffective at addressing my animals issues. They misdiagnosed resulting in hundreds of dollars lost without even an apology. I have switched vets nd will not be returning.

Went here for many years. In fact my parents even went here with our pets since the 80-90s. However, the last few years staff has switched and we stopped receiving the same care we came to expect. Prices also started to go way up. We officially have switched to another vet and are very happy. Don't get me wrong, staff is nice enough, but the level of service, schedule availability, and change in doctors has made this change unavoidable. Sad to go but it was time.

Took my dog there his whole life, 17 year old dog. Called because I knew he was at end and really sick and needed to be seen immediately. They said they had no doctor on duty until the next day. I called the next day (Friday) and said they had no available appointments until Tuesday. My dog wasn’t going to make until Tuesday. Told me to call another vet. Well, I thought that’s why I’ve been going there for years, so when i did have an emergency they could take him right in. Very rude and no compassion. I had to take him somewhere else and ended up putting him down that day. Will not be taking my new dog there.

Love my dogs new doctor. His old one retired but the place didn't skip a beat. They are very thorough when checking your pet and give him the utmost attention. The front desk people are very good too. Courteous and polite and like to take your money lol. I will continue to take my big boy there. He loves them too and likes to go there.

THEY ARE NOT DOG LOVERS , they are just in the business for the money ! I went to make an appointment for my sick senior dog and they wouldn’t squeeze me in that day . Next appointment is next week . I called around until I found a vet that could squeeze her in . Luckily I did as they kept her (it is an animal hospital too) I didn’t realize how rude Audubon was until I went to the new vet . Very friendly helpful understanding and not to mention CHEAPER !

Very competent and friendly staff. They helped us through several difficult situations with our dogs and were always upfront and honest about the recommended treatment and costs involved. I also appreciate the fact that they took time to explain the conditions at hand in a way I could easily understand. Great bedside manner, great people.
