My daughter bought her second bungie bird from this store we always take them straight to the vet before bringing them home to make sure they are healthy the first one was healthy but the one we just bought last month was not only under weight but also dehydrated and needed to get multiple shots of vitamins. This information was very upsetting to my daughter as well as myself there's no good reason any animal coming from a store like this should be this sick straight from the store they need to make sure the animals are eating enough and are getting the vitamins they need I'm not on here to be mean I love this store its just very upsetting to an animal lover to find one so weak and sick

I enjoy visiting this place because they seem to hire people who have pretty good knowledge of animal care, particularly in the aquatics department. I love that they eliminated dog food and cat food brands that contain artificial preservatives etc and they have a very good selection of natural and biologically appropriate foods for dogs and cats. Petco is really focusing on animal wellness options and that is so awesome!

Extremely overpriced and I bought feeder worms and crickets and the 1 container of worms was all dead the other container supposedly came with 12 worms only had 4 and the containers of the crickets have 3 dozen and all of the containers have already dead crickets on the bottom and they are super over priced!

This store often seems to be out of reptile supplies, and usually their feeder bugs are dead or dying when I go to try and purchase. The only reason they are getting more than 1 star is because I can show here for cat food without trouble, just not for my bearded dragon.

I like this petco very convenient for me... but the service is good specially of the young lady that call desired she is very sweet and helpful with my picky eating habits puppy the place is cleane and fast to pick up my orders.

My daughter wanted to look at triantulas a nice lady in the reptile section let her see. We were unsure about what to get for beta fish and the person on the fish department was kind and helped with that also. Good service throughout the store.

Petco is a great store. It's also clean and the employees are very friendly and they take care of your pet, the way you asked them too. Also they're great and patient with kids as well, if the little kids has a question or something they will take your time out and show them how it's done along with the answers

The store shelves were bare.. Went there for guinea pig food, hay and treats and was barely able to get anything. Those weren't the only bare shelves either, noticed other areas as well.. They need to order and stock shelves and lower their prices..

If your food products don’t work out, because you have picky eaters like me, you can come back and exchange/refund. The fact that Petco understands that not only is buying pet food expensive, it’s also stressful trying to find the right things for your pet. They work with you to support you working with your pet. I’m thankful as this is my first time having a dog, let alone 2! I’m 32 and having Petco to depend on for being a first time dog owner has been spectacular. If you haven’t yet, consider signing up for vital care if you have a dog(s). It pays for itself honestly. I have 2 dogs on vital care plan, so they give a multi-pet discount. Welcome gift!!!! Free unlimited nail trimmings and teeth brushing, which you can book an apt just for this service or walk in. You get $10 PalsRewards for EACH pet every month, so I get $20 a month in PalsRewards. Twice a year, $35 in PalsRewards, if I show a receipt from any veterinarian visit you take your pet. Since I have 2 dogs on plan, I’m eligible for $150 in PalsRewards each year based on taking my dogs to the vet for their wellness visits, or ER or when one got fixed at humane society even!! Vital Care is $19+tax a month and each pet takes off a $1 each per month. Two dogs = $18+tax each = roughly $38 a month. Don’t forget $20 back in PalsRewards so it’s like $18 a month!
