I originally chose this vet because they had weekend appointments. They have proven to be reliable and I trust them with our animals. I appreciate that they call back a couple weeks after any services to check up on our pets. Staff is always friendly and polite. Also, they are quick to approve prescription refills from the chewy website.

They were nice but had no answers for what was wrong with my dog and the price was outrageous. I don't understand how poor people can take care of their pets with clinics like this one.

They have always treated me and my animals nicely. And I appreciate the cad they sent when my 14yr. Buddy passed away.

Years ago, I posted a positive review of Q Street. Unfortunately, I have to modify my post to give this clinic a single star. I have frequented Q Street for six years now. Over the last year-year and a half, I have noticed a serious decline in the service offered here. The receptionists are rude and borderline harass customers. The veterinarians themselves have shown to me that they no longer care for the health of my animals. I have taken my cat into Q Street repeatedly since April for a serious problem, and she has been misdiagnosed every single time. One doctor referred to a previous problem, refusing to look into the current problem any deeper, and not only misdiagnosed her, but when I called him to let him know that she was still sick, he didn't look at her again. Instead, he suggested a different steroid, and continued on. Not only was my cat looked over multiple times (she has a skin problem/infection which is very visually noticeable), one of the vets had the guts to try to upsell me on a product. After six years of devoted service, I'm done. I do not recommend Q Street to anyone. This is a business for them. They don't care about your animals.

The most compassionate, understanding veterinarians you will find. They have been our lifesaver for our furbabies. Especially, the seniors. Bless these vets and techs!

Our dog is very anxious when going to the vet. Dr. Bretschneider is always so kind and takes such good care of all our pets and even our Grandpets.

Doctor B and Doctor Jessica are wonderful ! Doctor Jessica has been our vet since my pug Olivia was 10 weeks old , Olivia is now 10 They both have saved Olivia’s life on two separate occasions . Shout out to the bests Vets in town

Very professional and most importantly extremely compassionate people, my daughter had to have her kitty put to sleep recently and it was very hard and emotional, they sat with her and lovingly pet her kitty while he went to sleep with such care and compassion. That kind of care is so important. Highly recommend them. Always cheerful staff.

I had an appointment scheduled, paid a fee prior and showed up and they said I didn’t have any appointment today. The front desk girl Mary Jane was extremely unprofessional, talked down to me, & had an attitude the entire time when trying to reschedule with them. I will not be returning here.

I have taken my pets here for years and they are always very courteous, understanding and they take great care of the animals! They are also reasonably priced. They were even able to get my cat in on short notice when she was having an eye issue. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a family vet.

We were here for a quick booster shot for my cat. This was our 2nd time here, and again, they were all so nice to me and my fur baby. We will definitely come again.
