So incredibly grateful for the team at OVR! Dr. Nibblet is such a kind, funny, incredibly knowledgeable doctor! She has gotten to the heart of our Lab's health problems, and I couldn't be more thrilled!

It was awesome! I wish the news about my best friend was better! He's going blind due to a condition that is hereditary and no cure! Progressive retinal atrophy! Sad but we will make it through and he will continue to have a happy life

Dr Maxwell is a talented, efficient & honest Veterinary Opthalmologist & all other members of the practice have been very pleasant (beyond customer service politeness) and efficient without making me feel railroaded.

Brought my sweet girl back after a procedure 3 or 4 times just to be seen by the vet tech and be poked and prodded. After the initial procedure, she was never treated again for any of her symptoms. The vet tech, Summer, is very cold and lacks compassion, but she isn't the only one that seems indifferent. I hated bringing my baby here, but felt like I had to. I wish I hadn't ever brought her back and saved her stress over the last few weeks of her precious life.

Over the course of decades of vet visits, the experience we (an RN & NP) just had--especially with Dr. Niblett, Summer, Dr. Daly & Emily-- stands out as #1 best, absolute perfection. The quick & correct diagnosis. The lengthy, thorough & clear explanations. The patience, support & professionalism in dealing with our fears. The surgery team, who saved her life, took away the source of her pain (& depression), & treated her with love. We are so thankful.

Ovra was very professional and discuss all treatment options for my pet the staff seemed friendly.I was told the doctor would call me to discuss how the surgery went for my dog he got an extra emergency surgery that day.and I still got a phone call after hours of business,7:30 pm That showed me that the Dr. cares about his patients and his quality of work, cause he could of had other staff member call but did it himself and answered all my questions.pick up the day after surgery went very well,I was given medication with instructions for care of my dog after receiving the FHO surgery.

OVRA is blessed to have Dr Nibblett and her compassionate staff. She had to deliver news to me today no one ever wants to hear about their best friend & companion of 11 years. They assisted me in decisions, with compassion and kindness. With gratitude. ???? Sadie and I appreciate all who tended to her today. Thank you!

They really put my pets well being first and don't solicit alot of unnessary treatments

They fixed a luxating patella on my Newfoundland about 3 years ago and his leg is holding up great. Thanks for the help!

Everyone I encountered here is wonderful! Both Kate and Katie at the front are kind and engaging! Dr. Maxwell is kind, compassionate, and explains complicated conditions in a way that is easily understood. If you are looking for a veterinarian to assist your pup with eye issues, look no further!! I feel like we are on the path to a resolution for our girl!

Dr Daly took great care if my kitty

Very nice people, very informative, very patient with the animals and owners. Does more to find out what's is wrong.

Staff was helpful and prompt. Dr. Daly was very helpful explaining his diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend!

My little baby joy was only 3 years old, she blew a disc in her back. Dr. Daily was amazing. She had no primal nerve that was responsive broke our hearts. We made the sad decision to take her from the pain she was in they were so kind to let us stay with her as we let her go. Thank you for being so compassionate.

They are so caring and so intelligent I trust them with my babies..Dr. Niblett just diagnosed my Lil Bear with a type of cancer affecting her brain. She is not doing well and we need to put her at peace with Jesus. Praying for her not to suffer before we need to do so..Thankyou for your love and kindness you all have always shown us with Tia our little miracle girl, Diego who just passed on January 10th and our tiny but mighty Lil Bear.

They spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the exact cause of my dog's issues and I can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else.

Dr.Maxwell is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she a skilled, phenomenal surgeon, she is also a kind, benevolent person that took time to explain to me about the type of surgery (unilateral entropion) my dog needed to relieve his eye issue. Dr.Maxwell and staff were beyond amazing. Keiki and I are forever grateful!

I dreaded coming here at first, expecting inflated prices and unnecessary recommendations, but was pleasantly surprised. We took our cat to see Dr. Nibblet, and were very impressed by her thoroughness, knowledge, attention to patient history and detail, ease of explanation of the plan of action, and even willingness to discuss health issues outside of the initial reason for our referral. I especially appreciated that her and her staff were honest about ALL the treatment options, their effectiveness, their prices, and whether or not they were necessary for our case (as many weren't). We walked out with a happy cat, a clear treatment plan, and the trust to call Dr. Nibblet again if needed.

They don’t listen or take the time to really know the case and treat accordingly. Patients are treated with standard protocol without any consideration for what the patient and owners are experiencing if outside the norm. All treatments are by the book only, and no room for deviation, investigation or common sense. I will never take my pets there again; and do not recommend.

Caring specialists, see only cases referred by other vets. Boarded vets have years of study beyond that of "regular" vets. Fee for 1st visit & evaluation of records quite reasonable, i.m.o.

I'm giving them just okay Stars it's not good not bad I think they're text could use a lot more training in the art of dealing with people. They did take care of my dog and I'm grateful for that but they charged a lot of money and I mean a lot of money and they are the only game in town so they can get away with it. Maybe if your dog needs orthopedic surgery you should call Corvallis or Portland, I mean the surgery to replace my dog's knee was over $4,000 I never thought I would spend that much on a dog but she's my buddy
