Great service, fast and efficient.

We have used West Salem Animal Clinic for decades with all 4 of our Beagles. We love going there and getting such great service for our fur babies. I highly recommend them for my dogs and yours.

Always a good place to get help for your puppy.

Won't let me hold my scared cat to do an exam! Instead charges me over $200 just to sedate him! Absolutely ridiculous and shows they care more about money than the well being of our pets.

I took my kitten and had such an amazing experience! Some of the sweetest ladies there, and they made sure my kitten felt safe ????

We brought or 2 yr old in for annual exam and vaccines. Always very thorough and compassionate even w pets who can be unruly w strange handlers. Will always come back.

I love the care my Golden Retriever receives at West Salem Animal Clinic. I've used these vets for my last two Goldens and have always felt that their pricing was reasonable, the service and care is outstanding. My dogs LOVE to go to the vet! That says it all!

Down-to-earth, friendly, accommodating, and didn't push services. Dr. Sirianni was wonderful with my dog; gentle and kind. At my old vet, the services I received today would've cost approximately $350. At West Salem Animal Clinic? $150. Can't beat the service AND the prices....Thank you! Update 10/11/21 Five years and an additional three pets, and I still can't speak highly enough of Dr. Sirianni and team. Even during the stressful COVID-19 times they remained professional and upheld/uphold a beautiful standard of care. Our furbabies seem happy to go there, and we feel the doc and staff truly care about them and their needs.

These are the most considerate and caring vets I have ever worked with. I recently lost two beloved cats. I was given many options, offered tests, given time to think and vent, and showed compassion and understanding at every step.

We had our puppy for only 48 hours before he was scary sick. He’s still recovering but everyone at West Salem Clinic helped calm our fears and treated Thor as their own. We are so grateful for their expert care and advice!! Thor is on the mend.

This was my first time at this clinic with my standard poodle puppy. They were so thoughtful and caring in their care of my puppy. They communicated my telephone everything they shared with me about his weight, his health and the shots they gave him. I am so thankful to have been referred to this wonderful animal clinic and their supportive and professional staff.

I have had three appointments with this clinic so far and have had an excellent experience. Not only did the staff treat my pets with extra care, I received phone calls to follow up on my pets. I'm a new pet owner and had some questions which were answered on the spot by the doctor and vet tech. I have only heard positive things about this clinic in the past so I decided to try them and I feel like I made the right decision. They have provided professional and friendly service and have taken great care with their furry patients.

Very helpful and responsive. Addressed not only the complaint for which I brought my cat, but also her broader health and behavioral needs.

My dog loves the staff!! She can hardly wait to get in the building! I love how kind and thoughtful the staff is, and they're easy to talk to. I know my dog is getting great medical care, and I trust in the integrity of this business. I highly recommend!

We so appreciate the care and compassion of the staff at the West Salem Animal Clinic. We've been taking our canine (and previously feline) family members there for many, many years -- through good times and difficult decisions. Gregor is excited to see Dr. Sirianni and the staff, as was Cubby Bear. It's a good sign when the dog is happy to go to the vet. Side note: Being a veterinarian is difficult work, especially in these very uncertain times. Please be extra kind and understanding.

Took my kitten for his first visit. He got a wellness exam, his first set of shots, feline leukemia, and more...all that for $163. They gave us the estimate for his neuter as well... it was less than $350. Other places have tried to charge over $500. Hands down, this is a great place. I remain hopeful we might have found a place that cares for your fur- babies and is reasonable with prices. Thank you!

I haven't been here, so I can speak to their quality of work; but today, I called to simply ask if they did dental work for dogs and was told that they were booked out until september. I said thank you but I probably need to call around and before I could say I appreciated her help I was hung up on.

They were able to get my new puppy in for a visit with vaccinations in just about three weeks, when every other clinic was booked out for months. They were quick, helpful, and so loving to my baby. They even squeezed her in a couple of weeks later when she developed a little cough without any notice. I’ll be keeping her there for all her needs, and even made an appointment to get my older dog checked out.

This has been my vet for 15 years. The people there are wonderful and care about your pets.

All I did was call… Ask if they were taking new patients. And she said she was booked out for almost a month, I said all right well thank you I will pass for now and got hung up on… That one interaction was an awful reflection of this place. I didn’t even go inside but will never take my pet there due to the lack of service over the phone.

Waste of time and money! Reception is unfriendly and not helpful. I took my pet once and will not return again due to rude customer service. I felt like my pet was not valued or well cared for.

They really take the time needed. My dog is aggressive with people she doesn't know, but they take the time needed to let her calm down before they do anything with her.

They wanted to charge us $1000 to spay and neuter our two cats. Ever since Dr Turnbell left and the new owners took over it seems like they are jacking up their prices.
