Suite Dog Daze Salem, Oregon

Left our boy for his first stay away (just over a week) while we were in Disneyland. I believe he had a nice vacation too! We checked in on him often. No requests were too silly. He had him self a time! & came home well loved and cuddly!! Thank you guys for loving on him so well.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Our fogs enjoys her visits.

This was my first time boarding one of my pets. My Missy is a 6 month old bulldog and I was very sad as well as nervous leaving her behind while I went out of town. The staff was very supportive and reassuring that she would be just fine. I was able to watch her on their doggy cam from sun up too sun down which I did the entire time away from her LOL. My only wish about the camera was that I could see the entire area she was in and be able to see her at night while she was sleeping. It was very clear so I could pick her out of the crowd. I'm home now and my baby girl is just fine and so am I. ❤????

My dog loves it here! She is always excited to go to day care, just like going to the dog park. Caregiver are kind and gentle with miss moki.

This place is a great space. My pup has done boarding there twice now and he comes home happy and tired and I love it!

This was the first time we left our fur baby for a vacation. We absolutely loved checking in on her through out the week on the web cams. Also when we picked her up she was sad to go! We will be coming back in the future!!

First time using Suite Dog Daze for an overnight stay for my 6 month old puppy. I picked him up and we got home and this puppy who is hyper and running everywhere slept all day. Staff was super nice, easy check in and out. Will definitely use them again. ????

I decided to bring my dog Onyx here to better socialize her and to play with other dogs since she gets shy/nervous around new surroundings/people. When I first check the Webcam I can see her standing to the side and didn't want to interact with anyone. I checked again and could her walking around which was great! When it was time to pick her up, I could see her playing with another dog and she didn't want to leave. I would totally be bringing her back for more playtime!

The care givers are excellent and our dog looks forward to going there. She gets very excited when I tell her she is going to doggie daycare and even more so when we pull up in the parking lot. Her grooming is awesome as well when scheduled. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur child ☺️

These folks were responsive and dealt well with my squirmy nd nervous puppy. The first place I took my puppy to was kind of off-putting about having to deal with him and would take a week to get a call back for an appointment. I tried Dog Daze and they were so sweet and just gave my puppy lots of breaks, which I am sure required much more time and attention. Thank you so much for being so good about it.

Money was paid for training at a rate of $15 per day and was not given due to the excuse that my dog was shy. I trusted my money and even my dogs expensive freeze dried duck treats and vitamins/hip joint supplement (which were supposed to be a meal mix-in, and even gave directions on feeding but were ALL gone) to this place when I boarded him for 1 week here. Unfortunately, even after amicable emails with the owner and receiving a couple photos of my dog (and with a white backdrop to hide the background), my dog was food aggressive and had not slept or ate while there (even though the excuse my dog's treats and supplements were gone was due to the excuse of them wanting to provide "fresh food" even though I provided more than enough food for my dog for a 9 day stay even. There was an excuse for everything like "your dog's first boarding stay will be difficult" and every pet owner is more worried than necessary. Well, after not getting the training we paid for, and having the supplements that I provided for my dog used as treats instead of the mix-in (probably used for other dogs, who knows where they went since they didn't follow my easy directions), I can confidently say that this very crowded establishment did not provide the care I trusted them to provide. Basically, I was just grateful for seeing him in good health and not bitten by another dog. I guess that's what I paid for here. Leaving instructions did not prove fruitful; even though I paid the fee for training/boarding and grooming before picking my dog up. If I could have a full refund for this place taking my dogs treats and my money for training that never happened I would rescind this review, but the truth is, if you love your dog like a child, it definitely will not get the care or the honest transaction you paid for here. You guys had no problem taking my money, but clearly do not understand the level of love and care that I give to my dog. I will tell my friends and neighbors to avoid this place, unless of course they are the type of dog owners that just leave their dog outside most of the time. My dog was not the same and is still recovering from being here. That does not say to me that he's having a wonderful time.

Took my kitty here for grooming and they did a nice job! Prices are reasonable and scheduling is easy

The best place to leave your dogs. They are very attentive and give them lots of attention! Love that the dogs get to Socialize with each other! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Response to owner: Well, before I initially took my dog here, I did take note that for every negative review you seem to always have a quick response to make your business seem infallible as if not one single issue was due to your facility's incompetence. When a business associate tells a customer that they're going to receive a service and the service is not received, then technically the business was dishonest and should refund the customer. When we requested the training, we asked your associates to work on the jumping issues and possibly help train him to fetch (instead of playing keep away as he usually does). My dog knows every basic command and gets along with strangers as long as they do not pose a threat to my husband and I. The excuse of "building trust" with the dog would work for a couple of sessions (I'd tolerate that much for $15 a session for 10 minutes), but for a whole week is basically stealing our money. What is also ridiculous is your use of the word extortion and candor. It seems like you think just because I am complaining for not receiving a service paid that you also think calling me a liar is fitting which is quite unprofessional. I emailed you because I wanted to make sure my dog was getting the care I asked for and paid for. In no way was that an automatic friendship between us nor an agreement that I was okay with how he was treated. The directions to use one baggy per meal once a day was written on every single pre-portioned ziplock. The bags of dry food even had stickers with the numbered day to feed him with additional directions on the piece of paper explaining Truffle's personality and behavior. Anyone with a 2nd grade education could figure it out; that's why I made it easy. I never said he was shy and he definitely isn't, but I won't call you a liar and stoop to your level of unprofessionalism. I still appreciated the fact he wasn't harmed at his stay and was still able to wag his tail even after not sleeping or eating normally for 7 days. He pounded 2 cans of dry and wet food upon arrival at home and slept all day for the last 4 days leaving your facility. Where did all the meal toppers and supplements go?? I gave a 9 day supply. At least take this away from my review: businesses make mistakes, but leading a customer on to believe they'd get a specific training service and paying extra for nothing is not justifiable. Instead of the associate nodding their head in agreement about what our expectations are regarding the training, tell the customer what to actually expect. $15 a day for training means there is time for a que or a command to be taught. I know this, I've worked in the pet industry for 10 years and worked with trainers. As one professional to another, take this review as an opportunity to improve on your services instead of making excuses to fault your customers. Until then, I'll remain transparent and honest about my experiences with businesses. Thank you very much.

Absolutely A1 all the way around.

I felt comfortable leaving my dog here for the first time ever being boarded. It helps being able to view the cameras they have running live from 7am-7pm. The price is great, and you can add a bath at pick up. I highly recommend!

The best dog daycare in town. My labradoodle loves going here. He’s made so many new friends and loves his trainers. The training, socializing and play has helped his puppy energy at night. He’s much more cuddly. I’m so glad we found suite dog daze!

Took my two fur babies in for the first time this week I work From home so I rarely need care for them, grandma usually helps with that, however at last minute I needed Some help and suite dog daze was there for the rescue! Very accommodating and friendly, my pups Came home exhausted and yet so happy! I would Def Rec. them to anyone! Looking forward to trying their grooming services!

This is the third dog we have taken to sw eet dog days for training. They have done basic obedience as well as canine good citizen training and have done fabulously with our three dogs. We especially love Lisa, the owner, for her skills her warmth and compassion for our dogs. Thank you so much!

Very upset and won’t be going back! I booked on their website to drop my dogs off at 6pm ( like shown in the picture) . I reserved a phone call at 3:45pm from them asking if I was still dropping off my dogs because they close at 4pm on the weekends. I was 45 mins away and asked if there was any way they could wait for us and they said no. I told them I’d have to cancel my boarding reservation then and they said ok it will be $35 per dog to cancel and I said well that’s not far because on your website it says 6pm the lady on the phone said no it doesn’t is says 3pm on the weekends. They would wave the fee and changed my card $70 for something that was not my fault! Here’s the proof that it says 6pm on a WEEKEND! I just want my $70 back .

Took my anxious little dog here to become more socialized around dogs and people. Got to watch him on their live feed too. Absolutely love how he was treated.

I will not take my dog anywhere else. They were amazing. I love that I could check on my dog using there web cams.

Max is always happy to go to Suite Dog Daze and happy when I pick him up. They have been really good at listening to how I like his hair cut. Max’s hair is silky soft, smells good and looks great when I come to get him. Highly recommend Suite Dog Daze grooming!
