Very clean and friendly shop. Great bathing facilities. Based on extensive background in pet care, this is the best we've ever seen.

The staff was so kind for our first time here, we came for the self serve wash on our German Shepherd, they also cut her nails for us, will bring her again. So nice not to have to clean up the hair at home, and to not have to lean over the bathtub. Great experience for all of us.

My pup is a curly, soft, fluffy girl. Difficult to cut. Soapy Paws does a fantastic job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great people great services and good competitive prices.

Can't say enough positive things about this establishment. Every time Cici and I have been there it's nothing but friendly and superior customer service.

I took my dog Happy to Soapy Paws for 11 years. They always did a wonderful groom on him and they even washed him up on his last day. ???? I have a new dog now! He’s a Pekingese and even though I live in Albany, I’m happy to drive to Salem to have my Frankie groomed by Soapy Paws! Those ladies are the best!

Great place for self service pup wash. Everything is there for you plus they cut the pups nails as part of the service. They also have grooming service. I’ve seen their process, very caring and professional. We alway take our Great Pyrenees there for a bath.

Left on a road trip last min didn't have time to bathe two dogs at home so decided to use a self doggie wash on our way. Found soapy paws and veered off of I5 found the place in complete compliance of the Covid criteria including sign in sheet at door. We were welcomed in and asked if we were dropping off or self washing. It's cool to have both in one place. All staff members were friendly and you could tell they loved their job and animals. A bit pricey usually I pay 10-15 for self wash but this was 20-25 for our two size dogs, but they did include nail triings in the price so it equals out. Both dogs got nails done before they knew what was happening, great tech. I definitely would recommend this place for any dog shy or social they provide everything you need scrub brushes, shedding tools soap, ear cleaner towels and blow dryer.

I had been taking my dog here regularly for a couple of years to self-bathe her, and was happy with the cleanliness, supplies, and staff. Nice walk-in tubs for the dogs, spacious, open shop. Decent prices, nail trim included with self-bathing price. Gypsy girl got sprayed in the face by a skunk a couple of nights ago! I gladly let a staff member bathe her this time. They use a 5 step process to get that smell out. OUTSTANDING results!!! She was a happy dog, and I could tell the person enjoyed working with her. Next day, she still smells great, and it's not just masking the skunk odor, it's gone! I VERY highly recommend Soapy Paws!

I went to Soapy Paws last week for the first time to have THEM do the grooming. They took care of my husky and did a beautiful job on her! She is going through a major blowout and she now looks gorgeous! Decided to take my little dog, who is normally nasty, to get groomed. They somehow fit me in the following day (thank you, Debbie!). She responded SO WELL to the groomer. This has never happened before. She came out looking ADORABLE! I highly recommend Soapy Paws!!!

Goid place to wash your dog but I wish they were open later and on Sundays. Weekdays won't work because they close to early so Saturday is my only option. ????

Well the facility was nice , staff was nice and everything worked great but the 31.00 charge for washing your own dog is extremely overpriced for some water shampoo and a tub. 1st time in and won't really be back as I can do everything I did there for pennies on the dollar.

They do a beautiful grooming on our two Aussies. Prices better than chain stores.

Reading the negative reviews. I'm surprised because I've only had positive experiences. Very friendly and my pup is usually nervous for grooms. But after initial visit, she was not afraid to go in. I don't know why people are trying to wash their dogs 20-30 minutes before closing anyways. Staff probably want to go home, and I can only assume it takes them additional time to clean up after washes. The only thing I could suggest is to make it clear, they should indicate last wash to start at 4:00 PM to avoid people who don't value other people's time coming in late.

Had a pretty lousy experience today which is reflective of previous reviewers experiences with poor/weird customer service issues. Showed up at 4:30 and staff asked if I thought I could finish washing my dog before they closed at 5, I replied "of course!" then they almost immediately responded that they didn't think I could (seriously, why did you even ask then)? BTW my dog was still in the car at this point. Soooooo... if you're not taking customers past 4:30 I have no problem with that, but make your closing time 4:30! Otherwise people are putting their dogs in cars and driving across town to utilize your business which has a 5pm closing time etched on the darn door - it seriously takes me no more than 15 minutes to wash my dog from the time I enter to the time I leave. They literally turned the lights off and locked the doors after I left at 4:30. Also, don't be super weird about it and ask your customers if they think they can finish quickly and then tell them you don't think they can - just say we don't take clients after 4:30 because we're incompetent and don't understand how business operating hours work. I never leave reviews but the experience was just so odd I felt compelled.

We've come here to wash/cut our shih tzu's hair ourselves and the staff has always been helpful. We recently went here to have the groomer do his hair. We told the groomer what we wanted but understood the limitations she had to work with due to him getting into a pint if caramel sauce the day before and being a hot mess. She did a fabulous job and our dog was really happy when leaving. You could tell he felt handsome with his new haircut. The price was very reasonable as well, and no vax records required.

Stopped going there as a year ago all the girls quit on the same day. My dog had been seeing the same person there for 14 yrs and im sure there is a reason tbey left. Just never found out why.

Really easy self dog wash, dog nail clipping is provided as part of the self wash price. Hyper allergenic shampoo is provided as well.
