Literally, the only place we will take our 3 pups. Cash and her staff are rockstars, their pricing is totally reasonable and affordable, and I always feel like my dogs are safe and cared for here. We usually only get glands and nails done, but have done bathing in the past as well, and it's a fraction of the price of other local groomers! Seriously! And they come home with the cuuuutest bandanas! ????????????❤???? Definitely my go-to and the only place I refer fellow dog parents! You will not be disappointed!

They are very patient.My dog had first haircut.She was wonderful with her and my dog is scared of most everything! So I am sure she was a challenge. Also clip her nails. Once a month no wait very fast at it. Very happy. She will be my groomer forever!

Cash has taken care of my mom's dogs for years until my mom passed. Has taken care of my brothers dogs and others that I know loves her, her mom and friends that work there and their work. Now that I have my first dog I'll be taking her there too... I just can't express enough good these ladies have done over the years their amazing!

I'm taken aback on how great the service was. We have two big dogs, one of which is an absolute brat about having his nails clipped. They handled them both very skillfully and were able to get all of his nails (something the vet hadn't even been able to do) - all for a low cost. It truly was a steal. So excited to become a regular!

My roomate had sent two chow-chows she's caring for to this place. It's a long and sad story as to why, but their fur had become matted over time (it wasn't intentional neglect). So they were sent to get taken care of. When they came back the males tail had been completely buzzed down, which it didn't need to be cause that part of his fur was fine. But in them doing that they cut his skin and so he had an open wound. It took us awhile to get it healed, but the fur is not growing back. So, in closing, I would NEVER recommend this place to any pet owner

First timer of my puppy's first time grooming. I was worried that he would be too fussy and his trims would be uneven, but my boy looks handsome as ever and was well treated for by the groomers. I will be back in the next few months.

They are nice and my puppy was happy when I picked her up. Will be trying them out with my larger more weary dog. We will see how it goes next week. So far I like their service.

I love the groomers here. They so helpful with my rescue dog Murray who is very afraid of going to the groomer. Murray was abused, so I really am thankful for them. The pricing is the best around. I haven't gone anywhere else in over 10 years since I moved to Salem!

Wonderful to find a groomer that my dog is cared for in a timely manner, she not shaking for hours after. Had excellent service and reasonable priced. Our Rosie looked beautiful and was calm when picking her up. Now our permanent groomer ! Highly recommend this establishment.
