Very disappointed in this place, had signed up for dog classes, instructor kept cancelling on us, in one month we had one training session. Went to get refund and person who i dealt with, very rude…will NOT be back to give them any more of my money!!! If i could give zero stars i would have!

Always friendly service only issue is not even an issue; they just have a lot of product, so finding what you need takes longer because they have such a wide selection of products that are for general health and some for senior dogs and ones that help with joints or promotes more active lifestyles honestly a great place for almost anything. Plus they help you with other places if they don't have it.

The staff here is super friendly, but 8 times out of 10 when you need crickets in bulk they are unavailable. I have a juvenile bearded dragon that can pretty much eat its own weight in crickets and would love if this store, that is in close proximity to my home, would be more well stocked than the petsmart on Lancaster. Would like to give this establishment my business rather than driving across town twice a week. Other than that, good sales, awesome staff, and relatively good stock

Almost walked away from store, after seeing store window sign that showed different hours of operation--we thought it was closed until the automatic door opened. Overall, it's a decent business. The store remodel is taking forever, though...if a billion other businesses could do it efficiently and within a week or two, Petco could have made that happen...but it's been MO ths and months "in progress". Layout is kind of funky, too. I'd honestly fire and replace whoever is in charge of remodel. For last few years we've chosen Petco because it's close, but the rewards system is old-school--points should go onto customers accounts automatically and right away...not be a pain where customer has to load points to their account and NEVER expire. Please change your perceptions, Petco. The rewards system hassle makes me want to go back to Petsmart...as I'm sure others are tired of the hassle, too. It should never be a hassle for customers--simplicity is best! ❤️

A lot of items were not labeled correctly or shelved in the right spot. I went to buy a item multiple of the same items were in the same spot and when I went to pay it was $7.00 more . I doubled check in different spots I saw the item in the store and they all said the same price. I did not purchase the item because the item was not worth $7.00 more.

Great prices. On previous visits help was scarce and it was hard to find someone in the store besides the cashier's. This last time got help right away and the associate took time to answer me. Whatever you are doing I like the improvements. Thank you

Extremely disappointed. Bought several fish, for 2 different tanks and all died of fin rot. Killed my healthy fish that had already been living in one tank for a year. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service I've received has been phenomenal, but they gotta start taking better care of the fish ????

The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to scan for a chip in a stray cat I found, and on a Sunday! They also gave me contact info for a feline rescue.

Couldn't locate my online order. I had to help them locate it off my phone, while long line of people waited-- making me feel embarrassed. Then they kept my phone, so I had to make a separate trip back to retrieve. MAJOR HASSLE!!

As long as I can remember about this place, I can remember never being able to get help in the store with the live animals. I thought after their little remodel it would be different. WRONG!!!! Don't go here if you are needing to get help with anything in the store. It's like they have 1 employee running the entire store.

Took my two small dogs here to be groomed. I waited 15-20 minutes to check them in because the employee was on hold on the phone with another customer’s vet’s office. I should’ve walked out then. My dogs were there for 4-1/2 hours! The actual grooming work was fair but it was obvious they overbooked their services, stating that they were “really busy” on Saturday. I won’t be back.
