I LOVE taking my pets to Liberty Animal Hospital. I am established several places but Liberty is by far my favorite. They are a small practice, they are all so kind. Dr. Mike P. Is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met. Love this clinic so much. And the prices are unreal! ????

Sometimes a longer wait than I would like to get an appointment (especially when things are a bit more urgent and I express that) but always treat my babies with the utmost care and me with the utmost respect.

They follow all covid safety measures so we can be present for our Mercy's visits. We trust the staff and vets. They are so gentle.

Excellent ❤care. They took us in when our own vet (VCA) wouldn't make time for us even though they created the problem our dogs were having. Excellent diagnostition. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I had called to scheduled an appointment for my dog and throughout the entirety of the phone call they gave me the impression that it was an appointment. The person on the phone even said you have an appointment set. I showed up to the appointment and they told me they would call me when done and with COVID and my regular vet this was standard practice now a days. Well after waiting in my car for 2 hours, I got concerned and when asked how the appointment was going they forgot to inform me this was a drop off.

Super helpful, great price. Love Reggie the Cat! They work really late just to help pets in need of surgery! My dogs tumor removal wasn't scheduled until the end of August..... they handled it 3 weeks earlier than that. Thank you for caring that much!!

This place was amazing with my basset hound before he passed away and was amazing with my family’s other pets, but as of lately they have gone down hill. They are rude and unprofessional. I called on Saturday and told them what was going on with my puppy and they said to take her to an emergency clinic. I told them that I don’t have that kind of money, and I’m not fortunate to have people to just pay my vet bills. Today I call again and the same rude nurse answers the phone Renee. I tell her what’s going on with my puppy again plus the new symptom. She tells me they can’t see her and to take her to an emergency clinic. I once again inform Rene that I don’t have the money because I’m the only one working! We’re in the middle of a pandemic still! Renee then tells me well we would need a from or payment to see her and the vet is leaving early. I snap and say it won’t cost anything because I have my puppy fully covered by a wellness plan and everything is paid for through it. I then ask Renee what’s the point of having a wellness plan with them that covered emergency visits if they aren’t going to see her. I demanded a refund and said I’m finding another vet. Don’t go here unless you want to be taken for every penny you have.

Love the way they take care of my animals. Great staff. We have seen them grow in just a few years. Just be patient when you are there. Because when it's your turn, you want them to take their time....

I am new to the area and I had taken my dog, Linus, here only two times. The second time was to have him put to sleep. He was 13 years old, blind, deaf and had dementia. The Doctor and his staff were nice and expressed concern for both Linus and me each time. It was a very difficult decision for me to make as I had gotten him when he was 9 weeks old so he and I had been together a lifetime. I stayed with him till the very end. I was sad when I left him there but they assured me I should have his ashes back within a week or two. I called today, 11 days later to find out when I could pick up his ashes. The woman I spoke with said they had not heard from the crematorium. So I decided to call the crematorium directly. When I spoke with them I was told they had not gotten Linus from Liberty Animal Hospital, but they would call and find out what had happened. I requested a call back as soon as they knew which took less than 10 minutes. I was told that for some reason they had forgotten or misplaced him and had not sent him to be cremated. The lady at Heavenly Wings Crematorium said she would make sure that they received him by tomorrow and I could pick up his ashes myself on Wednesday. I then called the hospital to find out exactly what happened. It was disturbing to me to think he was just left on a shelf or ??? I was told they couldn't give me an explanation as to what happened. I asked where was his body stored during this time? A freezer was their answer. As a result of their mishandling I feel that I have not taken good enough care of Linus at the end of his life, I let him down. I am disappointed in myself and I am very sad that this hospital where their whole purpose is to provide care to animals, did not follow through up untill the time they returned Linus's ashes to me. I can only hope that as a result of this sad incident they will make sure this doesn't happen again.

They turned away my cat that needed exploratory surgery. They are a small hospital that can only handle basic care. Don't go there in an emergency!!

Ive been going to Liberty ever since I got my first dog (a little over 2 years). Their services have always gone above and beyond. Theyre quickly responsive, friendly and very caring. They offer affordable coverage and have come through in very crucial times. Highly recommend this team of vets- I am very grateful for their care.

Struggled with our former vet to diagnose our German Shepherd. They were caring and helpful, actually listening to our concerns. Our dog was diagnosed with low thyroid and now doing much better.

I drive almost 30 minutes to get here every single time I take my cat for anything as small as just to get his nails cut. I love these people, I'll take him there forever :)

We took our beloved Lucy in for a dental and extraction. This was April 2020. She was happy and bouncy with no apparent problems. They said it went well and to pick up Lucy at 5:30pm. We picked her up and brought her home. Lucy was very off balance and wobbly. Vomited and started seizing. She was blind in her right eye and had partial vision in her left. She did not kno us or her home. She did not remember any tasks like going down her doggie steps to the floor. The clinic said bring her in in the morning which we did. They had us leave her. For hours she sat in a cage. The vet said nothing was wrong. But gave us an antibiotic and prednisone. On close examination Lucy's entire left hip and leg and foot were bruised. The clinic denied anything happened but a vet tech stated Lucy, our Maltese, was a vicious dog. When questioned about her remark she left the room. We had Lucy on the meds and felt she was perking up. Off the meds she declined and started seizing again. Our dog was brain damaged. Dr then diagnosed her as having GME for which there is no cure and it is fatal within 100 days. We decided her suffering was too great. We took Lucy in to have her humanely euthanized. Dr said he would rather not as she still had life and time. We took her home emotionally gutted. The grief we went through and heart ache was horrendous. Again he put her on meds. And when she was finished she would collapse. She had no quality if life. No happy days and no joy. We tried so hard to find another Vet. Even in other cities. We could not. They were not taking new patients. Not even to euthanize her. We begged for mercy and compassion. We LOVED Lucy so much! She LOVED and trusted us. On the first day of the 6th week of this nightmare from hell I made an appointment on the Vets day off. We took Lucy in and the fill in Vet put Lucy to sleep. Forever. I was bawling. My husband was crying. We felt and still feel like we failed her. We let our girl down when she needed us. We felt guilt we took her there in the first place. We feel pain that we dropped her off and she sat in a cage waiting hours for a few minutes from the Vet. We failed her miserably. Your lives are far from healed. I wish the pain was gone and only happy memories were left. Maybe someday. I miss her. We miss her. She was cremated. She is in a little tin box with little doggie footprints on it and a pink bow. I hope and pray this never ever happens to another person and their dog. I'm Linda, Lucys' M♡M
