Reviews on most businesses are often made on whether or not a costumer's needs have been met. When the need is properly matched with the business the results are often good. This has been my experience with KNFPC. They have been interested in the well being of my dog/child and have gone out of their way to follow up on the results of his treatment. It's not a 24 hour emergency care clinic and I don't treat it as such. Having said that, they have always tried to accommodate my dog's urgent care needs into their busy schedule. If you’re a reasonable person and you get to know them you will understand.

The ladies were so personable and truly cared about my pets. They treated all my fur babies and myself with care and respect! Recommend!

Extremely nice people, and great service. You can tell that they care very deeply about animals and their well being. Animals really love them. They show great dedication to their patients.

I have taken my very difficult rescue cat to these ladies and would not go anywhere else. If you want a place that is honest, friendly, LOW overhead (with low prices to match) and great service, go here! Those who prefer a FANCY waiting area and big building (with high prices and upselling to cover those costs) those other places are available. These ladies are 'no frills' with appearances, but all in with caring for your animals and you. And they clearly pass the savings (on non-fancy surroundings) on to their clients. I love this veterinary clinic! The owners are so incredibly sweet and treat my pup like she was theirs. They are so helpful and genuine. I'm so thankful I found them.

We have been using No Frills Pet Clinic for years and we are very happy. They are very kind to our kitty Baboo, and take very good care of her. We get reminder texts when she needs a followup appointment or shots. I totally recommend this pet clinic.

No Frills is wonderful. Very small family feel the ladies are all wonderful and enjoy them. Taking one patient at a time so not a lot of hustle and bustle in the waiting room which I really like.

Dr. Fulton is an absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, loving doctor as well as are her staff, Susan and Barbara. My girls have gotten wonderful care here over the last 6 years.

It's simply perfect for me. I don't need a my own room to sit in and watch my dog go sniff crazy, while we wait for the doctor. We got in, I filled out some first time paperwork, 2 quick pages, she asked what we needed, got the shots ready, we walked a few steps to a smaller area, my dog got a checkup and then her shots. The cost was and is reasonable. When we came back for the Leposporosis shot, (because she couldn't get it with her rabies shot) they administered it to her outside because a smaller dog was inside. No office visit was needed because she was just in, but an appointment was. If you are familiar with and like the SPCA, then you'll feel right at home. Be aware they do have an on premises inside cat, he's a sweetheart but they do ask that the door stays shut. Getting in from Commercial Rd is a bit tricky in a big vehicle, but there is a gravel entry/exit on the side of the building.

Bet vet ever!!! They have done so much for pets and my family.

Don’t ever take your pet here !! If I could give NO stars, I would. The vet seems to care about the pet patients that come through her door. But the same cannot be said for the way she treats her human clients. However, that being said, I was also told by a family member that the vet herself actually held open the door to kick her out, said that she ( the vet ) does not accept “walk-ins” as my family member held her dog in her arms who was dying ! I feel terrible for the one truly compassionate, understanding and genuine person who works here. To that one person : Your charity and understanding nature are very appreciated. But the nature of the others at this establishment does not match your wonderful virtue, integrity, compassion and sensitivity.

Love the care my fur babies get at No Frills. They genuinely love your animals and want them to be happy and have the best care possible!! They are so wonderful!!

They were wonderful with Baloo, our new to us Russian Blue type kitty. . sweet sisters and affordable cost. Got her micro chip and shots. Treated her so kindly.

We brought our dog here for a second opinion since our vet at home in McMinnville has not been able to clear up his eye. The ladies here were very sweet and friendly. They were honest and said that they would have prescribed what my vet at home already did but gave me a number to a specialist that may be able to help and a big pack of some wipes to help keep his eye clean. All at no charge which was very sweet and they did not have to do. I wish we lived closer to this office, anyone in Salem should bring their animals here.

Sondra is a FANTASTIC groomer!! No nonsense honesty, with kind hands. I am confident my girl is in safe hands.

We always have consistent, kind compassionate care at no frills. Both of our dogs have gotten excellent veterinary care.
