Amazing. Long wait but so what for the cost it's worth it I payed 300 for something at calipoolia in Sutherlin that I only had to pay 50 for here.and they were nicer and did the same thing same brands even.

Wonderful compassionate and friendly. Can't ask for anything more from a vet. GREAT SERVICE,, GREAT PEOPLE!!❤❤

Pictures of her is how she came back to me looking. Towels are of the bleeding over night. This is from her spay! Never told us she was still bleeding. Never explained anything to us that would help us and her. This morning took her in to get get cleaned and address the issue. Doctor to one look said yup stitches are fine said blood was just leaking from the abdominal wall. And walked out. Didnt clean it up. Wasnt even going to give her any sedation meds to help keep her calm, I had to ask the assistant for them! (we got the bleeding to stop with the help of a vet over the phone in eugene!) Not to mention I lost 1 puppy in their care, they only would put her on a heating pad, held her for over 5 hours, released her saying keep her warm, we cant get her to eat!!!. And they told me not to bring in the other puppy unless I couldn't wake her up!! THEY WERE 2 WEEKS OLD. I lost both because of them.

I wish i could give 0 stars. they completely botched my dog when fixing him. And continued to neglect him when he was in their care. Now we have to go to a different vet to get what they did fixed. I am in disbelief with this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!

Just tried to meet an appointment.

Took my Abbey Road in to be spayed. She was a healthy , beautiful dog. She never woke up. Tragic and completely preventable. Run from this place.

Both times I've taken my dogs here we've had an incredibly long wait time. I appreciate the low cost of the services, however they could definitely benefit from an office training program for their employees, or even dare I say; better employees!

Ok so the reviewI made previously was based on first impressions and it was wrong. This place is great and they have helped me get my dogs taken care of with out any trouble. They really do love animals here! AND THEY HAVE A THRIFT STORE TO CHECK OUT WHILE YOU WAIT.!!

If I could give them less stars then I would. The absolute worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to! They wouldn't even make an appointment until I personally printed out the application. Then when I came in to turn it in and make an appointment (which they had told me it would be extremely fast) they made me sit there and wait for 45 minutes while they helped the other customers that came in after me. Then once I got an appointment and came in, they told me that I was not allowed in the same room as the vet if I wasn't vaccinated even though he walks through the waiting area with all the other people that may or may not be vaccinated. So while I'm outside of the room the vet came in for MAYBE two minutes, didnt even look at what was wrong with him. My cat was very scared so he had diarrhea so the vet came out and told me that was what's wrong with him and wanted to charge me $35 for two minutes of his time. And to top it all off, told me that he will not treat or see my cat if he isn't nurtured. And the receptionist shamed me for not wanting him nurtured. All in all, would NEVER recommend anybody go to this horrible vet!

Tried to force me to get my cat spayed, did not tell me beforehand my cat had to be spayed in order for the veterinarian to even see my cat. When I refused their services they still tried to charge me. One of the ladies chased me into the parking lot and called me a jackass. Very unprofessional!
